I personally love every H‑E‑B I walk into, even though they are almost always busy. Especially heading into the holiday season! But overall, this store has such a chill vibe. The employees are always so nice and helpful. They definitely set the bar for grocery store staff everywhere I go (which isnt many other places). Its clean and everything is well labeled and easy to find. (: I love this place.

Cant tell you how aggrevating it is to shop at this H-E-B. Being the busiest one in the area, you would expect them to know better than to start stocking their shelves 2 hours before they close every day. Some of us get off work late. Coming here after 9pm, you are greeted by precariously stacked boxes blocking the products on the shelves, making it virtually impossible to actually shop without first pushing boxes aside. Upon making it to the registers you find only 2 are open, yet there are 15 odd employees just blocking entire isles with pallets.

Plenty of space for social distancing, plenty of staff stocking and available to ask questions! Hardly any out of stock items that I needed.

Good curbside service. If you order a lot like $200 or more its a little longer to wait at pick up which is reasonable. Also, double check your stuff bc sometimes they may forget a item. Other than that no issues.😊

This is a newer HEB but they seem to be having a staffing problem. I could not get any assistance from any department, Deli, Meat and Seafood were overwhelmed. If I wanted Sushi, for some strange reason, they had LOTS of available help there if needed.

Staff was very helpful. I just moved here from out of state and my daughter in-law recommended I do my grocery shopping here. Very pleased and will make this store my primary store. Only thing I could say bad about heb is that they dont have a lot of diabetic food choices.

This grocery store for anyone whos never been in one are like a Walmart supercenter or back in California the giant grocery stores super centers. They have everything the wine displays go for aisle after aisle the meat section is large and full of fresh meats for everyone cheeses dairy huge assortment of anything that you would need to in a grocery store including a gardenin. section these are impressive stores fun just to go to look around spend some time.

This HEB is awesome! Most HEBs in Austin have a MASSIVE sushi area. Do you like chicken cooked all kinds of ways? Youre in luck here. What would be the sushi area is dedicated to cooking birds. And Im not gonna lie, I kinda like it.

A great store! I love my HEB. I was a little disappointed with the green tomatoes this time but I appreciate them carrying them.

Pharmacy was swamped but did a great job on filling prescriptions as fast as they could. Store is neat and clean as always and everything is stocked!Check out was fast and easy!

Stopped in to grab somethings I don’t usually shop here. Robert in the meat department was super helpful with all my questions about some steaks. He went above and beyond and took time to help me. What an asset to this location.Thanks again Robert! You Rock! HEB is lucky to have you.

Disregarding the drive to this H-E-B location, I enjoy the excellent service I receive when I come across a specific manager in the Bakery Department. Jeraldine is always attentive and exceeds the service she provides to not only myself, a customer, but to every customer.Other than the bakery, this location also has a beautiful and refreshing selection of flowers and roses. I am pleased and always amazed with how well this H-E-B keeps up with their floral department.

Been doing curb side for a while now and have never made a complaint, usually just grin and bear it. However, this is getting ridiculous. Lately every time I order produce it’s either rotten or getting there, last week I had an entire bad of oranges that were rotten to the point that my finger sunk through one taking it out of the bag and a carton of eggs that had 4 missing. This time I received cheese that expired 5 days ago and pears that were $2 each and all were beat up and rotten! Getting tired of throwing money in the trash every week.

This Kansan is very impressed with this store. I will definitely be back when I come back to San Antonio.

The store is huge and clean. Great selections. But I felt totally unwelcome. I was watched intensely as I checked out at self check out. Like she literally stood directly behind me. I still have on my work uniform with the logo... why feel the need to watch me like a hawk? Then as I was leaving the greeter only greeted “certain” people 😑. I’ll try one more time but I don’t think I’ll like this location very much.

I enjoy shopping at this HEB. I do my grocery shopping early in the morning to avoid the crowd. It gets pretty busy. Plenty of registers open, wait time to check out is minimal. Large produce section is always well stocked.

Bring back Muscle milk protein powder coffee latte flavor. Ive been waiting for months and now my coupons are expired. Not fair could have used them long ago if only the product was in stock.Overall yall are pretty awesome and are more stocked than your typical HEB.

This morning I bought a large watermelon and set it on the top part of my shopping basket. After I checked out and pushed my cart to my car, I wasn’t able to lift the watermelon out since it had become wedged in there! I returned to the store and a wonderful young man not only managed to lift it out of the cart, but then carried it out to my car. Thank you, Jose, for being so helpful and personable!

The deli staff are extremely friendly and hardworking. The cashiers are efficient and also friendly.

There was no stock. It seemed like everything we wanted was out of stock. Some shelves top to bottom was empty. Was there a run on Cherrios that I did not hear about? Just Cherrios, not honey nut or other flavors. Not what I am use to in Houston.

I feel bad because I love HEB but today wed. Sept. 8th. I walked in to get a flamin bird they sell and the lady who was cooking on the grill I wont say her name. Well she didnt look so well. She kept coughing she had one of those 1 layer mask on/ blue surgical mask. I turned around and walked right out. I honestly dont know the situation but I dont know why nobody caught this send her home. If she just has a cough like my aunt does everyday of her life maybe put her on register or on the floor? I know their within guidelines but from a moral sense idk. I chose not to purchase and leave. Sorry HEB

Really madHorrible customer serviceCashier charged us $35.00 for apple pie. Instead of fixing it at the register Seth - the manager and another team member made us stand in the customer service which added 10 mins to our already time crunch. I have had issues like this before and they always fix at the register. We even told them we were in a rush( to get food to my mother in law who was just released from the hospital!!!! Yes, I timed it 10 mins. Only 1 register open. Then we found out they could have did it at the register!!!! This is definitely not good customer service that HEB so proudly LOVES to advertise.

