Customer service is good and the line is usually quick but I always have trouble with them actually filling up my drinks. If I wanted a small coffee I would have ordered a small one. So basically I payed for a medium cup and a small coffee. This happens regularly so if you want to actually pay for $6 worth of coffee and get that much coffee, make sure you avoid this location.

I had a mishap using the Starbucks app. No fault but my own the ladies were very helpful and still made my order the following day. The caramel ribbon crunch is so amazing. My little girl is vegan and they have refreshners with fruit in it she loved it.

Tamika, the store manager was amazing. Super friendly, quick and she even bought my coffee for me. She made my day :)

Starbucks on Northlake gets 3 stars. I know we have problems with hiring employees etc.. but a franchise like Starbucks need to train their people. They are polite, but they seem to not have the Starbucks enthusiasm. They seem to be doing only what they have to. They make lots of mistakes. The management is responsible. Train them better, take the time to do it right.

Dont frequent here often but of the times I have, service was somewhat friendly, but not what I asked for like again today.Ordered a mocha with extra whip, almond croissant warmed.The whip was the size of a quarterand the croissant was warmed for 2 seconds, disappointing.The mocha label read what I asked for. When the almond croissant is warmed correctly its amazing! Starbucks is expensive and overrated. Please work on getting the orders processed correctly.

After 3 pm on a Saturday, theres a lot not available. I had to try three times, but finally got a cold coffee drink. They still have weird names for drink sizes, though.

Its usually busy if you manage to catch it open. They have weird hours compared to most Starbucks. We have always had good experiences here otherwise.

Drive-thru line was a little confusing but the line moved quickly. Cashier was pleasant and upbeat. My order was correct and the prices comparable to other coffee shops in the area. No inside dining, Drive-thru only. I will go back.

This Starbucks is the worst one in town. Dont waste your time, go to the one off of I-75 and NOT this store. I have placed mobile orders here multiple times and they are NEVER ready or get lost and I end up waiting an extra 15-20 minutes while the barista looks for it, forgets about it, or completely ignores everyone in the store. The drive thru line is ridiculously long because they also probably cant figure that out either... Save yourself, go to the other Starbucks in Valdosta.

To be honest I personally prefer stronger coffee than what Starbucks offers. Anyone who wants good coffee should go to Just loves coffee, now they know how to make a good cup of Joe.

Don’t bother going in to receive your pickup order while the COVID-19 regulations are in place. I arrived and noticed the drive thru was long so decided to go in and get my order thinking it would be faster. I walked in and promptly stood in the #3 box because I was 3rd to pick up an order. The cashier asked if I needed to order and I told her no I was waiting for a pickup order, she then asked for my name and said oh they are still working on it. About a minute later the drink was finished and I watched them put it down behind the counter with the other mobile orders. Then another employee walks out from the back room and asks if I need to order. I go to answer him and the previous employee speaks over me to tell him I’m waiting for a pick up order. She doesn’t tell him my name and he doesn’t ask. So I tell her that I believe it is ready and she blatantly ignores me. Then I observe the first people in line still waiting for two of their drinks because they’ve been ignored as well and their drinks were ready, they just needed to be handed to them. So about 5 minutes later it’s my turn and I’m asked what I’m waiting for and I tell the lady. She promptly picks up the drink I watched be sat down and believed to be mine earlier. Another thing to note, there were 2 employees in drive thru, one handing out orders and one taking orders, 2 people making orders, and 2 cashiers. This should not have happened, they were staffed enough to be able to take care of the inside customers. I’m really only upset that the lady ignored me.Also, I’ve worked in fast food and retail. At my previous fast food job if we were staffed that much, no one would have been waiting for their order for 10 minutes, especially if it was ordered online.Moral of the story:Starbucks employees- figure out how to handle drive thru orders and pick up orders in store at the same time. Don’t speak over customers and don’t ignore them.Future customers- Just wait in the drive thru, the line might be longer but you’ll probably get your order faster, at least until they figure out how to take care of the customers inside.

Starbucks is awesome as always. You can now enter their store to pick up to go items or mobile app orders. They have nice little numbered boxes on the floor for people to stand in in line. Makes it super easy for even the least respectful person to maintain social distancing and help keep those around them safe.Also, the new ice blonde vanilla latte was pretty good with soy milk!

It never fails, my dark roast Venti is always cold. I stop by before I leave town after visiting my parents and order the same thing. Flavor good, coffee cold.

Ordered 2 coffees and they had been paid for by the car in front of us so we kept it going by paying for the car behind us, it was a great experience!!

