Great Experience! Definitely 5 stars ⭐. We had a horrible experience with KIA OF STOCKTON. We had plans to look at multiple dealerships in the area but the plans changed when my daughter test drove a 2021 Kia Rio. The Salesman explained everything thoroughly. We did not feel even a little bit pressured at all. Everything was completely explained unlike KIA OF STOCKTON. The difference has to be that Jonathan (Salesman) actually possesses ethics and is genuinely a good person. He was patient and treated my family very well. The finance guy was great as well. We knew it was late and they were getting off but they never made us feel like we needed to hurry. I will definitely give them my repeat business. Keep up the exceptional service! Thank you guys!
My daughter recently had a check engine light come on and had the code read at a parts store indicating a misfire. Since I am currently serving as a retiree recall with the Army in Europe, she felt she had no option but to take the car to the dealer for service. She left the car at Kia of Vacaville and had a call later that it was done. When she arrived to pick it up she was presented a bill for $400.00 for diagnosis - $175.00 to pull the code, and the balance to replace 4 spark plugs. There is no doubt that she was taken advantage of. I have never seen a dealership that did not call with a diagnosis and request to proceed with repairs, or one that charged for diagnosis once the repairs were agreed to in house. I emailed the dealership twice asking for some help or explanation, even asking which manual allowed for $225.00 to remove and replace 4 spark plugs but all I heard back was a form email asking which new model car I was interested in. I know dealerships have to make a profit to stay in business and we expect to pay a little more than at an independent for their expertise, but this is by far the worst customer service and abuse of a customer that I have ever experienced. I would highly encourage anyone in the area to steer clear of this dealership. There are many options in the area that respect and appreciate their customers and you do have choices! You shouldnt have to be a savvy consumer to feel good about taking your car for service - you should be able to trust them going in. I would encourage any military or Veteran consumers to go elsewhere, perhaps Hanlee in Davis. Kia is a great product, but this company is the wrong place to buy or service them.
Going to KIA of Vacaville unsure weather I would be leaving with a new car, I was approached by very nice and informative sales representative that guided me through the process of buying a car. Working with what I had, they made sure I was comfortable and get me great advice during the process. Overall a very satisfying experience.
I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided. Tim did an awesome job of attending to me as soon as I walked into the Service department. Definitely will be returning in a few months for another oil change service.

My service advisor, Andres Gonzalez, was very courteous and professional. He not only looked for recalls during my 22.5k service appointment, he also saw to my vehicle by having it washed and vacuumed...which it really needed. My experience at Kia of Vacaville is always excellent! From the day I purchased my Kia Rio in January 2020. And, whenever I take it in to be serviced for my oil change. Excellent service! When you drive up to the service area theres a person/clerk/technician to greet you before you even get out your car to assist you. You get step-by-step updated information about your vehicle, from start to finish, from the same person. So theres never any guess work as to whose handling your vehicle. I personally have been given excellent service from Andres in the service department! I recommend them all, because while waiting for my vehicle, Ive seen them all give excellent service to the other customers as well! Youll definitely have a great experience joining the Kia of Vacaville family!
Received prompt attention apon arrival; sales person was new but competent. Unfortunately it took literally hours to get the paperwork completed (one finance person for three different dealerships). People were professional and considerate; but nobody should have to wait over 3 1/2 hours just to get paperwork.
The appointment and service was on schedule and pleasant. Also transportation was provided which was appreciated. Although, air-freshener was sprayed in my detailed car which I didnt ask for and it was overwhelming and unpleasant! Please ask before hand. Other than that I had no issues and would recommend and use KIA Vacaville again.

Did a diagnostic on the steering wheel of the car in early September. Still havent been able to contact them about when the part will be in or scheduling an appointment. Also my Dash Cam no longer works consistently since the service. Sometimes comes on, sometimes wont turn on.
I have taken my Stinger in several times now and always receive fast and friendly service. I really appreciate the care they take with my vehicle and the detailing after it has been serviced! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
Diagnosed problem, explained the fix, ordered the parts needed, will inform me when parts are in so I can bring car back in for repair. Service person was professional and pleasant, took time to make sure I understood what was happening and what needed to be done.Good job.
This was the first service for my Niro EV. The appointment was easy to make online. There was not much to the service - fluid levels and pressures were checked. The car was ready to go in an hour. The people were friendly and helpful. All good!!!

