We just had our counters installed by marvic and we are VERRY happy with the craftsmanship of the job.They were delayed due to suffering damage in shop from the storm and unfortunately like most businesses they are operating at half capacity. I cant hold that against them. Overall they did a great job.
I’d give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a counter top and backsplash in June and after a month of me calling daily, I’m told that it’s backordered and I need to pick out a different color, so I did. After weeks of not hearing anything and calling daily and leaving multiple messages I was finally able to get a hold of “Hubert” (who apparently doesn’t like answering calls or calling people back) or whoever is in charge of that dept. and I was finally able to schedule the countertops, but of course “the backsplash is back ordered”. It’s been over 2 months and I’ve called weekly, left messages and sent emails and have yet to hear anything back. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere that actually cares about professionalism and their customers.
I cant attest to the quality of their work. However, I ordered a granite countertop through Lowes and Marvic was to install it. I was given the run-around by Dominic for 2 months before having to cancel this project to prevent them from wasting any more of my time. I couldnt even get them to come to the house for measurements and a template.I ordered another countertop through a local installer over the weekend and have already had the countertop measured and expect to have it installed by next week. If I could give Marvic and Dominic less than one star I would.
HORRIBLE! I HAVE BEEN 1 MONTH WITHOUT COUNTERTOPS. THE TEMPLATER BROUGHT FANCY EQUIPMENT TO PRECISELY MEASURE AND STILL THE MEASUREMENTS ARE WRONG! I APPROVED 2 SEAMS IN A PARTICULAR LOCATION. A FEW DAYS BEFORE INSTALL, I RECEIE AN UPDATE THAT ONE OF MY SEAMS IS BEING MOVED TO AN ODD LOCATION OR IF I WANT THE SEAM IN THE APPROVED LOCATION, I WOULD NEED TO PAY AN ADDITONAL $980. TODAY, THE INSTALLERS FINALLY COME AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO MARVIC AND THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THE COUNTERTOPS ARE INACCURATE RESULTING IN DIFFERENT OVERHANG DEPTHS. THEY CLAIM THAT THE DELAYS IN ACCURACIES ARE DUE TO THE STORM WE HAD LAST WEEK, HOWEVER IVE HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES PRIORTO LAST WEEKS STORM. STAY AWAY!
Great Fabrication shop, family owned and very good organized business. They fabricate and install Krion Solid Surface countertops like the one at the Porcelanosa Showroom on this photo and their work is very good, but their professionalism and caring about doing the job good. I have dealt with dozens of fabircatros and contractos in my years in the business and when problems happen, most of the fabricators run away and do not take responsibility of small details, but Marvic does. They do respond calls and emails. Thats whats important .
Today Alex & Marcos installed our QUARTZ countertop. Absolutely wonderful artists!Both men were knowledgeable, very professional & hard working. The job is beautiful!!Thank you for an awesome new look!!

WARNING WARNING WARNING IF YOUR BLACK DO NOT GO HERE....they do not service BLACKS or maybe they do....But SALVATORE DOESNT . This issue I’m about to explain has been in the course of 2 weeks span.I went to MARVIC to get granite for my kitchen in which I live a half a mile down the street from this location. I tried to schedule someone to come out to measure and give an estimate through Salvatore. He told me to leave my number and he will call me later that day on a Wednesday. Wednesday turned into Friday and I still didn’t hear from him. So I got the measurements and I went to Marvic to meet with him to give him the measurements to get an estimate. He wasn’t there an a associate told me leave it on his desk that he will return my call later that day. Therefore I called him to tell him I left the measurements he stated that he was heading back to the office and he will call with an estimate when he returns. I never received a phone call. I called Saturday he stated he will give me the estimate on Monday. Monday came and he gave me an estimate ( in which was reasonable) I agreed and wanted to get the ball rolling because time was of the essence with my contractors completing my home. I told him that I saw a few granite tops that I liked and asked if his store carries it he stated that they do but he has to check once he gets back in the office . I never received a call.So I texted the next day and asked when he possibly start. He told me that he will give me a call the next day. I never received a call...A few days later I visit Marvic and I call and text him, he never responds...Then I leave a voicemail and text stating that I will just come to the store to retrieve my layout/measurements and I will go else where since he doesn’t want to service me. He never responded. I call to make sure he was available so I can pick up the layout and of course he didn’t. Therefore because it was Saturday afternoon with no response I waited to Monday in which is today to retrieve my layout. I went in and I said I need my layout, he looked around for it and said “Oh sorry we have many granite tops if you want us to still do it.” I stated no thank you and I left with my layout. Now before you disagree or judge, just ask yourself if this is professional and if I was WHITE... would I be going through this ....NO.
