I really like this hardware store. They are huge and well stocked. The employees are very friendly. And I love that they can refer you to experts to do the work for you.

Ive never done a lot of business until lately . They have had everything I needed and at a surprisingly good price . Paradise is my go to store now

I am a heavy Do it Yourself handyman and was amazed at the selection and values at Paradise Home Center. They carry top lines in power tools, paint, plumbing and electrical and the service was excellent. I used to shop at Big Box stores because I thought their selection and pricing was better, but I now see that I can get the same products at better prices at my local store! Ill definitely be back.

They pretty much have everything that Ive always needed .....but it is at a premium price. There is no competition here.

They may not always beat lowes and home depot pricing, but there integrity out ways it all. When we bought some 2x4s today they accidentally charged us the wrong price. We did not notice and loaded up our truck and started to leave. They went out of their way to make sure to give us our money back that we over spent on the 2x4s. Thank you for amazing customer service!!

Been in there for the past few months redoing my deck and kitchen . Spent tons of money. Went in there yesterday and couldnt find what I was looking for. So I went up to the register and asked this lady if there was someone who could help me. She stayed looking down and started shaking her head like I was bothering her. Never once said anything to me. And I thought it was just teens with a bad attitude!Wish there were another place in union to buy supplies ! Second time in two weeks that they Cant tell waffer board from plywood !! Now they cant help picking it up !! Pathetic !!!!

Earlier this year I took apart my pool deck, which I plan to reassemble on the back of my house. I built the deck some 15-20 years ago with lumber from Paradise Home Center. When I turned the boards over they look almost like new! The lumber I bought from Paradise so many years ago will look good when I rebuild my deck this fall.

Visited store today. Asked for assistance from 2 employees. One employee just kept on walking past me saying look on the box when asked if item was in stock. Went to front a d asked for help but no one came. Waited for 20 minutes. NO HELP. Was forced to go out of town for my purchase. WHY EVEN TRY TO SHOP AT HOME??#NOHELP

We were looking for windows for renovation of our sunroom. We traveled to Greenville and Spartanburg looking for windows and came back to Union where Paradise Home Center was comparable in quality and price. Dan was most helpful in working with us and the manufacturer in the design and construct of the windows we were looking for. The windows were delivered on time and as exactly as ordered. Our experience was most satisfying and we will use them in the future.

Worst customer around. I needed a piece 1/4 copper tubing. I waited 45 mins because they wouldnt let me cut it. Ive worked with pipe all my life!!! Finally someone came and ruined 3 cuts by letting the cutters walk up the tubing. pitiful. The guy Pete Berry rating below me owns the place, Guess he would brag on it. lol

I brought several wood window frames in after the cashier assured me they measured and cut glass for windows. The older man who waited on me complained of his already busy schedule, said he couldnt do it immediately (I said Id could come back and pick them up) he said the glass had to be cut precise (doesnt all glass have to be cut precise ) after SEVERAL more complaints and flat out rude behavior, I said Im sorry I bothered you, maybe it would be better if I took them to Home Depot in Spartanburg. To which he replied Yes, I think that would be best. Its sad when big box stores provide customers with better and kinder service that a family owned store.FYI...Im converting a treehouse into a garden shed, a treehouse that my husband and I spent over a thousand dollars in lumber on, from YOUR very store. No doubt all of our future building and garden projects will NEVER involve your store again. Call me crazy, but I prefer to do business with people who dont make me feel bad.

I called needing my screens redbone again. The person I spoke to acted like I was wasting her time. Well I wont waste her time or my money there any time soon.

Didnt know what plastic sheeting was when I asked. Tried to sell me plexiglass. Went to ace. Asked for plastic sheeting and they told me yeah we got a whole aisle. Go to ace. I wont even mention how they banned my father in law because he got upset over them not willing to recut his counter he paid for and then refusing a refund but oh wait I just did.

Some, very few, prices are cheaper than Lowes/HD, Others, majority, are much much more expensive. Plaster tubs are 70% more expensive than Lowes. Customer service stinks. Compare to Home Depot where you can not go down an aisle without being approached, Paradise employees seem to make an effort not to make eye contact as they pass you, much less try to assist you. Floor manager infuriated me, she did one price adjustment for a busted container for me one week, then denied doing it and refused me another time.
