Just save yourself the headache! Buy from somewhere else.Buying used would have been a better option for us! We could still have the money, we paid for insurance, in our pocket, not theirs! Especially when its been 3 months and no one can seem to complete a return call or show up for a scheduled appointment!Heads up for if you are trying to file a complaint or claim.. have a witness. One day Tom said I didnt even have an appointment scheduled. The next day, that same man is on vacation and we were told I had cussed out the insurance people so they didnt show.So, which is it? Did I cuss them out or did I not have the appointment?

The manager Tom Taylor was very rude and acted like you didnt want to help anybody. Would highly suggest if you go to this place to either one of the sales reps and a voice speaking with the manager Tom Taylor.

Great place for all your furniture needs

Customer service is great but I didnt like the charge that is added to the your bill which makes it impossible for you to pay your bill down. I see some complaints about furniture, I dont have any because I make sure that my children do not eat,sleep, or floop on my furniture which maybe the reason I have had mine for a while. Everyone that are complaining must know that furniture now is not made with the same wood that it was made with back in our grandparents days.

Very poor built furniture. Bought a recliner June 3 it’s July 11 th and it is broke. I sure hope they make it good for their benifit. Will never buy from them again.

The bedroom set I bought for my daughter is no good I repeat no good !!I payed 1000.bucks for it and this is the second dresser and it to is broken! !ugghhh please go somewhere else! !!!
