Came in for regular oil change, but we knew it was also time for new tires. Sales Rep recommended tires comparable to what we were looking for because the ones we asked for were not in stock and would not come in for at least or week or so. We decided to go ahead with the Sales Reps recommendation and are very pleased with the tires. They look good and the car runs really smoothly. Also, during the install of the new tires, the Rep told us that the mechanic working on the car heard a popping noise and immediately detected something else needed to be checked. He followed through and found that a couple of other parts were in need of repair and at the same time the Rep researched our warranty coverage and found that these parts and repairs were covered under our warranty. Kudos to both the mechanic and Rep!!! What a blessing, the warranty covered $1200 of the costs, what a savings!!! We are so pleased with the quality of service we have received. Your staff has always taken good care of us. We purchased our Murano at your location and have only used Nissan Service Center to do all maintenance and repairs on the car and we will definitely continue to in the future. Thank you for your excellent service and honest and great staff!

We had our car towed after two weeks of a different service station not finding the problem with our vehicle. Nissan accepted delivery when we couldnt be present, identified the problem same-day, and fixed it the next day. Fast and friendly service. Will return for sure.
3 months after taking delivery of my 2021 Nissan Rogue got an email about the recommended tire replacement. They just serviced my car! There was no mention of tire replacement! Who needs new tires after only 8k miles! Maybe some people fall for that, but its very shady.
I came in for a recall issue, but I had been having issues with my battery. The did the multi point check and found my drive belt was cracked and I did need a new battery. About an 1 hour after telling me that all the work was done, my car was washed and running smoothly! And they opened the showroom so we all could social distance ourselves. All in all good fast service with a smile.
The team worked fast, realistic with the numbers and got me into a used car that I wanted. The used car was in great shape, even had me take it back the next day so it could be detailed and filled up with fuel. Id like to thank Michael and Jose for making the experience of trading in a vehicle and giving a great price for it.

Needing to fix my radio issue for months and it seems that no resolution has been made every time I service my vehicle at Nissan. Definitely probably buy another vehicle through Toyota or Lexus since they dedicate more time in resolving issues for their clients and make sure everything was resolved to send their customers home with a smile.
The gentleman who helped me was great. He got my car done before my appointment time. Then he went above expectations afterwards and instead of just handing me the keys he walked me to my car, opened the door and then handed me the keys!
Micheal, was a great service rep for the Nissan Leaf. He knew is stuff about the car & was straight forward with the negotiations. He went the extra mile in detailing the vehicle, explaining the features, and following up after the sale. We had more issues with the sister store Nissan of Sacramento. They where unprepared with no Leaf modes of preference in stock to test drive nor anyone with information in regards to the current sale advertised. All was promised over the phone via text. SMH

Nissan of Vacaville is top notch for getting your car serviced. I had my oil changed and the service department went out of there way to get it done fast and efficient. When it was finished the service tech came in to inform me that my car was finished and even offered me assistance with getting up after noticing I had a cane due to leg issues. Five stars wish I could give more.

My experience at me latest service visit was exceptional, my only complaint is that when I brought my 2017 Quest in for its initial Multi-point inspection the technician found nothing that needed to be repaired, but a month later when I came in for an oil change suddenly, my rear breaks popped up on the multi-point, then the next month my front breaks and drive belt. Why weren’t these issues caught at first inspection? I’ll never know, but the service department all-round very nice.
The repair was satisfactory, the customer service needs more improvement. Made booking or schedule for the repair of my vehicle, even mentioned that Ill be needing a ride back home. I have a disability and needs assistance.When I arrived at the service center, informed the service advisor of my need for a ride. I waited an hour and half and there was no shuttle or service to bring me home. I was disappointed and called a ride instead. I never expected this service.

Let me start by saying please steer clear of this place. If you have to spend more money at another dealership not owned by Wise Auto Group, I am sure you will have a better experience.Let me start at the beginning...I was searching online for a truck and one popped up available with an advertised price of $49,999. It is a body style I have been wanting. I went down 23 April to talk about it and see what they had. I found out the truck was enroute and due to be in 27 April. I also got the line that we have received over 20 calls for this truck. Maybe typical salesman BS but who knows. I put a deposit down on the truck because I wanted it and was assured if I chose to walk away it was fully reimbursable. The truck came in 26 April and I went to look at and drive it 28 April. I liked it, wanted to move forward. The paperwork came and I was surprised to see the starting price of $51,999. I show the salesman the advertisement from Nissan Vacaville’s website, we will call him Arthur, the add advertised at the $49k price. He goes and gets his boss, we will call him Tom, who comes back and says we will not sale you the truck at that price and goes on a rant about error in advertisement. I politely tell him I want him to find the $2K difference somehow. Arthur comes back with new paperwork with another $2K added to the cost because supposedly I wanted an extended warranty. I am just about at my tipping point here but know these folks are just the middle man for me getting what I was looking for. I move into this a bit more by telling them I want mechanics I trust to look at the vehicle after the sales manager Tom rants how the mechanics there werent redneck enough when they pointed a welded nut/bolt out. I put down another $10K, do paperwork and make an appointment for 3 May with my mechanics to look over the vehicle. I have many conversations with Arthur confirming and he confirms we are good to go. I go to the mechanics 30 minutes after the set appointment to see how things shaped up. Lo and behold the truck wasnt there. Arthur and Tom were off that day so I spoke with their boss, we will call this person Jose. He says he didnt know about the appointment. He also lets me know again after Tom mentioned the price difference because of using a 3rd party advertisement company. At this point, I am done dealing with this business and pushed my attention towards the owning company. After many calls requesting whomever is over this branch to return my call, I get a call back on 4 May from Dion with the same bs and quickly offered me a letter stating the error with the advertisement company regarding the advertised price. The offer of the letter was soo quick, it is like they hand them out like business cards. I am guessing that is how the accidental advertisement is not illegal. I walked away from the deal, got my money back 5 May. While sitting there waiting to be seen I noticed the signs on the walls; Their mission statement consisting of exemplifying honesty, their guiding principles that start with Integrity and Honesty at all times and the commitment to providing customers with Straightforward Negotiations are jokes. They mustve had some signs lying around and needed to cover up some bare walls.The only reason they got 1 star on this review was due to the Culligan water delivery guy. Super nice fella and thanked me for my service (I was in uniform). Thank you Mr. Culligan guy for your support!Update: 09 Jun 2021 - The truck is back on the website advertised for $100 cheaper then it was when I was going to buy it. Another advertising company error I suppose. I wonder if they will honor this price to whomever tries to buy it...

