Super friendly staff. Made sure We left out knowing everything and more about our purchase. The two men who delivered our furniture. Super friendly and got the delivery done pretty quick! it was a big hulk of couches, knocked it out. Thank you guys! customer satisfaction is a 10 for us. Super happy and enjoying our furniture, rent a center. We will be coming back for more!

Weve came a long way BUT we all make mistakes I will continue my business with them as they have shown me different from what we first started off as. Good people. Helpful as long as you communicate. I really appreciate them when Im going through hard times.

Union location is lacking in customer service. Called about a bed never called me back. But be 2 hours late paying and they call u real quick. Took 2 weeks to get my same day delivery of washer and dryer.

Called them to come and service my dryer, they never came. Dont waste your money there.

Paid on time every month. They start calling on the day the payment is due, several times a day, to find out what time youll be in to make a payment. Called on the 90th day to get payoff...they gave me the payoff, but then stated it would be almost $500 difference if I waited even 1 more day. Then a few months later, they gave us grief when we called to tell them to come pick up the furniture.

My bed about to be paid off and now they want to keep calling me all I owed is 700 dollars on it but when I tell them to come get the dam fridge it took them 2 months to come get it I will never go back there in my life and never send anyone there

The manager there is rude he lazy he dont have your stuff out when you want it I would not recommend no one to work there or buy anything.

The people that work in there are so rude if your payment is on a Saturday and you make it on a Monday then they disrespect you like you have missed three months in a row but they picked the right one to be disrespectful to
