The Male employee, I believe his name was Noah. He made my night after having such a bad day. Despite the fact he was wearing a mask, I can tell that he gave me a warm smile. And provided with fantasic scoops and a great customer service. He deserves a bonus and raise 😁🍦

Holy wow the vegan raspberry is amazing. I came in here salivating over their chocolate vegan version but the raspberry wins no doubt lol

Ice cream of course was great. Not so much on the quantity. 3 double scoop cups, all were skimpy. My daughter got 2 more and the same skimpy quantities.

Before going, i googled frozen yogurt, and although ive known BR to be 31 flavors of icecream, historically, i went there as other frozen yogurt places wouldnt open until later. I walked in to find a single flavor of frozen yogurt (vanilla) and left.This frozen yogurt shopper wants a few choices AND would like it available as soft serve.Sorry. I left disappointed that my Google search led me there.

Had a coupon towards a purchase. Went in. Coupon says show cashier scan code. Cashier kept asking whats the coupon #. Told her many times it is not a #, it is a code you scan with your scan gun. She then says she has to call her supervisor. The supervisor tells her she has to scan the code. She then trys to scan my code and then tells me the scanner is not working. At this point she was just wasting my time. I was so frustrated, I just walked out.

Love this place! Friendly staff and always welcomed with a Hello! How can I help you? A very clean place! My kids and I love to come here often for their Mint N Chip! I recommend this place for anybody looking a nice cool treat in ANY weather! Will definitely keep coming back!

Great ice cream but like others have said, the scoops are small. prices are not.

While it is very small, the whole area has an organized setup for ordering your ice cream

Please do not go to this ice cream shop at this location the customer service is horrible. Also, I recently went to purchase an ice cream on a Tuesday to obtain the $1.99 ice-cream scoop promotion. I was informed by one of the employees at this location that they no longer offer that promotion at any Baskin Robbin which is false because the promotion is still valid and other Basket Robin locations. I will no longer be coming to this Baskin Robin facility! It’s obvious the employees at this location don’t even know what they’re doing at their job!

Terrible. Ordered a Banana Royal to go. Get home and take the lid off to find whipped cream, nuts and a cherry floating on a melted 2 pecans which was supposed to be Pralines and Cream ice cream. So I call to speak with the Manager, which I had to call information because they dont have their phone number on the receipt! I explain to the girl who answered the phone that it seems they forgot the ice cream or, how many scoops do you get in a Banana Royal because I must have only got one if that! She said no, I put 2 kids scoops in. I said really? Since when did they start putting kids scoops in.She said we always have and that the recipe calls for kids scoops. Well that maybe the case, I was in there a month ago and had to normal scoops. In the 45 + years I have been going to Baskin Robbins, NEVER have I had a Banana Royal made like the one I got tonight. May I also mention, about 1 tbsp of Hot Fudge!!!! Will call Christie the Manager tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

Debi, I agree. This place is terrible. Looks like youre not the only one who gets all bent out of shape over an ice cream. They got me good tonight! They put hot fudge on my ice cream and after a while, it got cold! Crazy....
