Normally I love this place. Always quick to move through the line. Unfortunately the last about 4 times I have been the coffee I have ordered has not been a full cup. I thought maybe it was just a fluke the one time, but 4 times? Even last evening when I went both coffees I ordered were only 3/4 full. The two everything bagels I ordered, I asked for and paid for extra cream cheese and foe them to be toasted. Sadly, I got neither the extra cream cheese I ordered and they were still cold and the cream cheese was just plopped in he middle. Not spread out like it normally is. I understand that everyone has bad days, or things happen. I just wish that my cups were full and the extra items I pay for are actually in my order. Definitely will keep going as they do have the best coffee and the staff is always super sweet!

I just want to shout out the young lady who was working the main side drive thru this morning. She was wearing a tan colored cardigan with long brown hair. I always have good experiences at this location, however, this young woman made it so much more pleasurable today. She was soo friendly and engaging. Started an actual conversation with me while I waited for my coffee and that’s rare, let me tell you lol. Red owl you need to give this girl a raise!! I really enjoyed talking to her. Oh and my coffee was bomb too🥰

Love it. Prefer Northside over bemiss. Drinks are way better. I can tell when my husband goes to bemiss. Northside lines are long but they move fast and are accurate. Awesome customer service. Never attitude always a pleasant experience at NORTHSIDE

Ordered a mint mocha latte and a blueberry muffin. Coffee was not very sweet and tasted like peppermint tea steeped in a cup of coffee. Muffin was nice and hot but not something I would rave about. Not a bad place would definitely order something different next time.

We love this place and go at least 3 times a week. They are quick with service and always get our order right. Had to take a star off because their corporate is very hard to get in contact with. Ive been trying to contact them about their coffee truck for several months now with no luck.

My son and I said till we see each other again to a great cup of Red Owl coffee. Enjoyed it on my drive home💕

I know this location is very busy in the morning. I normally stop maybe once a week on my way to work. I ordered my normal breakfast which is a bacon, egg, and cheese with cream cheese on an everything bagel with a coffee this morning but I was surprised to see a banana nut muffin in my bag when I got to the office. I guess I understand the confusion with it being so early and very busy these weekday mornings.

Love this place...drive thru only. They have hot, cold, or frozen coffee drinks. They also have extras like tea and apple cider. When busy there is outside order takers. While some of the drinks can be a little sweet you can get it adjusted as needed. The Rapheal is awesome!! Please visit this local coffee house. The bigger well know name brand coffee places have nothing on Red Owl...In all great place to go....in i think ill go right now😉

I love their coffees and they are so sweet. Great customer service and easy to order. I love the little stickers they use on the coffee cups too, so original and cute and a variety as well.

My Mocha Frappe was super sweet. Delicious but I was still hoping to taste more of the coffee. Their hot coffee with extra espresso shot was delicious though. I want to applaud them with their version of a stopper which is a cow sticker. Equally effective with less waste. The line was long but it moved quickly.

Theres always a line of cars waiting to place an order when I drive by so I had to try it. The wait wasnt very long and the coffee was exactly what I needed. I said I love straight coffee with espresso and a little milk and was recommended their cold brew. It didnt disappoint. Next time I order from here Ill be sure to try other menu items.

They have the best Coffee in Valdosta and the staff is very friendly. The lines can be extremely long sometimes.

We have been to this location several times since moving to Valdosta. We prefer Red Owl over Starbucks and really enjoy the Golden Owl. Our kids also love the huge muffins. The only down side is there is always a long line, but the wait is well worth it!

Long line to get a cup of coffee made by a teen who doesnt drink coffee. It wasnt made to my specifications. Next time Ill go to Ellianos!

Coffee isnt as good as it was a few months ago. The new batistas have an attitude and act like customers are inconveniences. Not all of them are like that but the new hires need to get an attitude adjustment.

Better prices than Starbucks or Dunkin and they have very nice employees. First time i have ever been and the young man that was working was able to make me a drink like the Carmel Frap from Starbucks. I was impressed. It was very good.

This time they goofed, forgot the vanilla in my vanilla latte, HOWEVER, Ive been so many times and used their loyalty punch cards, where I have earned more free coffees than I can count. So mistakes are inevitable, but I really enjoy getting an afternoon pick me up, coffee...and love the free ones when my card is full of punches.
