Fred (salesman) and Steven (manager) did a Great job making sure I was happy with my purchase of my Chevy Silverado!! They agreed to free custom wheels n tires to close the sale!! I was only disappointed with the time they had my truck to install the wheels/tires/leveling kit or I would have given them a 5 star. But at the end of the day I’m really happy with my truck and the service I got with Buick GMC of Vacaville!!

Vacaville Buick conducts their business horribly. I would not buy a car from them. They offered me a price and I asked if I could come in the next day due to a busy schedule and they no longer wanted to honor the price. I was ready to pay cash and trade in a truck where they initially tried to completely lowball me. Mousa was the manager that gave the price and then pulled it. I recommend you take your car buying adventures to a different dealer.

We not only found the vehicle we hoped to buy, meeting all our financial, utility, comfort, and personal needs for a family truck, but the personal attention from our first call, to a VIP visit to the lot, inspecting a wide range of options, signing the paperwork and picking up our new truck ( full tank of gas) was a relaxed pleasant experience.No pressure, no urgency; we made the decision in our time and had no second thoughts or regret as we arrived home.

Worse experience very!! I purchase a 2015 Tahoe and within 3mnths needed an entirely new transmission. They were so unhelpful and not very understanding. The shuttle guy was one of the worse drivers Ive ever ridden with. I Will never go back, will never refer, and hopefully, my car doesnt break down again after another 3 months.

These guys take CARE of their customers! I brought my vehicle to them for some extended warranty air conditioning work. They were able to get my family into a loaner vehicle while they had mine, communicated with me and the warranty company perfectly, and ultimately provided a very professional and exceptional service job. They did not miss an opportunity to completely satisfy my family and I. They have earned my business for all of my GM vehicles! Great job!

We came looking for a new truck about 90 minutes from home where we thought they had new vehicles and we were a little disappointed that it was only used trucks on the lot. But we walked away with a 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 beautiful blue truck with 8,000 miles. It will keep us happy for many years to come. Happy with service provided for us especially with 100 degree heat out on the lot. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Ive got nothing but issues in here. I bought a truck and less than 1000 miles after leaving the dealership the check engine came up. It need it a new fuel filter. But after a month owning the truck Rob the service manager call me to let me know that they had to smog my truck but when I take them the truck they says they have to repair something else before smog and they had my truck for 3 weeks now with my stop working because they supposedly have to smog, and now the part its not ready yet, and after they repair it they want me to wait another 2 weeks for them to drive it and clear the code to finally smog it. They wont let me use a borrow truck and now Im not working for over a month. Ive gone to other local dealers before they they have done the jobs faster within a week or so and always on time. Guy and Rob lie when they said parts were coming and without noticing they sent me a tracking number of the parts from a totally different truck. This guys have taken weeks and even block 🚫 my phone so when I call it automatically hangup on me. Worst experience ever. I will definately not recomend my friends to come here

I made a 2:00 pm appointment online. Arrived on time and there were two other customers waiting in the service department with no staff in sight. I was able to be seen first because of my appointment ten minutes later. Described my engine troubles to the service advisor and asked for the diagnostics to be done including a compression test of the cylinders. Had to call a friend to pick me up because there weren’t any loaner cars available and no staff members to give me a lift home after the service advisor said he was keeping my car over night and that it wouldn’t even be inspected until tomorrow. Not sure why I was offered that appointment time if nothing could be done when I showed up. I called back the next day in the afternoon after not hearing back from the service department. Called seven times with no answer and no voicemail system was set up. Finally got a hold of the sales department and had the salesman walk over to service and personally hand over the phone call. Then was immediately put on hold for ten minutes. Got a ride to the dealership to handle the rest of the communications in person. The service advisor said it was my fuel pump that was failing and causing low fuel pressure making my motor run rough. No information was given on a compression test or anything other diagnostics done. Charged me $195 for the diagnostics and then told me the fuel pump was a “special order” part and costs $550 and the labor to put it in was $459. The fuel pump is easily accessible through the trunk under the carpet. No way is it that many hours in labor. Also said the pump would take a day to get here from Reno and I wouldn’t have my car back for at least another couple days. The fuel pump is not a “special order” part and is readily available at any auto parts store for half the price or less. After a second opinion and some more diagnostics the problem was most likely the alternator and the serpentine belt. I have worked in the auto industry for years and can’t stand when a dealership tries to jerk you around and make you pay a ridiculous amount of money for a simple fix.

