This company left my truck with 10 cut wires and did not put my vehicle back together after they removed their device . They treated me like a criminal when I needed their device removed after my truck broke down and I had no need for their service. . They were extremely rude . Didnt answer my calls . There device was so expensive cost me thousands .i could no longer afford the service .I went through two batteries before it destroyed my alternator. They threated me to get me and trouble with my probation and charge me hundreds for violations for thing that where out of my control. Their are many companies that charge less for the same service. I should have done more research.

I am was greatly impressed by the customer service experience at Safe Start. I had the pleasure to work with Lissa who went above and beyond what I was expecting of her. Not only did she help answer all my questions (and I had a lot), she made sure I was fully aware and prepared for the process of getting my IID removed. I got a strong sense that Lissa truly cares about her clients which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
