I missed the home delivery of a package and went to FedEx at 6:30pm to get it. The employees at this location were great. The driver hadnt yet returned but they called and got an ETA and they assured me he would retrieve my package immediately upon return, which was sooner than I expected. They were all friendly, courteous, and professional. Great location, great reps of fedex!

FedEx company is scamming people, and worst customer service they have, all the time lying to the customers and dont help them as well at all. IShipped a package from October 14, 2020, to Turkey county for $158 and they dont deliver it, when I called them to help me or whats going on they stole the package and asked for more money to for releasing the package and paid $25 then $28 still didnt deliver it till today OCT 31, 2021. When I asked for a refund they are now telling me its not on their system its ridiculous they even dont refund my money instead said forget the package and refund. dirty company. I don’t suggest at all.

One of the best services I’ve ever received. She was incredible and professional. She helped me with the correct box for my items and helped me with packing them. The facility was tidy and organized.

I had a good experience at this center. It has a clean environment. The staff were pleasant and courteous. Finally, the item I mailed that was to take 3 days took only 1 day to arrive at the destination. Thanks FedEx!

Fedex claimed they attempted delivery but “no one was home.” That is false as we were home during the time and our apartment building’s mail/package area was accessible for the entire day. Attendant here was unhelpful in resolving the situation with a pickup. Attempting delivery tomorrow.

Easiest pick up ever. Asked for my ID and I was able to receive my package that I was unable to accept bc I wasnt home. Same day! No bs about coming back next day. Social distancing enforced. Friendly staff.

This location’s employees seem very lazy and unwilling to work. I came in there with a package which label was unable to print my home printer the young lady behind the counter informed me that you do not print out labels at this location which is a lie because I got labels printed out at this location before

Ill give it one star because the Muslim female employee was very nice BUT first impression walking in: empty envelope bins and no slips. The front are was devoid of employees, even when I called out. The place is super hot, they either had the heat on or they had no air conditioning. Either way, its a breeding ground for bacteria. When the lady came out she gave me what I needed and was very pleasant.

A FedEx ship center with no shipping supplies at all doesn’t make sense. Really just a place you can drop off

How are you still in business? Overnight delivery (medication & signature required) o was expecting got picked up from pharmacy on Tuesday. Still not delivered to me on Friday. This is all within NJ Rest assured youll get it by end of day. I heard that every day.. every day I waited around. They never even put it on the truck. Had to get it myself. FED EX will fail you time and time again.

30 mins waiting on line to drop off 1 package. Only one person working out front when there is the space for 2 people to work at a time and keep social distance. Bunch of other employees in the back and even dared to look out the window on the door from the back and quickly stepped away when they saw the line.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to locate my package as I missed the delivery and needed the package that day because I was going out of town and couldnt wait for it. This store front location was a Cul De Sac accessed through a hidden driveway. Goggle map did not map out access driveway. But did display the location on map.service was quick and problem free.

Small walk-in so line is always out the door, in the cold. Staff is knowledgeable, but also makes them arrogant and attitudish (made up word). Feels unkempt and under-resourced, but youll get your package out or picked up....eventually.

I was home all day and the package was returned stating Customer Not Available. They requested me to pick up instead.Its not even a signature required package.Pathetic.

The 2 Representatives behind the plexiglass were very kind and considerate to all.I observed these 2 women handle not only the customers with there packages.But I also noticed the patrons dropping off packages. No one went unnoticed with a Thank You or some kind of greeting as these customers were in and out dropping off their packages of various sizes on the conveyor belts.. The 1 helping me also provided outstanding service walking me through the shipping process.She made me feel like I was the only customer present especially since there was a line of customers. They both represented very well for Fedex.

This place is the WORST place to get deliveries!1) my package was supposed to be delivered on Jan 2nd . They didn’t even bother to knock on my door that Saturday as they came at 9am . Mind you my cars were in front of my home and who the hell is up at 9am in the morning ?!After I calmed myself down I asked my package be shipped Monday morning the 4th . No one BOTHERED to even come to my house as I spent 9 hours of my day. They connected me to the station manager who hung up in my face . Now i have no idea when I’m getting my package as I am losintb$160 an hour due to this incompetence.I will be going to fedex Human Resources because someone is getting fired at this location for not doing their job .

Went to pick up a package and it was not at there the agent stated that the driver still had the package I had to wait one hour for the driver to come to the FedEx with my package from the day at 7 pm I had put a hold on the package so it wouldnt go out the following day. Of Jan. 14 I had 3 attempts at my apartment one with a tag and the last attempt nothing was left so j called to j old the package and was not at the shipping place in union. I finally did get it the agent stated that the package might not be on the truck.

They get the job done, they are not very friendly and I definitely did not feel welcomed. However we are undergoing a global pandemic and I understand people are on edge. But I have actually been here before the pandemic and customer service was mediocre then too.Only 5 customers are allowed in the store at this time. You must wear a mask. Customer service is not their strong point, if you need to ship a package or anything else it is a really convenient location. If you dont mind mediocre customer service, check it out!