I always buy my cat foods and grocery at HEB. I noticed the fruits here are more larger than different stores and more fresh. I got everything I need from here.

Super busy at almost any time of the day. The aisles are narrow but not much can be controlled there. The products are fresh, always in stock... the partners are grinding around the clock. Front end is always on point. They get you out pretty fast no matter how busy they are.

Most everything you need to buy in the way of groceries is that the store. The produce is always fresh and delicious.

I’ve been coming to this store for 16 years and the customer service has always been impeccable! Amazing workers with great personalities. They all deserve a pay raise.

As someone who shops at this location at least twice a week for the last 5 years, I genuinely appreciate the consistency in customer service, product selection/availability and cleanliness. Thank you for also carrying certain items other locations dont, such as LaCroix sparkling water in peach-pear and Suja Vitamin C shots!

This store is always clean and well stocked, the staff mostly consists of young adults but they are always respectful and have great customer service, which is really hard to find these days. Over the past year, I believe that all HEBs have gone above and beyond to help out their local communities during these difficult and stressful times. I mostly have been ordering curb side and have tried numerous times to tip the staff loading my groceries but they always tell me it’s against the companies policy..lol.Keep up the great work!

I went to this HEB yesterday to pay for registration and the service center did an excellent job. This was more faster then the tax assecors office and I was in and out in about 2 mins.Great Job!

I visited HEB (Kitty Hawk) today with no expectations of finding what I needed after the unforseen snow and ice storms. It was one of my best experiences and exceeded all expectations, which has become the norm. Basic needs were met... Eggs, meat, soup veggie packs, and veggie meal packs. They even had sushi and rotisserie chicken. I truly appreciate all of the amazing folks that ensure the needs of our community are met.

Terrible experience with John from curbside. I was overcharged for items and John made it seem as if it was my fault. He was very rude and arrogant. Kelsey store manager helped resolve the issue. Had to make 2 telephone calls and an additional trip to the store. Turned into an hour long ordeal. Complete waste of my time.The week before 4 items were missing from my curbside order. There services are really lacking the professionalism I expect from H‑E‑B. I think I’ll try Walmart. I sure do miss Albertsons.

Its ok but definitely needs cleaning and more attention to customers. No where nearing it use to be.

I always love coming to this one as they have a decent selection of less common foods and necessary staples. Always clean and plenty of assistance when needed.I LOVE their floral department. There is a caucasian woman that says she is 61 years old aggressively panhandling in the parking lot of this HEB as recently as 12 September 2021. This woman claims to need money for a bus ticket to go to Colorado Springs. She claims that she does not have a car. However, I saw her drive her 1994 to 1995 Chevrolet Trailbalzer, grey in color out of the HEB parking lot down Kitty Hawk to the Wal Mart in Coverse, Texas. This women is lying to people about a hard luck story to get money then going shopping at Wal Mart with the money she lies to get. The HEB Manager at this location is NOT taking any steps at all to stop this woman. I contacted the Universal City and Coverse police departments about this woman on 21 September 2021. HEB management needs to take action to keep customers from pandhandlers in their parking lot.

Theres a reason HEB is the best grocery store in Texas, and this store exemplifies that. Very clean, always stocked, friendly service and plenty of options.The line can get a bit backed up at this store but the employees are working to move it as quickly as possible. Highly recommend going here over Walmart, Target or anything else in the area.

This heb is right in-between the good hebs and the trashy hebs. They have the updated baskets that have a little cell phone holder, which I like! It (of course) gets extremely packed if you dont go early enough. But their produce is always good and store is usually pretty clean.

H.E.B. Grocery and Super Store is an excellent place to shop. Prices are reasonable, stock in kept high, employees are friendly and helpful. The Kitty Hawk location goes the extra mile. They have all of the above and also convenient parking and plenty of Sit-And-Shop baskets for those of us who need that little bit of extra assistance. HEB Kitty Hawk is my preferred place to shop for home needs and personal items as well. Good Job!

Wow - I was very pleased to find the Medjool Dates (in the produce area) and Currants (on aisle 7) that I had been searching for. Looking at recipes from the Nutritarian eating lifestyle - and I was glad to complete my shopping list. 2 associates in the produce area were very helpful.

Shelves are stocked, place is clean, staff is great!Using their app for curbside pick-up is good-stuff. The pickers are doing their best to find our products and seldom have to use replacements (going to guess a picker that doesnt care is going to grab the first thing they see).

I love Heb and the products available at this location, that alone deserves a 5 star rating. The reason for the 3 star rating is as follows. Last night I had a unique discrepancy on some items. A young man named Andres eagerly assisted me, he seeked more assistance with my issue from who I assume was a floor manager named Seth. Seth was very reluctant and seemed bothered when Andres brought up my concerns. Seth approached me and without fully understanding what was going on just told me that I would have to come back tomorrow when the business center was open. I told him I was unable to due to my work schedule, so he told Andres to speak with someone in the back and he left the area rudely. Andres came back in a matter of minutes and resolved my issue. He was very apologetic for the way Seth handled the situation. I felt very disrespected by Seth and the way he handled my concern. Something can always be done when we put forth an effort. And that is exactly what Andres and the cashiers did. Andres handled it from start to finish so smooth and professional. Please acknowledge Andres for his actions. Thank you for all you do HEB.