Kia of Vacaville service department has exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure all is good.I dealt with Bradley and Andres. They got me in right away. The dealership where I bought my car has 3-4 weeks wait time to get your car serviced. Kia Vacaville is now my number one dealer to go to!
Overall terrible experience. I wont be returning to Kia of Vacaville again. I called twice in advance to ensure that we would be able to test drive the K5, given what I know about the computer chip shortages, and was told that we would be able to. After driving an hour and a half to this particular dealership, we spoke to a sales associate, their manager, and the General Manager. The GM told us we could only drive the car if it was a done deal. We felt like they didnt care about us.
This location is awful. They lack basic customer service and communication skills. On multiple occasions, they failed to provide updates regarding services appointments for my vehicle. They say one thing, do another, and fail to contact customers to notify them of the changes. So not only is it a problem with my vehicle, but they are wasting my time and money. I am extremely dissatisfied.
Excellent buying experience here today. Drove from 2 hours away because they had a Kia Soul in the color I wanted at a great internet sale price- Rocco was straight up no BS, no pressure, honest and up front throughout the transaction- quick and painless, would definitely recommend.
I’ve had multiple issues with this place. In 2016 I went for my 10k service and they were just changing transmission fluid and ended breaking my transmission. It was a hassle getting a rental car but they did replace my transmission no charge. Recently I went in for an oil change and they took almost 3 hours and returned my car without washing it. They told me I needed the transmission fluid changed which would have costed near $300 when I just got the fluid changed out two months ago. They also sent me coupons that allowed for $50 off service, $100 off and a $65 or something off. They told me it doesn’t actually mean you get that amount off only 15%. I felt like they were trying to make me pay way more than necessary.

I had very good service here. This was my first time at the Vacaville Kia dealership. They gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait said time in the lobby there. Great for me. Then they picked me up to retrieve my car. All servicing was done well as I can tell. Very pleased to have my car washed too!

Update 10/26/20 - Unfortunately I had to take my car in today to get warranty work done. Got an oil change as well since I was due. I got a call about 2 hours later saying I needed new front brakes and my right front CV boot was leaking and they would have to replace the entire front axel assembly to fix it. Quoted me anywhere from approx $1000 (with after market parts) to approx $1800 (genuine Kia parts) to fix both. I told the front desk it was just weird because I just got my tires rotated 2 weeks ago and these issues were never brought up. In fact, my mechanic said my brakes still had about 50% life left and Id imagine a CV boot leak is pretty easy to spot when rotating tires too. Anyways, the warranty repair went fine along with the oil change. I went home to inspect my brake pads and low and behold, still plenty of life left in them. Checked my right front CV boot and I dont see a leak anywhere! Ive uploaded pictures so you can all be the judge. Thinking about filing a claim with the bureau of automotive repair. The service department must think Im some chump they can get a buck off of. Any future warranty work will go through my mechanic and Ill just get refunded through Kia instead. Cant trust the service department here!Review is being written approximately 1 year post service.... Went to Kia of Vacaville to get a tune up as well as a few other things on my car. Was charged $144 to have 4 spark plugs changed as a part of the tune up. Left the dealership and everything seemed fine until yesterday when my car was acting funny and I got a code that cylinder 1 and 2 were misfiring. Checked spark plugs and saw that they were all rusted and never appeared to have been changed! Ive only driven my car approximately 6000 over the last year. Not too happy to say the least. This may have been a minor overlook on their mechanics part, but I am hoping Kia of Vacaville will make this right.

Called prior to arriving to see if they had a Kia Niro available. They said they would return my call. Thirty minutes later I had an appointment. Arrived at 5 walked out at 7 woth my new car. TheyCouldn’t detail it last night but at 9 this morning they detailed my shiny snow while pearl Niro. Am I happy. See the sun shining that’s my smile