Horrible service! How do you be home and they dont let you know? If I knew my package was being delivered via FedEx, I would have had it cancelled or changed to another delivery service! They are as bad as the postal service has become!!! They delivery was not that great pre-COVID! DO NOT USE FEDEX! They do not even try to let you know that they are at your place! Maybe they are too busy to delivery and would rather just leave notices!!!!

This place is the worst. With the rise of packages being delivered especially during the pandemic I have had nothing but trouble with FedEx deliveries. UPS and Amazon both over perform in this category but FEDEX comes in dead last.

Ship center and the rep that helped me was Awesome! The delivery driver not so good, he rung doorbell and left right away, so by the time my wife went to the door no one was there. He didnt give her 10 to 30 sec to answer door so I had to go all the way to Union after Id just found a parkedand went into the house just to find out I had to go to Union. 30min there and 30min back not cool at all and Im not happy about that!

Unreliable, LAZY, lying drivers. The driver never shows up, never left a door tag, then claims “business” was closed. This is an apt with an intercom by the way and like most people I’ve been working from home. I called so many times and I still don’t have my package that I paid to be shipped express.

Customer service was horrible. I wouldnt even have had to come to this location, if the driver hadnt tried to deliver my package to the correct house number, but in the wrong city. The address on my package doesnt exist in the city the driver went to, which makes me wonder, where were they really going with my package?

They said a delivery attempt was made. I was home and no door bells were rung. I contacted them to retry same day, and of course they never came. This Fedex office lacks honesty and accountability.

Most importantly my package was at that location and the service was quick. And the ladies working behind the counter were so nice. Im very satisfied.

Extremely disappointed in the services from this company. My packages have been pushed back from deliveries and lost in the system. Notices have not even been left on my door not to mention I’ve been home the whole time. Driver claim to pass by residential area but doesn’t even drive by the area or leave a notice for package.

Second time coming here to pick up the same package. Recieved alerts saying it would be here at a certain time..I arrive 20 minutes past that time and they inform me truck is running 1 hour late. I run some errands for an hour and a half and when I return they tell me they told me 6pm..when in fact they said the truck is running an hour late. Gave me attitude and said they told me 6 oclock...these people have a bad attitude towards me and I dont understand why...if I can avoid coming here in the future I certainly will.recommend you do the same.

I placed an order at Sam’s club in Billings Montana to be shipped to my home address in Union Nj 07083. That requires a signature .Delivery person wrote some random name. And claimed he delivered it. Well it was A valuable package cost over $1500.00 I filled a claim with my local club they have contacted you guys several times . I can’t be responsible for someone else’s mistakes u guys require signature for those reasons to match identity and and not lose my package this have been going on for months over the period of 3-4 months. Worst experience ever.

The most incompetent staff ever. Just simply stupid, uneducated, and unprofessional all around. I had a very important package that was supposed to be delivered days ago.“Why hasn’t it been delivered yet, then?”Because the duck of a driver is supposed to call me 2 hours ahead of time so that I could sign for my package. Instead, they don’t call and leave all sorts of “attempts” on the front door. You’re better off with leaving this facility alone. I will be contacting HR.

These people are so pros! They are a very busy place most time but they get you in and out quickly and professionally. The only problem here is customers that dont get it. They gum up the works but the staff work right through it and get you going fast.

I was home and buzzed the driver in twice and they said I wasn’t home to receive my package... which clearly is a lie.. they refused to contact the driver even tho I called with in minutes of said “missed delivery” and refused to give me unions jersey number.. they said they would contact me but that’s been a hour ago... worst delivery service ever

Real good service in and out

The entrance to the parking lot is narrow and because there is another business that shares the lot its not clear where the parking is until you drive into the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a long line on Saturday. The hours are good.

Ive been to this location on several occasions and I always managed to retrieve my packages without any issues. Once in a while things will be slow considering if its only one associate at the desk handling the shipping and retrieving parcels.

Kind of in the back and hard to find if you dont know what you are looking for. I was really disappointed being home all day, not hearing a knock at my door and then having to go pick up my package. Good news is this place is open until 8:30pm. When I got there there was no line so I was in and out pretty quickly.

DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE!!!!! For two days now i have been trying to receive my package, and every time i track my package it keeps saying “MISSED” i literally called out of work and WAITED FOR MY IMPORTANT PACKAGE! THE DRIVER IS DISGUSTING!!!!

Fedex lost my suitcases! I am given the run around just to get redress! Customer service is USELESS! Tried corporate, there is no way to speak to someone in corporate. Tried putting a tracer, customer service still cant help! BEWARE!

Excellent Customer Service..I went here to pick up my package when it was suppose to be delivered Tuesday (tomorrow) which was needed asap. I must say, Jackie and Martha took their time to find the package so I could get it a day earlier than what Ive expected. Give them a vacation and a raise, such kind hearted people.. lol :-)

The place is terribly marked so its not easy to find off of Vauxhall Road. The building is also tucked away behind a long drive. Once I found it and went inside I had to wait on line for awhile because there was only one attendant out of 3 possible working The front desks. The person behind the desk was unpleasant and rude, unfortunately. The other employees were in a back office listening to music loudly. Terrible! Sorry!
