Ulysses is the essence of customer service! He went so far above and beyond with the flooring replacement caused by water damage, I wish I could say the same about our insurance. Five Stars all the way! We had a small water issue that was discovered quickly enough to save our carpet but still needed to replace a very small 3x2 section of carpet padding. Ulysses helped us quickly, made a special trip to his warehouse to get the padding, and ended up giving it to us at no cost. Such great service for something that brought him no profit was amazing. We will definitely look to All About Floors for any of our future needs and highly recommend them!

All About Floors rocks!!! Been wanting for years to replace our 18 year old raggedy carpet, but the idea of turning our house upside down was too daunting. Finally decided to do it, and visited a few floor places in Vacaville. Visiting All About Floors, we were instantly made comfortable by Ullyses and his son. We picked out some awesome, high quality vinyl wood plank style flooring. They arranged installation to occur within a couple of days. Our installers, Rick and Francisco, were awesome, punctual, hard-working, friendly, and very skilled. They had over 1600 square feet to cover and replaced all our baseboards. It looks like a totally different house--beautiful!! I give this team my highest recommendation!!