Went in to have my vehicle serviced. While waiting, I decided to start looking at a possible vehicle upgrade. I went and spoke to the salesman, Alberto. Filled out documents and was told to wait in the waiting area. While I waited, a couple other customers came in and looked at cars with the same salesman. He walked by me at least 4 times, and said nothing about what was going on with my deal. After a little more than an hour of waiting, and my vehicle service complete, I decide to leave. Didn’t hear back from him for 3 days. He called me and asked me if I was still interested in buying a new vehicle. I said I was, until he left me waiting for more than an hour. I will definitely not be going back to that dealership again.
Best customer service thus far, since the moment I got there the service representative was amazing. He was very polite and very professional. I believe his name was Dwight. He kept notifying me about the status of my vehicle without even me having to tell him and update. I am very happy with the customer service I got and I would be returning for all my maintenance on my new 2021Telluride. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I had emailed KIA Vacaville requesting info on a Telluride as I am in the market for a family vehicle. Lemmy in the sales department was friendly and informative. After series of emails back and forth I wanted to jump in my car and buy from him. I was excited to say the least. Then the sales manger got involved, he must have believed I wasn’t serious because the attitude changed when I got to him. He stated that I would have to pay $12,000.00 over MSRP if I wanted the car! Stunned I called to confirm and was immediately greeted by a hostel sales associate. How was in such a hurry to get me off the phone he nearly hung up on me after he confirmed the 12k markup. I was ready to make a deal but that kind of salesmanship and customer service is not in keeping with any dealerships I have dealt with. Credit to Lemmy though! Great guy! I’m sorry your coworkers lost you my business. If your the owner and you read this post promote Lemmy over the other guys he treats people with respect. I work hard for my money and buying a vehicle that I have to payoff that loses value from the MSRP when you drive it off the lot for 12k more is a bit steep.

Spent a week talking to Kayla at Kia of Vacaville working to schedule a test drive for a Kia Forte. She scheduled me for a test drive on a Saturday, I showed up for my appointment to learn from a sales person that they haven’t had any Fortes or Rios for over a month and don’t have any incoming for the next few weeks. Complete incompetence at this dealership, save yourself some time and frustration go somewhere else.
Service is always good, but the car wash was horrible my windows were smeared on the right side while the left side wasnt even touched. I dont believe they washed it but they did clean the tires.
The staff at Kia was very courteous, but that is where the good news ends. They never called us back to keep us informed on what was going on with the car repair. We kept leaving messages and no one would return our calls. We had to call the next day to find out where our car was. Then, they delayed the repair from Monday all the way through to Friday. This was a simple repair, and they took a week to repair it. I will never take my car to this Kia repair shop again.
If I could give more stars I would. My mom and I went to a dealership last Saturday and we where denied. I was devastated because they said it wasn’t possible because of my moms income and that my dad had too much credit out. I just graduated and just started my job. We where trying to look for a car to get me to work and school. We spent 4hrs and left with our heads down thinking there was no chance. My mom spent that evening and Sunday morning filling out different applications online.My dad took the day off on Monday (7/12) and we went to Carhop. As we where about to process everything and run my credit my mom called and told us to contact a Rocco Marconni at Kia in Vacaville. He worked a miracle and was able to put me in a 2021 Kia Forte brand new. All I could do is scream with joy. I thank God for guiding us to Rocco. So if anyone is having a hard time getting approved, head down to Kia of Vacaville and see Rocco Marconni and he will make it happen. Thank you again Rocco
The sales team worked to get me the best car and interest rate and payments that would fit my budget. I did not feel like I was being sold a car that was not in my best interest. This is the second car I have bought at this dealership and both times it was easy and painless.
Today is day 12 since I sent my truck for service I have been trying to get a hold of anybody at the Vacaville kia dealership Ive called everybody in every dept since the 29th of July Rocko the sales person that sold me the truck and assured me that kia would repair the truck after I signed the papers only to call him back when the truck had been diagnosed by the Buick chev dealership and tell me he didnt have the authority to approve the repair so he sent me to the finance manager Paulo that was on the 3 of Aug he told me he would look into it and let me know. Well I have not been able to talk to him since Ive called every day and the receptionist (very nice lady) has tried to get him to call me back . Well today I finally got him on the phone he said he would look into it and expire the solution to my problem and get back to me (sound familiar). Ive even tried to get the service rep and service manager at the Buick chev dealership to call Paulo or Rocko and they couldnt get anyone to call back. Today after Paulo didnt call me back I tried to get the dealership manager on the phone was on hold three times for 30 min until the receptionist answer the fourth time and recognized my voice and said she would try. STILL WAITING!.

