TASTY!! This describes my overall experience. I posted this a year ago and I am editing it with the same 5 stars! Why? Because today for the first time I tried a bacon chicken ranch wrap! One word “JUICY”! Listen I have gotten one from McDonald’s and chick fil a And even a few other restaurants. But nothing can compare to how good it was from Hug in a Mug! It’s juicy, fresh and guys get this not stingy with their chicken!! I was convinced to download the app!!!

Just as it says! It’s a big hug in a mug🫂🥰. They are always so sweet and polite every time I have gone threw. I have never gotten a bad cup of coffee or bad service. If anything they always put a smile on my face! Everything is always very fresh!

Coming from Seattle, the heart of coffee, this place impressed me! The coffee is always great & consistent. The sausage burritos are handmade and a delicious breakfast. I won’t go anywhere else for coffee in the area!

I’m normally a Starbucks drinker but it’s too far into town. But I’d drink Hug in a Mug any day over Starbucks now! Super friendly staff, they’ll customize any order not to mention I swear they have the best quality coffee in town. I can’t say anything bad about this place.

Friendly staff, breakfast, lunch or dinner, drive thru or eat inside. If they ever franchise, theyll put Starbucks out of business. They use farm fresh ingredients, their coffee selections are hot, iced and frozen, AND their prices cant be beat!!! Much less expensive that Starbucks! Do yourself a favor, stop in, tell them JODY sent you! My fave hot and frozen coffee is Mocha Latte Dark Chocolate, GRIZZLY SIZE, which is LARGE. Family owned local business! 🤗☕🏡💜✝️

Just went for the first time today and it was amazing! Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Drive-through was quick and staff was very friendly at the window and you can’t beat half price drinks after 5:00 P.M.! Way better Service than Starbucks and a lot more friendly. I would rate 10 stars if I could! Also my dog REALLY enjoyed the free Puppuccino!

The staff here are quite friendly and total sweethearts. The coffee is pretty good and cant complain about it. I would like to know if its a local roast because there are not enough places in this town that just do that. I will say the breakfast combo is a good value but sometimes the grits can be chunky. Now I dont know about you kind folks reading this but me personally, I dont do chunky grits. Maybe it was just that one day but I wont complain too much about it. Id say go check them out for yourselves. It is quite nice to start your day off with a hug.

This place is friendly and the order comes quickly. They made a small mistake on a food order and just gave the same order and left the first as well. And both orders were awesome!

It is a very relaxing place. A great place to study or read. Enjoy a great cup of coffee with one of their delicious muffins. The staff are excellent.

🍮🍵What a Fun place! I visit it every time I go see my kids stationed at Moody AFB. Ill miss it when they move away from there. Hug always has good coffee & good people and the shop is decorated super cute ☕

I have to give this establishment this rating because it was our very first time here as we are moving into town and we were welcomed with bright smiles and nice tasty coffee! Plus the rewards program is pretty cool. We look forward to treating ourselves again with coffee from this place.

I came here because it was a minute away from Freedom Park. I got a cappuccino and it was perfect. Great flavor, great temp, real espresso. The ladies working were super sweet and friendly to boot. Will return if I am in town again

They have the best staff! They all know my order just by looking out the drive through window and seeing my red Jeep. They make the best White Mocha Freeze. They make amazing breakfast sausage sandwiches, and bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta bread. I visit almost every morning. They make me laugh it get my day going. Thankful for there reward points.

This is a great little coffee shop on Bemiss Road in Valdosta! My first visit there and such friendly helpful staff! A quaint quiet place to sit and enjoy coffee, pastries, breakfast or whatever you are having! Stay as long as you like or pickup something to go and they also have drive through service, Check it out, you will be glad you did

Tried them twice so I could give a fair review...once when first opened and then a few months later. Didnt like the coffee either time. Was bitter and really nothing special. Id compare to McDonalds or convenient store coffee. Then tried some breakfast sandwiches not much better. To pricey for the quality. Ill stick with my Red Owl always perfect and delicious!

Im not from here but the coffee is just great! Great customer service, great temp of coffee (wasnt burning in my mouth as I drank it). I didnt get names but the short girl with glasses and the guy gave welcoming service.

Such a quaint little coffee shop. This place is a breath of fresh air in Valdosta. The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The lattes, hug in a mug signature, and iced chai are all delicious. Oh! Their scones are yummy too! Absolutely love going here.

Okay coffee, nothing special but very over priced. You can go up to red owl and have breakfast for cheaper or a little bit further up to Bojangles. Staff are very friendly, prices are too high.

This place is by far my favorite place in Valdosta. MY FAVORITE PLACE!!! :) The staff is always beyond friendly, I feel like they are all my family. The owners-they are some of the most wonderful people Ive ever met in my life! They overheard a spouse social that was going on one day and approached me afterwards to see if there was anything that they could personally do to reach out to the military community, to welcome them, and to help spouses during deployments, TDYs, etc! Talk about good, kind hearted people! Mike (Owner) is so sweet, hes always happy, welcoming and such a delight to talk to. :) To he honest, when I go out of town I actually miss Hug In A Mug, I will be very sad to move when that time comes. They opened their business and instantly I knew it was the perfect coffee shop and a friendly environment that kids and adults would love :) If youre in Valdosta you HAVE to try this place, coffee and snacks are delicious and they have the best cinnamon roll on earth :)They give a bring your own cup discount as well as a military discount...not seeing any other shop that does both ;) just saying! :)Check it out, you wont be disappointed! :)

Ok if you dont know this place Im sooo sorry. You will try this once and never want to pass it without buying! Not only the best best coffee taste, frozen drinks are to DIE for. Baked treats sooo good too. Sausage sandwich thing was BOSS. Reward system gets us lots of points and is amazing. Nice workers who are so kind.