Although there was a problem with the online appointment system which didn’t show my vehicle the service department took me in without hesitation. I advised them I was going to be waiting for my vehicle so they promptly serviced it in record time! Very pleased with their customer service and vehicle service departments. I have rarely gone to a dealership to get my vehicle serviced but I will definitely be back. Excellent job!

My experience was very poor. Came in there with an issue that was supposed to be under warranty and all I got was the run around. Changed me 390 just for them to plug it in to the computer twice and tell me there was no codes. I expected better from a dealer.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a truck in November of 2020 from them and put the required $500 deposit down. They made several delivery date promises which were missed. Then in April they gave me a firm date of May 27 or 28 delivery on a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. I tracked the truck delivery through GMC website to them. In mid July they stopped answering any of my calls or emails because they saw an opportunity to sell the truck that was ordered for me which they had a deposit on to someone else at over the MSRP cost. I shouldve listened to my local GMC dealer when they told me they have had several disappointed customers from this dealership coming to them after being promised then disappointed. Currently I am trying to extract my $500 deposit from them. Take my advice, DONT SHOP HERE.

If you need to buy a car do not go there !First the sold me a new car (according to them). But when they financed my car they financed as used car, which I got a higher interest !Second they sold me extended warranty that was 3k more than anyplace else3rd I paid for a extra coating for my car again they charged double than any other place AND! They lied to me they was done and 8 weeks later I am still waiting for them to call me to schedule and to get the extra key they promised.I have been calling, texting to get them to cancel my warranty and the cilajet so I can take to someone else.I have left several messages to the finance department and to the store manager still no call!They charged 18k above msrp price (I paid cause I wanted the car ) but still they are gauging people in cars, warranty and services and after you paid they don’t provide the services !

This review is a long time coming, but I worked with Sarah to buy a used GMC Canyon back in October. Sarah did an excellent job getting all my questions answered, and gave me a killer deal on the truck. Save yourself from a potential nightmare!1- My truck was delivered to the dealership and sat over 3 weeks before and still LPO parts were installed.2- The salesman wouldn’t allow any accessories to be ordered until I took delivery of truck. Went above his head and had ordered, somehow those parts were on site in 2 days.3- The salesman quoted my trade at “very good condition and told me that my trade quote was good for 30 days, a month later when I came to take delivery he said it was $4k less than original quote and claimed all trade vehicles are considered “fair” condition. Spoke with boss and resolved.4- I confirmed with sales manger, date/time of delivery 2 days in advance. Called sales manager 4 hours prior to appt, confirmed again. Spent a couple hours finalizing paperwork walked out and salesman, informed me that the truck was not ready to go home because “PDI was not complete, fluids need to filled and license bracket installed, come back tomorrow.” Came back next day, found Denali door seal plate was scratched to hell. Went to drive out of the parking lot and realized the odometer was now 29 miles, although the night before at time of finalizing paperwork there was only 15 miles on odometer. I guess someone wanted to keep my truck for a hot date that night after they closed!5- Although, I had made deposit/down payment to hold truck in advance to arrival from factory, the truck was still being shown and test driven while the truck was “not ready” for delivery. It kind of felt like being engaged and getting married in a couple weeks, but then you find out that your fiancé is still “playing the field”.Honestly, I could keep going on about the rest of my experience, but at this point i think you get the idea, plus I just don’t think anyone at Buick GMC of Vacaville even cares. As a life long GM customer, I’ll drive out of town for any future purchases, you might want to consider the same, unless you like wasting your own time.

