I Cant even give these people Larry,Michelle and Pancho a review.They just lied so much.I been waiting over a year to finish a bathroom . I had to open a complaint against the company. Its sad to do a disabled person like this.

Great customer service and amazing homes

Was a repeat customer, bought a 5/3 legacy, nightmare experience and poor customer service. Larry tells you what you want to hear and wont back up none of his promises! We closed in April and home is still not completed, all they can do is blame legacy! Save your money cuz once larry gets it, ya wont hear from them again!!! Legacy fixed stuff Maverick and their incompetent contractors didnt! AC problems in middle of summer with brand new home! Used a portable potty for 2 wks waiting for septic install and got charged by electric company cuz their electrician wired box wrong on service pole!!! Shop elsewhere for a professional experience, Maverick just takes your money and runs!!!

They arent very professional and leave you with a lot of questions. Even getting a pre-approval letter we werent really told what the process was going to be. We ended up going with another home center and Ron was super rude about how they always have issues with city folk shopping around and going with someone else.We are getting a brand new custom built home (almost 2000 sq. ft.) for $4000 less than the home Maverick tried to sell us that was 1600 sq. ft. (and one room less!) that had been sitting on their lot for a year. We also have incentives thru the home center we chose that will cover moving the home, set up, skirting, and all hookups when Maverick couldnt do that.Do your research and shop around. Maverick homes doesnt care about customer service or if you are happy with your home, they just care about making sales.

I bought a mobile home from them years ago,, paid the title transfer and they never ever changed it .. even after I called & asked many times . I should have known they were shady after all the complaint calls they were getting while I was waiting to buy a home from them . And I see they have paid people to give them good reviews.. lol .. figures

I met this salesman named Ron at this dealership on hwy 69 on Sunday. I knew after 5 minutes I would never buy anything from this guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met. Im so glad I didnt buy something from them. Just go see for yourself.
