Bill and Billy are a great team! They are extremely responsive, professional, and down to earth. They helped us through the whole process and did an amazing job installing our new floor and base boards. Plan on using them again to finish the bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Have used M&D in the past with no problems. Ken is always up front and works with you to make sure you get what you want. Prices have always been good and workmanship first class. In fact I had them put wood floors in my rental property. Initially I was only doing living room and hall. Price was good enough I added kitchen. Highly recommend.

We had to purchase carpet in a hurry and described what we needed over the phone. They delivered exactly what we described to them it was ordered and installed within one week. Very good price and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install new flooring.

I got to experience amazing and superior customer service with Ken. I was in a jam and called several flooring companies and found M&D Flooring and spoke to Ken. I spoke to him at 5:15pm and he arrived at my house at 5:45pm to give me a free estimate to install laminated vinyl tiles. He was also honest and his quote was very reasonable! I had to go with another company because I needed the job done within 48 hours but I will definitely use M&D Flooring because of their customer service, honesty, and friendly communication.

I give M&D Flooring the highest rating because Ken provided us the best customer service. He was the most patient sales person we delt with and answered all (I mean all) of our questions and concerns with honesty. Obviously, we don’t buy flooring but once every 10+ Years, and Ken provided great insight to what products are new, in style, and the best for the money based on our needs and pallet. Also, Ken and M&D lined up the best installers. Jesus and his team brought energy, professionalism, and skills to the job. They all did an incredible job taking real pride in their craft and the final product showed. They installed hardwood floors and new baseboards to include carpet. They exceeded our expectations and I recommend their service. Ken and M&D are fair with pricing so if you do some research you will understand and once the job is done you will really understand that you spent your money wisely. I don’t write many reviews, but Ken and his team deserve my honest feedback.

M&D Carpets and Flooring, Five Stars!!December 2019. (Homeless) in Winters, CA, for about two and a half months. Living in the back of my 2008 White Toyota Pickup with a camper shell.Weathers changing. Its getting colder and rain coming into the pickup. Ive been sleeping on a old thin, worn, wet, smelly carpet.I went to M&D Carpets and Flooring in Vacaville, CA. Told the front desk salesperson of my situation. Just looking for a scraped 5x6 piece of carpet to put into the back of the truck. The salesperson took me to the back of the store. Looked around. Then pulled out a nice scraped 6x10 piece of carpet. To my surprise! He charges me $10 for the scraped carpet! Also got a scraped carpet padding for just $5.Thank You M&D Carpets and Flooring! Now sleeping on a new clean padded carpet. Thank You!

Great selection, courteous employees, nice environment and at a very good price. I would have given M & D all 5 stars but when we purchased pallets of laminate they (Rick) told us that they could deliver it. And when the delivery time came an unforeseen family emergency arose that took several family members (employees) out of the shop leaving 1 employee, a fellow customer and myself to hand load the pallets of laminate from store pallets to truck, and myself from truck to house. (Thank you anonymous helping customer and employee) I was completely tired just moving the laminate before starting the 12 day project. I highly recommend M & D and I know they would have earned the five stars if the emergency had not happened.

They did a great job at a very reasonable price putting the new carpet and laminate flooring in my new home. This is a local family own business. Vernon, the owner, and Danielle, his daughter, were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate recommending them to my family and friends.

Website states open until 5:30pm... when we arrived at 4:30pm we found a note on the door stating we needed to make an appt by calling the phone number. We called the phone number to see if they could see us now as there was no one else there and were told they close now a half our early so they couldn’t see us. Guess we will go somewhere else to buy all the flooring for our new home.

They did great work, quickly getting our carpets and bathroom finished.
