Awesome coffee and bagels. The team is wonderful and give quick service. Small drive through and very busy may be a minute. Tablets would be a good recommendation for this location to help overflow but a good brewed bean is worth the wait!

If you want full bodied smooth coffee order the Cafe Breve! Its reminds you of a nice French Roast and Bustelo Espresso at the same time! Get it you wont regret it... Starbucks who? 😂

Amazing iced coffee - I got white mocha and coffee breve caramel - I thought it was going to be too sweet but not at all! The coffee taste so good, bold and very rich flavor.Thank for an amazing experience! We are definitely coming back!

The coffee is pretty good, however one of the young ladies working the window is extremely rude. When my husband was in the middle of ordering she cut him off saying yeah I got it then proceeded to slam the window shut. It was only the 1st drink out of 3. When a guy opened the window I told him we werent done and she just laughed. Immature. I hope the owners actually read these reviews and decide to train their employees better. Im willing to pay an extra dollar and some change to get better service at another coffee spot.

The customer service and coffee at Ellianos both were great. I came around lunch time and it was a little busy. Despite that I wasnt in line long at all. I look forward to trying some of their other offerings.

They over charged me! I ordered four things two coffees and two food items. They changed me for three coffee and three food items. That I paid for didn’t ask for and didn’t receive

First time there I asked for large black coffee sugar and cream on the side the lady gave me the coffee with everything on it, tasted really bad because she put too much cream and sugar I was trying to drink it but Was impossible I threw it away, really dissatisfied!!!!Wasted of money and time!

The employees are always helpful and friendly. The older woman infront of me was not familiar with what was what. They took the time to walk her through the menu and asked what she liked as far as coffee and flavors. It was awesome to see the employees take pride in their job and be so helpful to a customer. Kudos to the employees and the managers! Yall are always on point. Keep up the great job!!

They have roaches in their coffee. I looked in the window and saw a roach in the grinder and two crawl on the cups. I was so shocked and disgusted I had to leave immediately.

My personal favorite for coffee in Valdosta! The staff pays close attention to detail and answer any questions. The prices are great for the service and the quality of the coffee. I have never had a bitter or burned tasting coffee!

LOVE it! They even have a loyalty card that once u get 12 stamps on (1 stamp per drink) you get a free drink. 12 may seem like a lot but its so easy to rack up. Theyre great.

It is a little slow but they have great bagels that are reasonably priced. I will return for more.

I love the breakfast sandwiches and the coffee selections. The baristas will suggest extra shots or even drinks when Im not entirely sure what I want. I go here quite a bit, and I also like that they have the loyalty card. Its nice to get a free drink every so often!

I really enjoy the fact that they have drinks and beverages here for the people who do not like coffee. So if I wanted a mint chocolate mocha yet I didnt want the coffee they would make it as a hot chocolate which is just as delicious if not more
