Poor Management: they installed two countertops in my kitchen and bath on two different days. The installation crew damaged my patio door first time when they carried out the heavy kitchen countertop. We didn’t see that immediately and the crew didn’t say anything. The manager was accusing me to lie when I mentioned to him.

We had a really positive experience with the Stone Shop. We went into the shop to choose a remnant for our fireplace and ended up leaving with new kitchen countertops as well! The whole process from the time we obtained a quote to the actual install was less than 2 weeks. We could not believe how efficient they were and everything looked amazing. I highly recommend the Stone Shop. Because of Covid the whole process took 3 months. Frank helped me locate the exact color of quartz and then stored it for almost two months. There was a hiccup when they first came to install so they took the tops back and fixed the issue. The install team clearly takes great pride at what they do. I could not find a fabricator who could build up my island countertop the way we wanted until PMI Int’l referred me to Frank from The Stone Shop. He’s very responsive and diligent in his follow up. They measured when we were ready and delivered the following week! So happy with all the countertops but especially the island.

Our kitchen designer, Joe LoSpino at Artisan Kitchens, recommended Frank Rodriguez and his team at The Stone Shop to do our stone. Artisan only works with the best so we took their advice and so thankful we did. We picked 3 beautiful marble slabs with distinct veining. Frank is a true artist. He considered the layout, the appliances, the style and then cut the stone specifically so that the grain would flow “up” to the backsplash behind the stovetop range- the main focal point or “wow” factor in the room. The pieces are virtually seamless - the veins are matched to line up as if one piece. The overall look is absolutely stunning! Every contractor that came after commented on the the spectacular work and overall look. Frank went over and beyond to make sure the work was done to perfection without letting the pressure of the whole project impede his precision. He even had his team install a remnant marble piece to match perfectly in my laundry room. The Stone Shop truly turned my custom kitchen into a masterpiece.
