Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, there was, first, an internal miscommunication regarding inventory, where the order claimed it had shipped when it hadnt because the product ran out of stock. However, customer service was communicative and accommodating. After a second shipping complication, in which UPS lost my package, they were generous and willing to offer a refund for the order. I didnt receive the order, but customer service was very helpful and generous!

The jars I ordered cracked overnight after putting my product in them. I lost about $30 worth of product and my business is now delayed weeks. I even had them send me a sample jar prior to test out and that worked fine. They gave me a refund for the jars, but basically told me tough luck on all the product I lost. Also, you won’t be able to speak to a person, they only offer customer service via email. Good luck if you decide to shop here.

I had to shop around a lot to find what we needed to meet new regulations. These guys had the best prices so we went with them. They always ship very fast and answer any questions I have very quickly as well.

If I could have given no stars I would have. Unfortunately, I had to give one. The star ratings are probably from employees. Half of my order arrived completely shattered. I sent several emails, left a phone message (the voicemail said they would return the call in 2 days, its been a week and havent heard anything) I also filed a complaint online with the company. I sent several pictures of their shipment. No one cares, no one has responded to refund or replace anything.

Horrible communication! I buy regularly from them and Ive had issues with a couple of orders. I filled their contact form thrice now with no answer either by email or phone. This isnt what you should expect from your main bottle supplier when running a business!!

UPDATE: The company was very prompt in giving me a refund and in shipping my other orders. They have since fixed the inventory issue, and I hope to continue to order from them.----------------I hate writing bad reviews. I really do. Im a good customer - Im usually very patient and understanding because I know that somethings things happen that are out of our control. But this company fails to communicate issues. I placed an order which didnt ship on time. I called - twice because the first time the rep didnt give me any info and didnt call me back as she said she would - and finally sent a message on Facebook because I was out of other ways to get in touch. My order finally shipped only for me to receive it and discover that half of my order was missing. HALF. I called and was told they would be out of stock of that item for the next few months. Theres nothing we can do. You should have received an email. I never received an email - I check my email multiple times a day, because I have customers too. It probably would have been prudent for SOMEONE to mention the shortage of product when I called and when I emailed and when I sent a support ticket. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and because of their lack of communication, Im losing business this weekend. If they had just told me at the start that they were out of stock, I would have made other arrangements, and I would have been completely happy to keep doing business with them. But as it is, I dont trust them anymore.
