Went in today for the first time and the experience was great. Ordered my drink and got a free upgrade for the jumbo size because the owner said there was a free upgrade, but only for today 😌The drink I got was Sweet Kiss. Its very sweet! So next time I would ask for less sweet if possible.

You can see they have fresh fruit around, like pineapples, bananas, etc, so your getting real fruit in your smoothies. Healthy yet tasty options. Seems like a pretty dedicated family running the business. More creative drinks than your chain boba shop. The boba came out hot and fresh too!!! Dont forget to ask for less sugar

Tasty Boba drinks and smoothies. The pumpkin spice latte is wonderful (and still hot when it was delivered). The onion rings are very good. But my favorite thing is the Twisted Tater Tots. Ive only tried them in mild and they are so good.

I love this place! I have tried plenty of boba places it is in the area and this place exceeds them all. I usually get their Vietnamese coffee with salted cream and honey Boba. Absolutely delicious! I appreciate that their drinks offer egg pudding. They have Snow, blended smoothies like strawberry banana For those young ones who are afraid of the fruit snacks(boba), and several snack foods ie crosscut fries and fried calamari to hold you over until dinner.

Its a cute place. We got the Oreo Roar and a regular milk tea. The boba was ok, it was actually pretty small buy had good flavor. The place is a tad hidden and a little run down. But they have interesting drink and food options. Definitely worth a try!

This place is very chill and great for a family outing. They have plenty of sitting and board games. The customer service is always amazing and staff is very friendly. As for the drinks you are never disappointed everything is very tasty and fresh made to order. We order a Taro Coconut drink, spicy popcorn chicken with sweet chilli and a mango drink.

Love this place. They have the tastiest smoothies, calamari, and sweet potato fries. Highly recommended and a spotless bathroom always clean.

The various sweet and non sweet tea drinks and the add ons are the best from this place. Rainbow 🌈 popping bobba is the best.... not just saying that cuz in fabulous!The snow ice scream is definitely something to scream for. Cant see it on this pic, but we were def screaming within with icy joy. Toppings for this treat, are also very n-icy 😉. Perfect for this summer heat rolling through.Customer service is pretty decent. Usually very friendly and orders might take longer to make because of low staff at times, but if you are willing to wait a bit you wont be disappointed.All in all, this is pretty good 👍

Randomly looked up a boba place near me and this one came up and Im so glad I went. The staff was very very nice, helpful, hand delivered my order. Sweet potato fries are delicious and apparently on Monday and Thursday you get a free size upgrade for your drink if you purchase the medium size! Awesome. I was given a free sample of the snow as well and its delicious, Ill definitely be back to try that and for some more boba milk tea 😍

Best Boba Place ! The tiger tea is delicious 😋 the boba is sweet and perfect texture. It never tastes old and too chewy. The service is always fantastic! It can take a tad long to receive your order, so I recommend ordering ahead if you do not want to wait.

Great place for snacks/ small meals and to hangout with friends. The staff is friendly and everything is fresh. I personally enjoy their acai bowls.

Teas are delicious! The ingredients are real and staff are accommodating. They can make their drinks non-dairy and offer coconut milk for milk teas (so creamy)! Boba has a nice texture too

Teyah Im not sure if I spelled her name correctly but this girl is manager material and know a thing or two about customer service. Eventhough her bosses were a little confused and not sure what was going on she organized all orders handled her disoriented boss and the customers at the same time.

First time checking into this place on a boba craving after checking out a nearby botanical garden. I ordered an iced large, rose flavored milk tea with boba. The drink was very tasty, not too sweet, subtle flavor which is how I like it. Staff is very friendly and interior was clean and neat. General customer demographic seems to be high school kids, given they are right next to a high school. Overall, will be back to try other menu items with their stamp card 😁

High quality boba, amazing popcorn chicken, free customization, and good prices. I recommend calling ahead to place popcorn chicken orders because it takes a bit of time to make. They also have free size upgrades pretty frequently. I recommend the classic milk tea 50% sweet (its still quite sweet)

This is the second best boba place I’ve been to in the US. The classic milk tea is awesome and the popcorn chicken is the best. They are also happy to make any drink you want. They are understaffed, so order over the phone to avoid waiting.

I practically live here. Its such an awesome boba shop with nice employees. The boba is fresh and chewy, and they also have acai bowls and snow! Hands down the best value for your money as they taste great and dont break the bank. I used to go to Tpumps and Boba Fiend for my boba fix, but not anymore! The thai tea slush and strawberry milk tea slushies are my favorite, but honestly, you cant go wrong here!

Bearylicious is now my go-to place for boba and milk tea. The flavor is outstanding, just. I cant even begin to describe it. Everything I have tried has exceeded my expectations. Lavender, Royal, Green Thai, Chrysanthemum... every flavor impeccable. And if youre looking for a fun cool treat, definitely try their frozen dessert. No regrets here!

So glad that I found a place Simi local to get shaved snow at. They were very busy the night I went but the snow was Yummy and well worth the wait. The mango smoothie my husband got was very yummy as well as my green tea matcha shaved snow.

Ive heard great things about this place from a few different people so finally went to try it myself. The cashier guy was fantastic and even gave us some samples to try. The samples were delicious and what I got was great as well. Will definitely be returning!

The best boba place Ive ever been. They have all kinds of teas and smoothies to pick from and especially the icy or snowy desserts- love them. The customer service is wonderful and the environment is surely pleasant, clean and above comfortable. Highly recommend anyone who is searching for a tea place!!

Honestly I like this boba spot more than t-pumps. The customization isnt like t-pumps l, but the tastes of the drinks they offer is better. On top of that they have daily specials and serve food. The only gripe I have is that sometimes when its the owners taking your order you cant really understand them.

It is great that it opens till 10 pm on Fri & Sat. It tasted cool & refreshing with the fresh fruit. I had the strawberries & mango . Was happy to find local place that served the shaved ice with fruit.

This is an awesome boba place. They have so many options and are super friendly. It has alot better feel to it than others boba shops I love coming here. Their drinks are great and they have snow options which is also known as shaved ice that they make into super yummy treats. I highly suggest people come and visit this business, its a hole in the wall gold mine.

Its really cheap on Tuesdays, the employees seem really nice, and they have tons of options to choose from, including this really good fluffy ice cream thing. Also they have plenty of low-calorie options.

My favorite is the taro shaved ice with panna cotta and strawberries!!! Its freaking amazing . Mango shaved ice is yummy also... definitely one of my faves.. also I love how they pack your order with ice in a bag so it stays cold.😩😭 i was stuck in traffic for a while, I got home and my shaved ice was PERFECT!!!!

A great place to go to for Boba. Their Boba is always cooked perfectly and their milk teas have awesome flavor. You might have a bit of a wait but its worth it. If you like acai bowls I recommend those here as well.

Cheap+ Quality boba you can’t get anywhere else. My brother and I came early but they were closed. The owner ended up giving us a discount on our drinks and gave us free macarons. The customer service is quality and the place is very clean.

Definately my favourite boba place. Boba is always fresh and soft, and they have a variety of drinks and snacks. For the most part its fairly cheap as well. They have lots of games you can play, and let me and my friends play Dungeons and Dragons there!

I walked up to the pearly gates to ask for a mango snow topped with mango and lychee pieces and drizzled with condensed milk and then proceeded into heaven.
