I went here for the first time today and it was glorious! I got as much as I could. I went late so they were sold out of a lot of items so make sure to go early. So happy to have found this place! I got the soft serve volcano which was amazing, a chocolate cake ring, each kind of the chocolates, a box of cookies, and an ice cream sandwich type of thing. Everything Ive had so far was delicious. Its really inexpensive for what it is and the owner was super nice and friendly. We drove 30 min for it and Ill gladly do it again!

This was our first time there and it was great. The owner was so polite and very patient with us being our first time. When we got to the car we tried a pastry and it was yummy!! Thank God for places like this!!!!

Best sugar free treats around!! Has converted many who swear off of sugar free! Owner hes always been friendly to me, my mother, my niece,& son in law, even helping me out when hes not too busy. Will be returning as long as hes still there!

Great low carb bakery, my 5 year old is type 1 diabetic and was really wanting a cupcake for her Birthday. So glad I found this place. Made her so happy. Even picked up a couple other deserts.

We found a goldmine of sugar free pastry and cakes and beyond at The Thinnery . The owner is 1 smart cookie lol..raspberry, blueberries circle 8 . And lemon mousse tart .. mmm mmmm mmmmmmm

This place has a lot of wonderful desserts, especially if youre diabetic or watching your weight. The 1st time I went to this place was in 1979 when I was working in upland.

Best sugar free cakes and pastries in town.

This is such a hidden little gem. It owned and operated by one man, with no other employees. Because of that, service is slow, but if you come in knowing that, then its fine. There are so many bakery goods to choose from, and they are all sugar-free. The prices are so good, even if they werent sugar-free! Unfortunately my husband and I chose to buy two of the most expensive things, because they are apparently the most popular: the cheesecake and the strawberry shortcake. The cheesecake was yummy, but not quite worth the higher price. The strawberry shortcake was...well...strawberry shortcake. My husband and I always find strawberry shortcake to be boring, so Im not sure why we ordered it haha. I guess just because he said it was most popular, so we had high hopes. But it was literally just like any strawberry shortcake haha.Regardless, we will definitely be coming here again, but to try the cheaper items like the turnovers, and maybe a sundae if the ice cream is available that day (it wasnt for us).Btw, he said he is closing the shop in July 2022.

I am so thankful for this place. They have so many sweet treats from baked goods to candy to chocolates to licorice and soft serve ice cream. All sugar free but the taste is as if there was regular sugar used. Best of everything. 😊

Smells great when you walk in.Not a ton of keto options and the nutrition facts arent listed for all items but the owner knows the net carbs and can tell you for whichever you ask. Mousse items look like the way to go. Owner was nice and preparing things from scratch when I walked in.

Excellent place for those who have a sweet tooth, especially if you are diabetic and cannot intake too much sugar. The sugarfree dessert is good enough for everyone, no matter if you have a health issue or not, because the cakes still taste sweet and yummy. The owner is very patient in explaining what he has there. He runs his own place and is very friendly. His cheesecakes and strawberry shortcakes are superb. Highly recommended!

Love this sugar free bakery! Everything is Sugar Free. I love the tarts mousse, cherry, pumpkin yummy! My uncle is a diabetic and he buys a ton of stuff here! The gentleman that owns this place is very nice. He knows my uncle by name. When my uncle has an appt we always stop here to pick up some goodies. I’m not a diabetic but I love that these sweets are very light and not tooth hurting!

The Thinnery has saved me many times from going off the deep end with sugary junk food. I am so thankful that I have this option and in my case so close by. My dad is diabetic, and so this bakery seemed like the best place to go for his massive sweet tooth. When my sister and I arrived a couple hours before closing, the selection had been picked through, but there was still a good amount of veriety. The owner, who was sweet, pleasant, and eager to help, immediately told us that if any items that we wanted were out of stock, he could easily make another batch of whatever we wanted. Since it was our first time there, we got a little bit of everything, and I was pleasantly surprised to know that he also served vegan options such as mousse, which was delicious! Mt sister tried a chocolate cupcake, and said it was moist and tasty. My dad said everything was great, which coming from his picky mouth, means a lot. The fact that they are sugar-free or low sugar, was a huge bonus. I look forward to going back and trying out some other options.

Such an amazing place! I started getting cakes and pastries from Greg 3 years ago when my significant other wanted to surprise his mom with a cake for her birthday (she’s diabetic). I obviously really wanted to impress her so I searched for the closest completely sugar free bakery near me and that’s when I found The Thinnery! I just bought a cake again for my aunt (also diabetic) and drove in 2 hours of heavy traffic from K-Town LA to the IE and it is WORTH IT EVERYTIME! My aunt LOVED her cake and she kept asking if I was sure it was sugar free (I get this every time haha) I told her is she didn’t believe me to check her blood sugar; They are all SUGAR FREE and delicious!!! Perfect for anyone and everyone! Better than many cakes I’ve had in my 20 plus years of life! Thank you so much Greg!!!! I’ll see you in May for my bf’s Mom’s birthday :)