I recently acquired a new Camaro and since it’s a GM vehicle, I figured there would be no better place to take it too. I contact Rob Grace my service guy to schedule an appointment and he made sure that we had all that was needed for the oil change. The day of the service I waited for my vehicle to be finished and when it was done Rob took the time to cover the history of the car and services performed. ZERO STARS- WAS COMPLETELY LIED TO!DONT GO HERE!!I dont how these people sleep at night lying to people the way they do. I drove from Woodland to Vacaville with my 10 month old because we were told on the phone not once but TWICE that we would be able to lease a car for 6 months or less. Once there and given all my information all the sudden it was no longer possible because they dont do short term leases and was told I could only purchase the vehicle! It was a complete waste of time! They will lie to you just to get you there and then try to pressure you into buying something. What is really frustrating is that the first girl we spoke to on the phone told us we could lease the vehicle. She even put us on hold to check with her manager to make sure. Then a guy calls 2 hours before our appointment and again tells us that we could lease for an even shorter term! When I asked them why we were told that in the first place all the sudden they have no idea who could have called us. They are CON ARTISTS! WASTING MY TIME AND GAS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, wanted a warranty and was sold the most worthless warranty ever. Wouldnt cover what was promised and the customer care after was unbelievably horrible. The sales manager took 2 to 3 days to get back to me with basic information that should have taken 5 minutes and I had to call back to prompt.

Had my tires rotated. After I picked up vehicle I learned that the tires were not properly inflated. The two rear tires were 20 pounds under inflated! The warning lights came on the dash and computer also showed the under inflated issue. When I got home I had to put air in tires and use a handheld electronic device to reset the air level monitor stems.Very disappointed..........

I purchased a vehicle from Vacaville GMC in December of 2017. When I purchased the vehicle I bought the GMC Prepaid Maintenance Plan. I moved to Tucson AZ shortly after the purchase because I am in the military. I have taken the vehicle in for regular service since I purchased the vehicle. Every time I take it in for service I’m told that I don’t have a Prepaid Maintenance plan. When I contact the GMC maintenance claims department they tell me the plan is in someone else’s name, that I’m not the original owner and that I need to contact the dealership I purchased the vehicle from to fix the issue. I purchased the vehicle brand new from the dealership. I have called Vacaville GMC and left messages with the operator, sales manager and finance manager. I have left about 10 messages and nothing has been resolved.

Please do not give them your business. Unfortunately, I bought an extended warranty, against all advice, and I regret it. They have not followed through and I wasted a lot of money. I dealt with Fred, salesman, Mike Thompson, Finance Manager and Richard De Luna, Manager. All had great promises, very nice in person, but no follow through when they received their money. I came to Buick/GMC with an issue that I explained to your service department on a piece of (brand new) equipment I had installed they charged me for a diagnostic (not needed) and said the equipment was not the right brand. Your service representative said he had one in the back and brought it up to show me I pointed out to him it was the same brand and he was surprised, he then told me it was an OEM part and they had to install and program it...$800 dollars later I feel railroaded into having work done at this dealership...my truck still has the same issue but I will not be bringing back...

This service was OK for the most part besides when I received my vehicle back it was dirty on the inside including some green stuff on the door panel and which they removed to replace a part. They do not do the vehicle cleaning on the outside which from my understanding I thought they did if he’d get your vehicle service there. I spent almost $1000. In which I was expecting at least some sort of exterior vehicle wash down. They also told me that the terrain makes that squeaking noise in reverse. I told them that my car brakes squeal and reverse only and they said that it is just like that. Which means I guess they did not look into it. I took them there I took my vehicle there to get fixed

Never received a call from the finance department where we purchased the vehicle. 30 days goes by and we are wondering who owns our loan. All of a sudden we get a hit on our credit report from a company and we do not know who it is . After further review it is another company that has decided to pick up our loan. I call them, when is our payment due? It was due 6 days ago! WHAT!!!!!!!! - Come on GMC, the finance department could not at least call us and tell us who actually paid them for the truck... That is pretty poor service... NOT sure I will come back to get another vehicle, and I have purchased a few vehicles from Fred in the past... NOT with that service I wont anymore.

Family member went to pick up a key in Parts once he got there they were told no cash and since the family member didnt have a Credit Card asked up front if the Parts dept would take a CC over the phone in which family member was told yes. Once back at Parts the company told him NO and did not tell family member any other way to get key example order on line from company website to be picked up.

