If you go to this store, ask for Nate! He was absolutely excellent and he made the experience stress free and comfortable. He has excellent people skills and is not your typical pushy sales man. Straight to the point, has alot of patience, and extremely down to earth. He is very good at explaining things and easy to understand. So thankful to have had him. The staff were all very nice. They did forget to activate my new phone so 4 hours later when I noticed all of my apps are still loading we called tech support and figured out what the problem was.I’d have to give tech support 5 stars!!!

Love this store. The AT&T crew is always helpful and always fixes my problem or answered my questions. Ive had several other brand phone services over the past 15 years, but none of them even come close to the level of service that AT&T offers. Nicki at the mall, is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG. GREAT JOB NICKI.

I signed up with AT&T and ported my number over from another carrier. I was never able to properly use the phone number texting. Unfortunately AT&T never resolved the issue. They tried. Unfortunately for me, I’m stuck paying the bill and the phone because after months you can’t return anything. I did not purchase the phone at the store. I Signed up with an in-house representative to bundle with DIRECTV. He is no longer available to answer my calls or to solve my issues although he tried. Everyone in the store work diligently to solve my problem but it was beyond their control. I had great customer service but AT&T never gave their associates the tools to take care of the issue. I lost a lot of time and money switching over I’m not sure going back to the other carrier is the answer. Maybe next time they’ll suggest not putting a number over.

Terrible I brought in a prepaid phone to see if it was unlocked to change to there service for prepaid they said it was unlocked and that that they could transfer everything to my iPhone I just bought so I was like cool so we switch everything over to that sim I paid for service and everything 75$ put the sim in the iPhone guess what didnt work wouldnt give me a refund couldnt transfer my number back pretty much was buy one of our phones trade in your 200 dollars phone put it towards a Android to get 50 dollars off of it or call this number and have them change everything back but the sim card that had your old number might not work anymore like they didnt tell me any of that in the beginning so I had to buy a junk phone for 80$ and now my iPhone is worthless unless I pay Walmart 150$ to unlock the iphone terrible they warned me about nothing but was happy to take my money go to a different service provider or a different store

I used to work for these losers. They blocked me from getting my $1200 commission I was rightfully owed. They don’t take care of their employees. If you must shop here only deal with Gabby or Junior!!!

We do not Recommend this place at all for any kind of business, Sales rep Gabrielle Pilchta lied to us about everything giving us false information on billing, plans, payments, then failed to give us any proper paperwork, receipts, etc and she failed to give us the device instruction booklet, sim card, etc that was removed from the box by her so very dishonest and deceitful etc and now my account is a mess. and the manager will give you a stare down contest trying to scare you and Intimidate you with dirty looks acting very strange in front of my g.f this has been reported to police and mall security

10/10 will always recommend Gabby! Will never go anywhere without her!