I just bought a beautiful brand new Kia Soul Plus and I absolutely love it!! I am a first time buyer and Raoul was absolutely amazing. He got us the lowest price compared to any other dealers! In fact most dealers don’t that is went to dont even negotiate on the price. I was very pleased that they were actually willing to negotiate. Raoul was so awesome, I live two hours away from Vacaville and he texted me to make sure I got home safe and to let me know that if I have any questions to let him know and he is more then willing to help. My family was telling me that buying a new car was going to be such a long process and it will not be fun at all but at Kia of Vacaville it was not anywhere near as terrible as they were making it seem! I am so overwhelmed will the amazing service and I would recommend any to this dealership but more specifically to Raoul!

I would rate it 0 🌟 if possible. I was looking to buy new kia carnival I found on cars.com for msrp 35500$. I made an appointment on 1.15pm. Im not local buyer and spend 1 hour on my trip. So when I meet sales person then she is told me that price they want for it 12000$ more of msrp price. Unfair dealer. Be aware.
I was not satisfied with my experience. I went ok to get a car door lock repaired and ended up with two sets of keys. One that only unlocks one door and the other that unlocks the others
At first when we were getting the car they were super helpful and nice, however my husband and I are both military and are leaving the states so when it came time to turn our leased vehicle into the dealership early, they were everything but helpful. They told us lies about how it worked and what to do. Now that we’re literally a day away from leaving we either have to pay our lease in full or keep a car that’s never going to be used again. Whenever we called them for help they hung up on us. When we went into the store they told us to drop off the vehicle the day we want to turn it in with our orders and they would take care of everything, which is 100% not true! Then they force us to drive 35 mins away to another dealership because they didn’t want to take the car back. That dealership was great they were the ones who told us to contact Kia Finance first, otherwise we had to pay our lease in full if we grounded the vehicle without talking to finance first. BUT when we called they said it’s a process and could take as long as 2 weeks to get approved for the early lease termination. I’m fed up. I’m angry and upset. We both are. Like I said now we’re stuck paying for a car that’s not going to be used or paying our full lease amount. We’re never going to be doing business here again and I suggest no one else does.

Took my Kia Optima in yesterday for an oil change. Ran into Vinny who me & my mother spoke with for a while looking at different cars. I then met Rocco Marconni! Very very great person. These two are the best at Kia! He helped me so much get into a 2020 Kia niro! He didn’t give me the run around he told me everything straight up for me to understand and he worked worked worked to get me into that car!!!! Vinny was a blessing because if I would have never ran into him I wouldn’t have walked out with a new car! It’s so surprising how I didn’t even think I would have got a new car yesterday just an oil change on my old one. But Vinny & Rocco made it happen! I suggest if you have ANY questions about getting a car, trade in or just questions at all please ask for these guys!!!! THE BEST SERVICES IVE EVER HAD AS BEING A YOUNG WOMEN! I definitely feel comfortable talking business on my own with them without feeling like I’m getting messed over! I wish I could give them 20 stars!!!!

They were nice in person, salesperson was helpful and not pushy, I couldnt get there until an hour before closing, and they let me take all the time i wanted with the used car. I liked it, purchased it, and needed a few days to get my cash to my account, and had a clear path forward of 2 business days to get the cash ready or else go with a back-up loan application. I clearly communicated via phone and email that the funds were ready on the second business day. Heard back on the third business day from the finance guy Paulo that all was good, but money didnt leave my account. Then I got notification that my high interest loan was initiated by Wells Fargo. So I was completely misinformed, and they did not take action to undo anything yet after I notified them. I was not given a notification that it was going to be sent to Wells Fargo, which was the back up plan. They must have horrible communication with one another, and clearly with their customers. If they dont pay off my loan and accept my cash, then I will need to report to BBB. Be careful with signing 2 contracts in a circumstance like mine.UPDATE: they resolved the issue finally after i posted this review. Also, beware when buying a used car - they try to subtly tack on this security etching fee of hundreds of dollars. Its a gimmick (basically, if your car gets stolen in the next few years they give you a whooping $1500 to get a nice meal to console yourself!). Make sure they take it off before you sign.
I cannot believe how bad or rude the customer service was at this location. This is the third and hopefully last time I every have to walk in your door! How do you have a service tech that can only answer questions by blaming other people and end the conversation with I dont care I have another job lined up?! I will be having a real service department look at my car and you better hope they find the same thing your service department did! If they dont I have the invoice of your department outlining their incompetence.
I continue to receive excellent service at Kia of Vacaville. They continue to be upfront and honest detailing what needs to be done and are not pushy or trying to upsell things I dont need. They are on top of appointment confirmations, reminders and text communications letting me know when I can check in. The service agent Tajinder (Taj) was very personal and professional. I feel comfortable having my car serviced and not having to stress out whether or not I am being taken advantage of. Court Adams is the young man who oversees several of their dealerships service departments and you can tell his hard work and integrity reflects on the service you receive at Kia.
So, I thought I’d buy my second Kia from the dealership this time. Needless to say, the customer service was so bad, I left empty handed within 10 minutes of walking through the doors. Apparently, making an appointment through the website the night before does not mean the representative will be there when you arrive. The receptionist was very unprofessional, the two sales reps who did have contact with me, were obviously pulled from other back of the house work and made me feel like a nuisance for interrupting. The sales manager who did see me, spent most of the time badgering me about what I wanted or making snide remarks about my preferences, then telling me what they didn’t have instead of offering me options. Long story short, Kia of Vacaville was a customer service fail and I bought my Kia from Carmax instead.

