Kathy and Kevin went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer

Ben, at the 575 Morgantown St./Uniontown Shopping Center, Uniontown, PA location, went far beyond going the Extra Mile when retrieving my sons data from his old I-Phone w/ a fried charging/data port. Ben voluntarily worked on the port gaining access to his data after my son had resided himself to loosing it all. Ben unexpectedly called us after the fact & reported he was able to clean-up the port enough for the transfer to happen. We took his new Samsung phone back to the store & his data was retrieved. Outstanding customer service across the board, Thx Ben!!!

Was a very nice visit, the man behind the counter was very polite and helpful. I got the problem with my phone fixed.

The manager and Alec are magnificent. They both went to extremes to help us get our phones to the point we can comfortably use them. You are to be congratulated on your employees at the Uniontown, PA store. My husband and I are in our 70s and not very techniclogically advanced. Alec pulled us out of messes twice. Thank you for providing such great support for all of here in the area.

Entered store...no associates. Gentleman appeared from the back and waited for me at the furthest station (with a grunt of a greeting). I shared that my screensaver was cracked and need a replacement. He could do it, but I would have to pay...NO KIDDING! First, he needed to finish his call with a customer in the back. Thats fine, but why are you working from the back when youre the only associate? Most disturbing was his hygiene...filthy hands and fingernails and reeked of cigarette smoke. ZERO STARS.
