I have purchased several items from this store - some as old as 8 years ago. Pieces include, tables, couches, chairs and entertainment center items are still in good shape and survived lots of kids! prices are always reasonable

The lady did not help us. She didnt even ask us anything. She was helping another customer and didn’t bother to even ask us. We were waiting for 15-20 minutes. We called them and she was being rude on the phone. Worst and dumb customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT STORE. ITS TRASH! 😡😡😡😡

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Worked with us on the price and got super fast delivery! Bought a dinning table and a coffee table! Juice boxes for our kids and even threw in a stuffed animal that my little girl loved! Very pleased!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! I bought a love seat and a couch and within a year both pieces started having mechanism problems. I called the issue in and two guys came and picked up the couch, and while caring it out they dropped it. 2 weeks went by and they delivered it without fixing any of the issues. I had them pick it back up and they help it for over a month and it AGAIN had the same problems after delivery. I GAVE UP!!! Theyll be as nice as can be on the phone but its all a front. The furniture doesnt hold up. DONT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I, purchase sofa, Love seat. and a Pub 4 chair table set from the Vacaville Store in (2019) around Thanksgiving.The Pillows on the Sofa are flattening in less than a year. Worthle@ CHEAP FRUNITURE. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

Very Nice selection of furniture. Very good customer service. There is free parking and disabled parking as well. The furniture showroom was not too accessible, but the employees were quite accommodating. They mived furniture around to make room for the wheelchair. I was impressed with how they helped.

I have made several purchases from Homelife Furnishings and have been truly satisfied each and every time. Their customer service is exceptional! They’ve always been patient whenever we’ve been indecisive in color/style but we always leave happy with what we choose. They don’t hover or pressure us in any way. We’re able to walk around the showroom peacefully but will make themselves available as soon as we need them. The quality of the furniture is wonderful as well! We’re still using the same bedroom set we purchased almost 10 years ago! Along with that set we’ve purchased a sectional sofa, a child’s bed, and a dining table and chairs. Anytime friends are in the market for pieces for their home I always recommend them!

My experience was fine in store but the furniture we bought was just poorly made. We spent quite a bit of money on a couch with multiple sections. After about 6 months with the couch one of the sections caved in. So we called the store to purchase the section that had broken. We had to purchase that section of the couch again. Couches dont fail in 6 months. Especially when you pay over 2000$ for it. Anyway, we just buy the new section of the couch and just took it as a loss. Not even 5 months later that the same section caves in again. Not to mention there are other sections of our couch that are now failing. We havent even had this couch for long and its literally falling apart. Its almost 2 years since we have bought it. I cant keep spending money on a couch that keeps breaking.

Bed selection was kind of poor and the shop was just over filled with selection of furniture. Hard to shop there. The staff was very polite and friendly, but seemed a bit under knowledgeable.

Very rude lady answered phone. i live hours away but theyre the closest dealer of a brand. wouldnt answer any questions, told me to research myself online. i told her the exact number she said she was too busy and would call me back but didnt bother to even take my phone number down.

I dont normally write reviews but I feel like this store deserves time to be reviewed for the excellent service that I received. I was recommended by my cousin here that lives in Vacaville. I was really impressed with their furniture when I came to visit them and the prices that they told me for the furniture that they purchased made me want to check the store out. I live all the way in San Leandro and has been having a hard time finding a bed and price that I like. Coming in to the store, I was impressed with their selection but most importantly with their prices. I was looking for a bed with extra storage because my room is pretty small and they had a lot of styles that has drawers in the bed. The sales people were friendly and I was greeted right away and was asked what I was looking for. Angie, the store manager was very helpful and gave me an awesome deal. Their delivery and set up charge to deliver all the way to San Leandro was enough to convince me to purchase here. A lot of furniture stores in my area charge at minimum $150 dollars just for delivery. Anyhow, she was able to give me package deal for the both the furniture and delivery and installation charge. Within a couple of days, she called me and was able to deliver my bedroom set right away. The delivery guys were very courteous, on time and swift in setting up. I really love my bed and will definitely come back. Customer service, price and quality was definitely worth the drive!

Got my kid a bed. Ships from China. Well get our new bed in six to twelve weeks. Nice bed though.

We purchased a couch from Home Life Furniture and unfortunately the cushion is sinking. I weigh 125 so I dont see why the cushion would sink and not bounce back when you get up. Im very disappointed and am hoping the store will make it right. I will update at a later date.

It is a huge place with a big varity of ferniture but I need to mention non famous brand though. The price is fair. Friendly staff and free delivery at least they did it for me. Military discount too.

Owners and employees are nice, but the furniture is VERY poorly made. Our sons bed has broken 3 times in 3 months!

I was not too pleased to go shopping at this business. The selection for myself, wasnt very good and the sales people seemed to be quite pushy.