I just bought my second car at Kia Vacaville. The main reason is the customer service. Everyone from sales to service has been incredibly nice and helpful for the last two years. I enjoyed my Sorento and am now enjoying my Sportage. The cars are reliable and I feel safe and comfortable in them. I take them for service only at Kia and I feel like I am treated with respect no matter who I am dealing with. I have had a wonderful experience at Kia of Vacaville and I would recommend the cars and the dealership.
Very shady. Take your chances with a different dealership. I see some people have had a good experience but we did not. Just be careful. Basically, we shopped around and decided to purchase a vehicle from Vacaville Kia. We were very clear about the price we were willing to pay, they offered us a higher price we were ready to walk and so they offered us the lower price. I should have known better. After signing all the paperwork I overlooked a hidden charge of a service we did not want so we ended up paying the price we told them was too high. There could not have been a misunderstanding as we made it very clear we did not want any extras fees or services. They left us in a room for well over an hour waiting to sign our papers and we were tired and just wanted to go. Not sure if this was a tactic of theirs but after looking over the paperwork afterwards, we saw there was an optional service that we had been charged for. We called to resolve and they said it was not optional despite what the contract says. Anyways, not sure if anyone cares about our story but please do not make the same mistake we did. Car dealerships and salesmen typically have a reputation for being dishonest and Vacaville kia was no exception. Please take your time before signing if you decide to go with them and do not make the same mistake we did.

Long story short, I had a Hyundai and took it in for service. They had my car for over two months. when I first got it they tricked me Into a lease. I went to see Rocco and let’s just say he was a life saver! He helped me get out of the lease and got me a good deal on a Kia! Thank you so much for helping me and being a life savor!

All I can say is thank you to Rocco Marconni for making this the absolute opposite experience I expected to have. This was my first time buying a new car (my truck is running on faith alone, it was time) and he helped me get the best price possible and helped keep me in budget. He was very straightforward (as am I) didnt try to slide anything past us, didnt try to push or rush us into anything extra that I didnt want (I read every single piece of paperwork I sign thoroughly), and made the overall experience absolutely amazing. Thank you for being the car salesman I wish everybody could make a deal with.
Good with approvals! Poor customer service. They had me sign for my vehicle and then told me I couldn’t leave with it, after already putting my down payment, because it needed work done. Rocco was the one who helped me and he then said I needed to pay $200 for an alignment when I didn’t even drive the car yet. I was asked to come in the next day for my car to get detailed and for the alignment to get done. I got there at 10am and didn’t leave til 4pm and they still didn’t even detail my car nor did they do the alignment. He was too busy helping his son with his sales even though I expressed urgency. I had to schedule an appointment with someone that wasn’t Rocco just for my issue to get resolved and when I asked about the $200 they said there was no charge. I then felt like he ripped me off because I paid $200 for a “service fee” to him and my friend never paid him a service fee and he also told me not to tell anyone about the personal service fee like he wasn’t suppose to extra charge me.Overall the location itself is a good location and his service is usually good I guess he just has to be in a mood to deal with you. Hopefully I’m the only one who experience the horrible customer service.
Jonathan in sales, Paulo in finance, and their team really exceeded our expectations. Not only did they get us into our 2020 Kia Forte and keep us under budget, but they gave us a smooth and enjoyable experience. These are real, geniune people, who truly want to help through the buying experience. Not once did they make me feel like they were selling me. It felt like I was hanging out with my family the entire time. At one point, I got super cold and had goosebumps. Jonathan stopped dead in his tracks, went to his personal truck, and retrieved a jacket for me to be more comfortable. What a gentleman!! I would definitely recommend coming to Kia of Vacaville and asking for Eva Delgado. This was my first new car purchase, and she made me feel like I could trust her and made me feel comfortable. She didnt make me feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy the car. Eva explained the features of the car I was looking at, and showed me a new arrival that was in the back. While we were looking at the car she asked if I would like to test drive it. While we were test driving she made me and my boyfriend feel like we had been friends for years. She is so friendly, helpful, and informative.Even though the Vacaville dealer didnt have the car with the exact features I wanted, Eva managed to find it at another dealer and brought it over, and I had it the next day.

