I have to give Justin and Junior a shout out for a pleasant experience. What i surely thought would be a grueling experience turned into a painless experience, at least from my end. My options were somewhat limited and was communicated to Justin and he pulled exactly what I needed from their inventory! Unexpectedly went home with the car and love it. Juniors communication on the financing was excellent and took care of me. Very likeable staff over there. I strongly recommend this dealership, especially for all first time buyers. I can confidently advise that the process was very comfortable. If youre able, ask for Justin for 1st class service.

I totally recommend this spot. I left this dealership happy, excited, and with a new car! This was my best car buying experience to date. David, my salesman, did an excellent job at listening to all of my requests and finding options that fit both my budget and preferences. I didn’t feel pushed or persuaded to buy anything I didn’t want. I was also helped by another David, the finance guy, who took his time with explaining all the financial stuff, which was helpful because it always feels so intimidating. If youre wanting to sell your car just save your time and money and go to CarMax. I KBB my car prior to going to the dealership and they quoted me around $24,500. I go to this dealership and they quote me $23,561. When I told them what KBB said the excuse was that they would have to pay around $2,000 in taxes and fees to buy the car. Thats not my problem, just like it wouldnt be their problem if I went to purchase a car. I of course turned down the offer and went to Nissan who offered me $24,500. I still felt my car was worth more so I went to CarMax and they paid me $26,000 with a check within an hour.

I had been hunting for a truck for months. I looked at every online site, both new and used, so when I was finally ready to buy a truck I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Luckily for me, I stopped in and saw Gary at Vacaville Dodge. I gave him my list and he quickly showed me several trucks that fit my requirements. I decided which one I wanted and we worked out the price. I went from walking in the door to driving off in a new truck in a few hours. No long drawn out drama. Made an appointment to have regular service accomplished on my Ram. Also, chose the option to wait for the service. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and waited for the service advisor. I was informed that it wouldn’t be finished until after 4 pm. My appointment was for 10:30 am. My suggestion for the dealer is to let people know what the actual wait times are and don’t offer options if you can’t accommodate. I was told “the appointment time is just so that it will be worked on today sometime.”

No way in the world this business has 4 1/2 stars. Just a few months ago they had two stars, now suddenly they have 4 1/2, he tells me that they been paying someone to clean up their mess. In other words, they are probably paying someone in India to give them good reviews. Do you want to experience what kind of service this dealership has? Go ahead, give them a call and see if you can talk to anyone. Not only that, I took my car for service, they messed up my brakes and when I return to get them fixed, they gave me all kind of excuses. Do not go to this place, if you want to avoid a headache.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ll try my best to keep this short. I bought a car from Gary here at this dealership 5 months ago, and 3 weeks in of owning the car the check engine light had turned on so I took the car to the shop, they supposedly fixed it only to find out I would have had to keep taking the car in for the same diagnostic codes every month after that for a total of 4 times in 5 months. I then received a letter from the dmv in the mail stating my registration was incomplete due to smog check not being up to date!!! I finally had had enough and went to another dealership and traded the car in. I was then notified by this other dealership that Vacaville dodge dealers had not done the smog on the vehicle before selling it to me! And not only that they also hadn’t ran any dmv paperwork what so ever because they had a problem with the previous owner not finishing a portion of the paperwork. This place is a joke. To try to get a hold of someone that can actually help you is nearly impossible. Now I’m dealing with trying to get dodge dealership in Vacaville to refund me for the extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle when I bought it 5 months ago and I have not been able to get anyone to help me with this! Legal action is my last and final option here! I advise everyone to NOT go here! Such a sketchy, and extremely unprofessional place.

Chris was amazing..he listened to what I needed and what I was looking for. He surprised me by finding EXACTLY what I needed. In this COVID depleted world we live in, the type of vehicle I was looking for was in short supply, but he found one and walked me through the entire process over the phone ( we live 2 hours from his dealership). Once it was pretty much done I came in and signed the documents and drove off into the sunset.

I took my 2006 Dodge Charger to Dodge of Vacaville in March of 2021. It had some electrical issues which the dealer said would be no problem and they could get fixed within a few weeks. Well guess what?! It’s now the end of July and my car is sitting outside in the parking lot torn apart, wiring everywhere, dash in pieces! And when my husband went in to see what the issue was… they asked for another day! That’s all I’ve heard from them in months! Don’t take your car here for service, run far, far away from them!

I found the vehicle I wanted on the Ram Trucks website - a Ram Promaster hi roof 136WB. I contacted Vacaville Dodge by email and they followed by email and text very quickly. I worked with Izzy and Adam to arrange the purchase. Chuck also followed up at one point to make sure I was satisfied with the help I was getting.I was very pleased that there were no surprise fees. Other dealerships I talked to were not advertising the real price, and only after I contacted them did I find out there were hidden fees, or restrictions. He made sure it was quick, the vehicle was fresh from the detail shop, and everything was handled quickly and correctly. Terrible! I hate feeling like people are getting over on me and that’s the exact feeling I had when I left after signing the contract. They lied and sold me a false warranty. THEN it took me two weeks to get the car I paid for. They gave me a loaner which was fine because I put the mileage on their car but I spent the whole time worrying if they were selling me a lemon.

I went on all the apps. vroom, carvana, Kelly blue book to get estimates on what the car is worth. someone from Kelly blue book called me and mentioned DCJRV was interested in buying it. Chris looked the car over, ran some numbers and checked back with a figure that was higher than what KBB said it was worth. process was super smooth and within 30 min I had the car sold. It’s perfect because my kids always want to bring a friend and it’s very spacious and haves room for everyone to travel safe and comfortably and it even haves TVs and a DVD player for entertainment for the long road trips. I came here because I seen a truck on the lot and the first thing one of the employees said to me, is there’s no pricing on these trucks, do you have any money. So if you would like it have insulting comments the moment you walk up and absolutely terrible customer service, this place is for you.
