This was my first time at this site and Christian walked me through the parts that I was not sure (or had any idea) how to find certain things. His responses were immediate and clear. You are fortunate to have him in your support system.

Christian was great! He helped me choose my toner last week, and, in the meantime the actual printer was the problem and it died, so, my boss in a different state about 1200 miles from me had to get a new printer, so, then Christian also helped me with the quick and easy return of this toner because it no longer was the right one for the new printer. YEESH....but, it really was quick and easy ordering, and then returning!!!!

I want to say how pleased I was when I called you I had mistakenly placed my order three times yesterday because I didnt think it went through until the last time. I have always gotten great items at great prices from ComboInk and never had to use customer service. My most recent order however had a color ink item that would not engage with my printer. We ordered two sets and the second one worked fine. We called customer service and was guided to download a return label. We shipped it back and got a follow-up email. Then we got an email informing us that the purchase price was refunded to our credit card. A+ service and we will continue to use comboInk and suggest it to our family and friends.

I have yet to have a bad experience with this company. My latest order included an ink cartridge that was leaking and I was able to get right into a chat with Junrel to resolve it. A quick picture of the leaking cartridge and a request for a new one was place. Extremely pleased!

I love Combo Ink as I have been ordering from them for a while now. I have never had a problem with my ink. Shipping is fast and convenient. I recently purchased color ink and could not get my printer to print it in color. Im thinking it has something to do with the drivers changing (since its a really old printer) but no fault on the ink. I contacted customer service through the chat box and Andre Totesora was very efficient in helping me obtain an RMA. No hassle at all. I will continue to shop at Combo Ink for my printer inks!

The people at combo Inc have been wonderful for every order I placed.Ive placed 3 orders in the last year and a half I dont print much. They have fritter ink cartridges for printers that are no longer being serviced by HP anymore. And vape are somehow able to provide their customers with exactly what they need I wouldnt go anywhere else not to mention its far cheaper than buying it HP cartridge for $57 for one color when you can get two packs are two blacks and a color 4 less than that from combo ink who would go anywhere else in my book youd be stupid as hell. Im a combo Inc customer for life and I would really recommend it to anyone theyre five star in my book if I could give them 10 I would.

I received an order for printer ink that did not fit my printer. In chat assistance today, I was able to fill out the required paperwork, to a degree. When I got to the Optional Request for a picture, to assist in finding my item, it would not let me continue without the picture. I had the picture in my phone and was working from my PC.Then I redid it all on my phone. Still the upload photo did not appear after giving Comboink permission to view my pictures. I was very pleased with the email, that I just got, from Tony which read that he was sending my the paperwork for the return. I needed to return 7 ink cartridges for my hp 8710 all in one printer. There was nothing wrong with the product.The problem was that hp has changed their software and the printer does not recognize the previous ink cartridges.Comp and Save is sending me replacements and a mailing label. They were so helpful and courteous.Comp and Save ink is a good product at a great price. I have not had any leaky or damaged cartridges. The products arrive in a reasonable length of time.Of course it is always wise to have an extra ink cartridge so you never run out of any color. If any of the cartridges is empty the printer does not print.

Buyer beware. The ink won’t work with your printer. When you call to return they will charge you to return the printer ink as well as return shipping. That’s if you can get them to send you the proper form which I have yet to have happen. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This business is not legitimate

I ordered ink cartridges for the wrong model and had to cancel the order. I used the online chat and was helped by Jewel Cortez who took care of cancelling the order so that it can be credited to my account. I reordered for the correct one. Looking forward to using these and if they work this will be new go to place for ink cartridges.

ComboInk should re-brand itself as Poor Quality Cartridges, Inc. Even reading their lengthy instructions on all the many, many problems which might be encountered, I found the cartridges to be poor quality. I never did get them loaded in my Brother printer. I had explosive ink cartridges, ink everywhere. I did not even bother trying to do a return, threw them all right in the trash can, as all I would be able to do is put them in an ink filled zip lock bag with ink continuing to flow out of them from the nozzle. I doubt the Postal Service wold have accepted that at all. Dont waste your money on these; go to your local store and get real OEM cartridges.

I order hp cartridge refills today from ComboInk.com. As a new customer I was offer a .15% discount. When I finished placing my order and found there was no discount applied and while I was still on the web site I contacted help though chat. Andre Totesora intoduced himself on the chat line and within a minute or two was able to take care of the problem. I missed a apply code step in the check out process but a refund will be applied to my account within 3 days. I appreciate very much how quickly he was able to resolve my situation.

I purchased a pair of replacement cartridges for my Canon ImageCLASS MF249dw laser printer. The first cartridge worked fine—not great, but fine—and I used it until today, when it finally became depleted. I replaced it with the second cartridge, which produced pages with black smudges of in down one side of the paper. I cleaned the printer multiple times, performed all of the cartridge troubleshooting provided in ComboInks notes, both in the box with the cartridges and online, and none of it worked. When I attempted to send the defective cartridge back for a refund, I was told that the cartridge was out of warranty.

I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them. They help you save money and make ordering it very easy. It is fast, easy, and they have great customer service. I had to leave a review because of how much I am saving on ink now. It has helped me a lot and I appreciate it.

I purchased ink cartridges for my HP psc 750 printer, which are expensive at office supply stores. These were much cheaper. The black cartridge worked great, while the first color cartridge did not. Fortunately, I had purchased another color cartridge at the same time, and it worked fine. I contacted the company and they sent me another one with an envelope to return the defective cartridge, postage paid. I am impressed with how easy they were to work with and eager to satisfy me!