Bought a 2020 car from this dealership in December, 2019. There was some difficulty with financing, both before and after the purchase, but I am leaving this review based on my experience with Jule, the sales representative I was working with.Jule was very helpful throughout the process, and not at all harassing. Although I gave her my cell phone number, she didnt use it to excessively call or heckle me when I was thinking about the vehicle. She very sweetly texted me pictures of my car when it came in, and spent a lot of time going back and forth between me and the financing department to find me a deal I could be happy with.When I did decide to buy the car, I didnt want to wait for someone to drive me to the dealership, so I was going to drive myself there just to sign the papers and have to come back later to get the vehicle. Instead, Jule drove almost two hours in terrible traffic to come pick me up so I could drive away with my new car after the purchase. When we arrived at the dealership, she had my car pulled out in front with a big red bow on it. Just terrific customer service -- made it feel like a great day.Jule is very personable, and working with her elevated my overall experience purchasing this car. Highly recommend that you ask for Jule if youre looking to buy a car here!

Fantastic service, never felt pressured into buying or had that skeevy off feeling that other dealerships have given me. Our rep, Jule, made the entire process painless as could be. Very personable and patient with explaining things. Mike the finance guy made sure every line and charge was explained and double checked every optional purchase to make sure I only paid for what I wanted. I was going to write a very long and detailed review but it would have been huge. Long story short me and a friend each bought a car from Vacaville Kia. Our sales person Miranda was nice but didnt listen. I had to ask three times to get a value for my car. On the third time she came back saying they would have to run credit before giving me a value for my car. I refused to run credit until I knew what they would give me for the car. Finally they came back with an agreeable value so I bought The Kia Seltos I liked.I gave them my 10 day pay off for my loan. They didnt pay off the car in that 10 days. Then my payment came out of my account om Saturday. The finance guy Paolo said he would get that handled and apologized. He said he would call me back on Monday. He didnt call me. So around noon I called him and he seemed surprised I was calling. I asked him what happened. He said he would look into it and call me back. This went on back and forth with him saying he doesnt know how this happened and he was emailing and calling people.So then around the 20th of October i got the title from VW showing I owned the car. So i called and told Paolo that I now had title on the car and have not been refunded for the payment and the interest that was taken. He asked if I could send the title and i said I would when I got my money back. I also asked him and had been asking since the payment was taken out of my account, if they could give me a set of rubber floor mats for all this trouble. He said he was talking to the Service manager and the business office about that. That is what he has been telling me the whole time. So on 11/05/20 I received my check from VW for the overpayment of my loan. I called Paolo and told him I received my check. I asked him if he made progress on the floor mats and he said he was still working on it and we would all me back and let me know. I never heard anything from him. So on 11/6/20 I called and left him a message asking if he heard anything and for him to call me and let me know. As of 11/21/20 I have not heard from him.On 11/17/20 The DMV clerk called me and said there was an issue on the paperwork and she needed me to sign a form. I told her that I have title for the vehicle still and she asked for that. I told her that I have been trying to get ahold of Paolo about that and told her everything that had happened. She was very nice and listened to me and was apologetic. She said she was going to have the GM reach out to me. I also have not heard from him as of 11/21/20.This is a very terrible dealership. It is very unprofessional. When you call the main line, no one identifies them self. They just say Vacaville Kia. Paolo is terrible at returning calls when he says he will. You will 90% of the time have to keep calling him.I never heard from our Salesperson Miranda and neither has my friend who bought a car the same day.If I could go back in time I would have bought from Elk Grove Kia or Folsom Kia.
