I stop at sonic every morning. Monday thru Friday. This morning I decide to get breakfast. Well, I wish I would of just stuck to getting my drink. Was not pleased at all once I opened my sandwich. Very disappointed that the bacon was burnt. Could not eat the sandwich. Drinks and service is always amazing!!!!!

I went here in between shopping and work. I ordered a chicken strip meal and a large powerade. The lady who took my order was extremely polite. The order was make very quickly and brought out in timely manner.they asked me if i needed anything else and i felt bad because i sent tbe poor girl back in 3 times for different things. She was so sweet and helpful tho i cannot remember her name.

Asked for a fresh cooked corn dog and I get a refried corn dog. From Tyler to Liberty City not one Sonic will cook it fresh.

They were packed & I still got fast service & good hot food.

My mom and I were going to eat at Sonic, which brings back memories from working at Sonic years ago. 1994...We were able to get the food we wanted and the service and area was very clean.

Asked the order taker to repeat herself, as the speakers are cranked WAY loud to the point of distortion and causing ear pain. She repeated herself, but with a sarcastic attitude enunciating every syllable separately as if Im stupid. Poor customer service and a bad attitude. The food, however, was great.

I was in a huge hurry to grab a bite before work. My food was delivered in about 3 minutes after ordering. Although my meal wasnt piping hot, it was still tasty and warm.

Love sonic by far my favorite fast food place to eat, but do not go to this one. They get your food wrong everytime and are super rude about everything.

TO day is July 20 stopped at sonic Jacksonville highway..ordeted sonic burger mustard all the way no mayo no cheese no ketchup Burger was brought out with heavy Mayo heavy ketchup it was horrible I ask only for mustard on the hamburger the girl took it back brought another burger with extra mayo no mustard they couldnt get it right the drink had to be sabotage I took it and put it in the tray when she handed to me the bottom came out drink poured all over the car I give them a 0

Food took a while to come out, they forgot half my order, and they asked for a tip. My fault for not double checking to make sure they did their job I guess. My bacon sonic double cheeseburger also only had 1 piece of bacon, but they remembered my mustard. Horrible experienceFollowing visitReturning to get my food that was forgotten previously. I inquired about the sonic bacon double cheeseburger only coming with 1 piece of bacon, I was informed it only comes with one piece. Wow!! I was also told that the picture on the menu does show one piece, just the angle may mislead you to think there is more. Speechless!! And the wait for the 2 corn dogs took 7 minutes. Come on Sonic, I thought y’all were better than this

Great place to visit before school pickup and after school pickup to get a delicious. Ice cold cherry limeade. I would invest the 10.00 for The Red Sonic Tray which SAVES you money on the drinks. 1.00 Drinks all day EVERYDAY ! Great Savings !

My Texas toast was like a pancake but everything else was good

I had the worst experience here today. We had been out in the heat all day and just wanted something cold to drink. It took forever for the lady to take our order. Then she repeated it, then told me to hang on because she didnt know how to enter it then they had discontinued the shakes both of my daughters ordered (but they were still on the menu). So we had to start all over and nothing she repeated back was right. We finally got a total for our order. Drove up to the window where s new lady started to confirm my first order, it was wrong. She said oh they didnt charge you for a flavored shake. Let me go fix the price. I finally just told them to forget it. What looked like the manager told me the one girl was fixing it. I told her it didnt matter that was only 1 of 4 and they were all it be that messed up. We ended up just leaving. We drove over to dairy Queen and had a great experience with wonderful blizzards. If your employees are not trained or cant handle orders, please dont put them at the drive thru window.

The staff have always been awesome! Fast service with a smile on their face. The wife loves the treats and I go for almost everything. Most importantly the onion rings...

Servers and drive thru people are always so fast and nice! Food is always hot and fresh here. Ive never had a bad experience with this Sonic, and I always recommend it. The best Sonic around for sure, and a must stop by for a quick bite if youre in this general area.

Very good service and staff very friendly 👍. Have stopped several times here later in evening. Love their shakes and onion rings. Half price when you go after 8 pm. Only problem I saw was parking area was not clean; paper and cups all over.

Most of the people here are good and my order isnt ALWAYS wrong but it could use some work. good considering its fast food. their cherry limeades are the best.

Do not recommend. I would advise to go to any other Sonic other than this one. I ordered Ched R Peppers and they gave me one mini container of ranch that only lasted two peppers when i still had four left.

Quick and good food!

The manager is rude and incompetent. I seriously dont know how she still has a job. She acted lost and confused like she had no idea what was going on, she laughed and scoffed at us multiple times. She interrupted us, insinuated we were lying. Seriously the worst costumer service experience Ive ever had. We left without the food we paid for or a refund due to an app error. We were told she had nothing to do with it, she hates the app, not her problem, call the 1800 number. Which we have tried before and does not work. But she also implied we were lying about that. I am seriously so angry about the experience. My 2 year old son witnessed the whole thing while we were at the playground. Will delete the app on my phone and definitely will not go back to this location again. Edit: still no response from customer service, have reached out multiple times. Out 20 bucks it seems but that pales in comparison to the treatment we received.

Took 15 minutes to get the food out, lady that took order was hard to understand due to background noise, fries completely burnt, bacon toaster was pretty much only bread, and French toast sticks were flavorless and hard as a rock.

We came here after a bad experience at another location in Tyler. This is a great location and fast service. The hit here for parents would probably be the playground and the added benefit that you can order from the playground.

Got a chicken sandwich today, took a few bites, looked at it and it was almost completely raw in the middle.

HORRIBLE!!! We love sonic and always have had amazing service but this time our experience sucked. Our carhop couldnt understand our order even when placing over the intercom and then when she came to our car door we had to repeat our order to her carhop multiple times cause she couldnt even get it right then and then they forgot several of our items that we paid for!! Never returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else!

This is by far the worst Sonic in Tyler. Very poor customer service. I pull up to the drive-thru at a little before 11. And then the lights were promptly turned off before I could make my order. I would not recommend this place for anybody in Tyler pick any other Sonic but not the one on old Jacksonville. ****Update: two years and still worst Sonic ever