I was limited in what he wanted, Chevy Silverado, and I really didn’t know much about trucks in general. I had gone with my mom to about 5 different dealerships in Dixon and Vacaville. All the guys I spoke with said what I wanted was impossible and just showed me photos on their computers.We went to Nissan Vacaville and I told my mom I didn’t want to shop anymore, I was discouraged. I saw a Chevy in the front and just stared at it. My mom was scoping out to see who was going to help us.. I looked up and saw a young woman walking over, wearing a mask but I’m sure smiling underneath.Rachel was so easy to talk to. She grabbed the keys and let me look inside. We exchanged numbers so I could run to get lunch.We came back about 20 minutes later to start the paperwork. She was professional but easy to talk to. I had never bought a car from a woman but Rachel made me super comfortable and didn’t pressure or BS me in anyway!Felipe helped with the paperwork aspect and he was super nice! He let me borrow a big bow so I could surprise my husband!Everyone we encountered was kind and professional! Highly recommend!

I walked in to Nissan of Vacaville, to find out more about 2020 Nissan Versa. We met this person in the front and she showed us the vehicle we inquired about, when inside the show room and we met this two gentlemen whom we spoke to about purchasing a new 2020 Versa. I show them the advertised price and been told that the price advertised is not available any more and offered me the regular showroom price. I insisted on the advertised price that I had online, after a while of back and forward with this sales guys, they finally told me that I can only get that price provided I have to pay for Portfolio and shield which is price at $495USD each.I told this sales guys that I don’t need both of these as my insurance will cover me if the vehicle got stolen. I been told that if I won’t pay for this two services, Nissan Vacaville will not sell me this vehicle? Conditional offer or walk out of the dealership? Buy both optional service to get the advertised price. I been told that Hyundai, Kia and Nissan all under same management and anywhere I go I have to pay for this optional services which I didn’t wanted.I found this sales guys very unprofessional / unethical in business dealings and hide every piece of information to derive me in working out a deal, I been told that this two products are mandatory in california state and I have no way out but to buy this. I been financed by Nissan, when I ask this person who will finance me, he told me it’s a very big bank out of Taxes the fact is it’s Nissan Financial services.I will never ever buy anything from Nissan in general as I had a very bad experience with this sales team in Nissan Vacaville.

Deceptive business practices. BAIT CARS to get you there and up sale to you. They lied about payment amounts and tried to get me to sign DMV docs and all other docs before seeing or signing the invoicd-purchase agreement. Then they said I HAD to give 5 references when I was already approved for a loan through my bank and had loan approval the letter with the amount. Then they added $495 each for Vin etching and for some sort of paint sealant (and 3 other extraneous items) and said I had to agree to this or no deal. If this is the case then they should have added that amount to the sales price because as far as I know that is not something that the purchaser has to agree to. Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, Credit Union that do business with them, and CarGuru to file formal complaints. Austin was my sales rep.

I will Never buy a car from here any more. I just purchased a 40,000 suv truck just a three months ago. The truck was making a loud noise, it seem to had come from the top of the truck. When I analyzed where the noise was coming from, I then proceeded to call to make a appointment. First to see what it is and second to fix it. Went to the appointment they said it was the window seal molding had came loose, they told me we it would be $346, I ask them are they gonna take care of it, they told me no that they would not fix it. So I had to fix it, First I’m a woman that don’t know both about molding, but yet in still I found myself fixing a 40,000 truck I just bought. All that I will say if the skin color would have been different, rest to sure they would have fixed it. Thank you but know thank you, I will be buying from somewhere else thank you.

Got an email for free cabin filter an install. An I so happen to need an oil change. So got them both done. While at Nissan of Vacaville they did a point inspection an found my battery terminal was faulty causing my battery to drain. Got both replaced since under warranty. Good thing since winter is coming.
