They were closed (Monday), but they are open Tuesday through Sunday from 12pm to 9pm, and the ice cream was amazing. I choose 2 flavors, pinon and nuez, and they were amazing.

When first arriving the greating is great!(even when packed) Best ice cream in town! Love that everything is made from scratch!! They actually give you small samples of anything you want which is another plus!!! All of the workers are very kind! Would definitely go daily if I could! Oh and the prices are great. I would pay more if I had too🔥🔥

Love the fruit from here. Always get same order however asked for cream got yogurt!! Fruit was not fresh. Strawberries were frost bitten and tasted yucky.

Perfect spot for summer! Aguas frescas, mangonadas, paletas, etc. The ice cream is so fresh and delicious, some of the best in all of Tyler. Lots of unique flavors to choose from, the staff is sweet and helpful, happy to give samples or answer questions. Bring cash because they dont accept credit cards. :)

There is no doubt that this is the best paleteria in Tyler! All their snows and waters have a homemade flavor! My mom asks for mangoneada and it always tastes fresh and sweet. I order walnut palette and it tastes delicious!Also customer service was outstanding. They were super friendly and easy to hold a convo with.
