Albert was great, but the customer service at this location is horrible. I was misinformed about a rebate and I had to constantly follow up about my order.Update: the response team fixed my issues and were lovely to work with.

Great place and good prices

Great prices & very courteous staff. I went on a Sunday when they were swamped with customers, yet they greeted me and took care of me within minutes. Even helped load my SUV with 20 packs of flooring. Just parking lot is small and hard to find a spot- I had to park in the rear.

This was my first at Lumber Liquidators ever.Very nice store. Floors they have are samples of the flooring materials they sell.This store has very good variety of floors. Also they offer instalation.There were good sale/ clearance items.A worker who was dealing with us was very nice.He gave me few floor samples I asked him for. He explained some things about floors we didnt know.When we decide what exactly to buy, we would come here again.

LL measured the room and claimed the floor was not leveled. It is. It’s a newer house that was recently inspected twice. Quoted a very high price for installation only, we never got to talk about the choice of wood. Found someone else who found a solid wood floor the size and finish that I was looking for. Installations, removal of the rug that was in place, the wood and inclusive of tax was still less than what LL wanted for just the installation. Not to mention that the whole process took two weeks and that, of course, there was no issue with the level of the floor.

Top notch Service from Johan @ Store1304. Amazing service and installation service. Johans recommendation to go with LVP was spot on as we replaced the old carpeting we have in our house. The installer, Albert, workmanship was spectacular and very efficient. Scheduled appointment was met. Highly recommend this store and installation crew.

It is truly a pleasure doing business with Lumber Liquidators.I stumbled upon LL by accident looking for vinyl planks the previous tenant left unfinished in the place Im moving into.The flooring ended up being from there and I was legitimately blown away by this company.Their costumer service is top notch, placing an order online was a breeze, and they are very focused on keeping their costumers safe during these trying times.I picked up my order from their Union store the next day, my floor looks beautiful and I saved a bunch of money.I HIGHLY recommend this company.

The store manager showed exemplary customer service. I had over ordered tile for our project and was past the 90 day return period. He understood the circumstances and issued a refund - leaving a very satisfied customer. And the tile was top quality - and we get compliments from all of our friends. Would highly recommend this store !

This place is the best! My wife and I stopped by a couple of times and was helped by different flooring experts, and they all were very courteous and very helpful! Never were felt that they were selling just helpings tour request, they gave the space to shop. I had my contractor install my floor, and there was an issue, andU Yohan was very helpful. He even gave me some extra pieces to help repair the floor. Again simply the best!!! I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators especially the one in Union.

Great staff who were really knowledgeable. Its my first house and they were really informative and I didnt feel like I was being sold on anything at any point. The price was reasonable and better than the big box stores. Will be coming here when I decide to do my next floor.

Bad experience after They sold the materials They do not want exchange doesnt matter if the materials are broke or something, especial when you buy hardwood floors .The hardwood floor came in boxes 1/2 box of wood is good 1/2 box is garbage and They say is not my problem but you can use for the corners or something ..do not go that place dont waste your money .....
