Want shaved ice, then this is the place for you. This place is always busy and their setup is kind of a detriment to their customer service and flow of incoming customers. The service is nice and friendly. The servings are abundant. Its a little pricey for their products but well worth it most of the time.

Really quite delicious on a hot day, perfect for cooling off. Bonus is they have lots of popular thrifty ice cream flavors.

Delicious! I normally cant stomach the syrups for shaved ice but im able to here for some reason. The owner is friendly & the price is right for the amount you receive. We drive down here from Apple Valley to get this. We also had them host an event at our church & they were wonderful

Neat little store. Great service. It was just one worker, but she was extremely friendly and helped us with all our questions. The shaved ice was DELICIOUS. So many flavors to choose from and different variations. They had so many other options to ranging from banana split to chamango. Today was double punch day for the punch cards that get a free shaved ice 🥳 Definitely will be going back and recommending to everyone!

I love this place! The owner is so kind and personable. I say this because she always makes us laugh and because my taste buds are so sporadic, the owner always makes whatever flavor I am craving. Literally, this place has any and every flavor you can think of!!! We Love, Love, love this place. We go once a week, and usually take all my family and friends with me and they love it too!

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD my first time here and the worker was nice. the shaved ice is AMAZING no big chunks or anything, i got the chamango and it has an amazing flavor, 10/10 will come again!

Perfect for todays hot weather, great service, had a small cherry and banana with a scoop of vanilla. Flavor was delicious and service was good. It was clean and cool inside too.

I’ve come to this location many times. There are a couple things I don’t like but there is one that did it for me. I will never go back. 1. The manager never looks you in your eyes and is rude. 2. The snow cones are made from dirty water. I worked at Starbucks for 7 yrs and I know the difference and the THING THAT SEALED THE DEAL IN ME NEVER GOING BACK WAS WHEN MY 3 yr old left his stuffed elephant there. My son has had this animal almost since birth. He can not sleep without it and he picks at its fur when he is scared. It comforts him. Instead of holding onto it and having a lost and they threw it away. The Moral of this business seems very off to me. There is a place where I used to live called Scottys in Whittier their snow cones are huge with ice cream and their service is amazing . only 2.50 For a pint. Below zero charges too much considering the quality and service.

Been here many times. Call first and make sure they are open. They dont honor their business hours. Their combo ice cream with shaved ice are tasty. I have no picture to post from here since they were closed the 3 times we came.

Disappointing. Every thing tasted weird. My guess is that they arent filtering their water. The water tasted chlorinated. Maybe its just bad flavors. Im not sure, but I definitely wont go back.

My family and I just had the most wonderful treat. Below Zero is a one of a kind experience. Their shaved ice and ice cream is wonderful. This is our new favorite spot. We will definitely be back. We recommend it if you’re in the mood for a great treat.

I gotta tell ya. Whenever I have a sweet tooth (And my husband too:) this is our go to place!! We LOVE the shaved ice and personalized service. The owner is SO sweet. If I could give 6 stars I would, because weve gone to other shaved ice places and nothing compares to this one. ❤️

This is based off the excellent customer service I experience yesterday at this location it was my first time ever visiting Below Zero. They have a variety of flavors to pick from and a handful of different options of actual ice cream the shaved ice was smooth the texture was amazing. I didnt so much care for the flavors I picked and thats only my fault because I didnt add anything with acidity to it my boys loved their scoop of ice cream as well but what set this experience Beyond exceptional was when I pulled off to only realize 5 minutes afterwards that I did not have my cell phone with me I knew they close at 7 so I panicked because I dont know if I dropped my phone outside or if I left it in there store. Well I raced back to the store yes I was speeding and to my surprise the young lady that served us was in the kitchen area so I started knocking on the door she popped out and I asked I signaled you know a phone that I forget my phone and she shook her head yes. She came to the door and stated that she just knew somebody was going to call so she had set the phone next to her in case somebody called I gave her a great big hug and thank her so much and let her know how much I appreciated the fact that she put my phone up and had waited a little bit to see if I either called or was going to return to the store. This gesture and itself has just gained them a loyal customer how could you not continue to do business with a company who hires honest and integrity driven employees.

Service was awful... I order the carne asada fries. The nacho cheese they use is horrible they should choose a different brand. Not worth the 8 dollars I paid. The meat was good the fries were old. Could of went to Albertos to get carne asada fries... this place is only good for drinks there food is not sub par.

I love taking my son here when he deserves a treat. The prices are much cheaper than other places and you get much more. I always order their Big Stick combo.

Was my first time there. The woman who helped us was very nice. It was very busy in there but you would never know it by how calm and cool she was. I am assuming she is the owner.She made recommendations, took time to welcome us as first time visitors, and to explain the ordering process and the different options. There was a line behind us but she didnt rush us at all.I overheard her helping a high school couple after us and they didnt have enough money so she asked how much they had and she worked it so they could get something. I didnt hear the whole thing, just enough to get the impression that she was willing to work with them since they didnt have much money.Overall the flavor was very good on the combo Strawberry, shaved ice, vanilla ice cream, cake batter, and something else, cant recall, it was the #4. The second most popular item according to the woman helping us.I will go back and i look forward to trying different things.

The ice cream and shaved ice combo is ok. Basically a raspado with ice cream. It was our first time trying it so of course we are going to take awhile trying the flavors and trying to decide. I believe she was the owner or manager, was very rude after we said we weren’t ready within a minute of trying flavors. She had a very unpleasant attitude until we finally got our ice cream then went back to being alright. Probably won’t come back. It was not worth the service for me
