Always a good trip when heading to Ace. Ive known the folks there for many years, and theyre always greeting you with a smile and a helping hand.A breath of fresh air when youre used to the big box stores everywhere else.A bonus, usually if you are having trouble figuring out exactly what you need or how to do something, there is someone there that has insight into getting the job done.

I walked into this store on Saturday to ask a question about returning something, was told I could not due to store policy, which is fine. Was greeted by a lady named Emmy that was quite possibly the rudest sales associate I’ve ever encountered. Will never return.
