Livingston Hearing is a excellent place to go to get your hearing tested. The doctor was very through on her testings. I had no problems with setting up the appointment. The doctor went over my results. Excellent customer service. Just picked up my hearing aids today. The doctor showed me how to use them. I would refer anyone who suffers from tinnitus or hearing loss to get tested at Livingston Hearing Center.

The reception area is pleasant. The staff are very professional and efficient. Mr. Herd is extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He listens and he is direct in his approach to solving a problem.

Best of the best you can get. Friendly, Well run office. Followup on new H/A has been efficient. Was well educated on My new H/A, and called if I had any further questions. Always assisted me and made everything so easy and smooth. I love my H/A changed my whole life. Thanks for everything Dr Holmes and staff!!!

We had an older pair of hearing aids and he programmed them for me and never charged me anything. He is a great man and doctor. If and when I need to upgrade I will go see him.

They are the greatest. Easy to get appointments quickly. They keep my aids clean regularly and functioning properly. They recently noticed my old ear molds were not fitting properly causing inflammation at pressure points with potential infection. They replaced with new very comfortable molds.

I have put off getting hearing aids for years, but finally went to Livingston Hearing Aid in Tyler and today is my first day wearing it. It had gotten so bad I almost quit trying to watch TV, then today as soon as I got home wearing my hearing aid I started watching a movie, and it was amazing to actually be able to hear what people were saying. Cost had been my main concern, but I found I could pay it out in 12 months without having to pay interest. I am already so excited that I can hear and know I am going to be grateful for finally going to Livingston Hearing Aid!

The Doctor/Tecnician was very helpful in adjusting the volume and explaining about additional filters that routinely require replacement not known by the average person and now I have plenty of volume and clarity, and my wife doesnt become frustrated with me not hearing her, thank you.

I’ve been going to the Tyler Livingston Hearing aid center for a few years now. I have always been taken care of. Tabatha,the receptionist, is always pleasant and helpful. Amanda, the tech I use, is good at her job and takes care of all my needs. I’m purchasing a new pair of hearing aids in October. I won’t use another hearing aid center but this one in Tyler!!

Jonathan Herd had the knowledge and the patience to apply that knowledge. He has literally changed my life. I can hear my grandchildren distinctly now. The TV doesnt have to be loud for me. I dont speak too loudly to people anymore. My family is thrilled with the difference. I am hearing common everyday sounds that I cant identify because its been so long since I heard them. I usually go to ENT that used to be on goldenrod Rd them they moved to grande Blvd.to get my hearing aids cleaned and checked, which once every 3 or 4 month my hearing aids would need to be warranted out so I would be without one for a week or so. And lately they have been horrible at all or any services! They told me I needed to pay $150+ to get my ear cleaned out and the reception didnt even know if thats one ear or 2. So a month later I went back to get my hearing aid cleaned and told them they are not turning up. The lady checked and said everything was fine which made me furious because they were not!!! Then I drive over to Livingston place and then my happiness took over. I didnt have to make an appt. And theres no time frame for services! I just asked them to clean my hearing aids and asked for a second opinion if they were working. Johnathan there saved me from being miserable! He said I can look in your ears if you like as well, and I said Im sorry I cant afford it. He said no problem I wont charge you. So he goes and actually cleans my hearing aids and the best part was looking in my own ears with their camera and TV screen which Ive always wanted to see inside an ear lol. Sure enough I had a Lil bit wax but not like ENT made it out to be. Then he said I can clean your ears too, but I said again I cant afford that! He said no problem its just water! The cleaning took 5 mins and double checked my ears and they were clean! I put my hearing aids in and it was like a miracle I could hear again. He has very exceptional knowledge of hearing loss and knows exactly what you are trying to explain which is a relief for a deaf person! Thank you so much Johnathan!! I will definitely be coming back to your office!!

I recently purchased a pair of Phonak Audio B90-R RIC Digital hearing aids from Livingston Hearing Aids Center in Tyler, TX.I have been using Jonathan Herd for a number of years and he has brought me from a great hearing loss to be able to have a casual conversation with my wife since I purchased these new Phonak devices.I also purchased the Phonak Com Pilot II Universal to work with my cell phone.I would recommend these hearing devices and the Com Pilot for anyone experiencing problems. And, I would advise anyone seeking help with hearing loss to contact Jonathan.To me, there is no better device than Phonak. Thank you, Jonathan, for being recommending them.