Drained coolant and then didn’t put enough back in. My wife picked it up and the light was on for low level about halfway home. This is the second time I’ve left the dealership with a light on and had to come back. Also, the fuel filter change was significantly more expensive than when you guys did it less than a year ago. Leads me to believe that you guys just make up prices

Cesar help me this last time with my purchase of my SUV and he was very professional and nice and also funny. Every time I come here I feel like Im at home all the staff are really nice. I have done business with them for about 3/4 years now and I have to say they are GREAT!! the first time they found exactly what I was looking for and right now I recently got another SUV that I love. Cesar did really good helping me get a good deal and I love that he calls to follow up with you to see if you have any question regarding the car. the service department is great they are fast and will work with you as much as they can to get your car done right away. the financial department is great I got to work with Steven and he is awesome the process was so fast. I bought a car recently and had a bunch of problems the day after I took it home I found out that the A/C was not working and a bunch of minor thing with the interior vents falling off. When I tried to call and get ahold of service I was put on hold and eventually hung up on multiple days in a row. I finally called and got ahold of the sales manager Chris from his card in my paperwork, he was able to get service to call me back but they told me that the part I needed wasn’t even available yet because the car was so new so I would have to wait 3 months maybe longer to get a new one! my daughter has epilepsy and can have seizures easily when overheated. Then as I was talking to my wife about the situation. Chris the sales manager calls and says he will do all he can for me to make the situation right! He ended up finding an aftermarket part and had it installed for me the next day! Highly appreciate Chris! but the rest of these guys suck!

It took him 10 minutes to get the keys.He finally gets around to it and the only negotiation they will entertain is telling me they can get the monthly payment where I want.Then when we told them I already had financing setup with my bank before I walked in the door, they gave zero care about us.Good thing they pissed me off because I was able to find the exact same one year old Enclave with the same miles at a Chevy dealer. Identical vehicle. Only I walked out the door paying 5k less than I would have here.This dealership is the perfect example of where the used car salesmen stereotypes come from.Drive on by this place, folks!

Yesterday I reached out to Buick GMC Vacaville about purchasing a vehicle. I was immediately met with a help sales person who was willing to assist. I advised I was pre-approved, ready to pay the full listed price with taxes and fees with no haggle. The sales person immediately began gathering all of my personal information. We agreed on the final price with all fees included and began the process of walking out with the car I wanted. After going back and forth with my information, the sales person told me I had to fill out a credit approval form. At the top of the form it very clearly stated “apply for credit”. I advised AGAIN I am pre approved and will not be needing to fill out an application for credit. The sales person explained that I needed to fill it out for identity verification to prove who I am. The sales person also explained that they would not run my credit unless I gave my approval. As I began filling out the page I noticed that the bottom there was a disclaimer. The disclaimer stated that by filling out and submitting the form I was giving my permission to apply for credit. I again inquired with the sales person stating I was not going to be applying for their line of credit. The sales person apologized and stated she would speak with her manager to ensure that I would be able to finish this process without that application. After twenty minutes of waiting I asked what was happening. I was told they were under staffed and doing the best they could. After another 40 minutes of waiting I asked again what was happening. It was at that time I was told that the person assisting me WENT HOME! I was shocked to say the least. The person I spoke with asked how they could help. I explained that was in the middle of buying this car and simply wanted to give them my money and leave with the car. The person stated that they would help and finish this process. That person then asked which vehicle, took my information and again the process started. The person returned about five minutes later and told me the vehicle that I was attempting to purchase had already been sold earlier in the day and that no one could get ahold of the sales person that took my personal information. Lesson learned.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Stopped in to look and left with new car. We pulled in the lot just as Freddy was walking in with his lunch, he put his food down and immediately took care of us. From start to finish the whole process was very easy with the help of Freddy and Steven. All questions answered and they went out of their way to be sure we got what we wanted and kept it in a price range we could live with.

The appointment was made online for a 7,500 mile checkup. I arrived early, the Service Department staff started on my car immediately and had me out the door within an hour. These are really, really nice people, and they are ones you want to deal with if you buy a car. They are meticulous and thoughtful to a tee. This is the kind of dealership you would not worry about sending a friend or family member to to get a car. I have probably bought 20 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I have had so far. I am usually hard to deal with and very suspicious, but they won my trust and respect.

Showed up on the lot not expecting to buy a car, was greeted by Cesar. Very polite, funny, understanding, great guy. After finding a car he was really easy to work with, he took the time to meet me as a person and we was able to understand my needs. I have to say, the guy is the best. It probably took two hours from the second I arrived to finish the paperwork. I never want to buy a car from anyone else after this experience, it was fast, friendly and pleasant.