They always get my order correct, they are always friendly, and move the line along very quickly when I arrive. I am sad that they have had to limit their hours due to Covid, but my work has had to as well, so I completly understand.

Sat in line for damn near thirty minutes only to reach the call box and get ignored. This was prior to closing hours, too, and they gave no indication to that or consideration towards their waiting clients. I will never do business with them again. That was incredibly inconsiderate to everyone who waited.

The experience is always great really enjoy the smiles ended fragrance that comes from the window always smells really nice kudos to all Starbucks. The employees are super super super nice I like that.

I used to really like this location but its just turned downhill. I dont know if theres new people making the drinks and taking orders or what, but every time I come whether day or evening, they mess up my order. And not just mine, my sisters, too. So just to clarify first, I used to work at Starbucks awhile back. I know how to order correctly, yet apparently Im talking jibberish for them to type in the wrong drink. They even repeat it back and still get it wrong. For example, today I ordered a green tea frappuccino. I got cold liquid matcha mixed with soy. Tiny bit of ice. It makes me so disappointed. And for my sisters, she orders her iced peppermint mocha. They say it right over the speaker but as soon as I get to the window, they hand her a hot one. After a few times of this happening, one of the male baristas actually formally cussed us out in a nice way while I was in the car with her. Saying that it was my fault, that I didnt know how to order it right, when the order taker clearly said iced and obviously forgot to type iced before putting it through. It was rude. Not one time had that happened. And again, I worked at Starbucks for over two years. I know how to order my drink. I tried to give them another chance today, even said my order slowly, and got this... yucky drink. So my advice, dont go here. If it works for you, by all means, keep going but either they have vendetta against my sister and I or they dont know how to ring things up correctly. Maybe both, I dont know. Im not going back. Id rather take my chances at the other Starbucks across town. 😞

Standard coffee place. Can’t go wrong.

It is possibly the most chaotic Starbucks I’ve been in. I’ve never see that place when it wasn’t slammed with people. And yet, they seem to be very efficient in getting drinks & food out. They seem to work well together & remain friendly to guest at the same time. The place seemed clean enough, considering how busy it was. I would have expected worse.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever walked into. I had two baristas(Jacob and Berry) took amazing care of me. They were personable, kind, and helped make my experience enjoyable. Thank you for training these employees with such high standards.

My absolute favorite place. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. I love chilling with coffee date or staying a bit to get some work done.

The entrance to this location is terrible. Staff is great when they are not busy. Noticed manager short cutting drink orders to try and speed up the process, just to have to make the drinks again. Take your time. We know that there is a wait.

How does a coffee shop close its bathroom to customers, then the staff is extremely rude about it.

What can I say, Starbucks always a great stop. I do wish their butter was spreadable though. By the time the butter is soft enough to spread on my bagel the heated bagel is cold. I guess I should do without the butter. 🤔

While in Valdosta visiting new grandson, son, & his girlfriend, my son and I came here for a little time to hang out.Its Starbucks. Its the pricier McDonalds of coffee and small food. You expect it to be the predictable, reliable, yummy across the board which is why we go, right?! The main areas therefore, where a chain can excel are, personal customer service and store & product presentation.This Starbucks did a great job on the two areas. Everyone serving was very nice, seemed kind and patient. The shop was clean! The outside area, where I hung out to fiddle with my phone📱after my son left on his Harley 🚳 was pleasant and there was enough shade to be under even at 2PM. I enjoyed it.As a homemade French Press, using Peets coffee kind of gal, Starbucks is my go to when I want coffee and I cant make it at home because it is reliable. But this Starbucks did up on reliable with a nice, clean shop and very welcoming, warm, staff. Cant complain! 🍵

Long lines

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in...dare I say, all of Georgia. First off, they are a reserve store, meaning you can have the fanciest of brews. The staff is very friendly and they get your drink order right the first time. Sometimes they are a little slow, but it is understandable.

Very nice store. Always well stocked, and usually a bit quieter than the one on St. Augustine thats closer to I-75. If you have a little extra time, this one is worth the little bit longer drive off the freeway.

Something is up with whoever is making the drinks recently! Ive been two times recently and ordered what I always order, a tall hot mocha with extra whip. It was AWFUL both times. It was barely warm, the first cup was missing 1/3 of the drink lmao, and there was no sweetness at all, the second time it just tasted like lukewarm mild coffee flavored water with little sweetness. Please train whoever is making the drinks lately because they are not doing a good job!

Just left this location and BARRY went above and beyond with his customer service. Ive always experienced pleasant visits to Starbucks but he was by far the most amazing! My family thanks you sir!!!

I was very disappointed in the service received inside of the Starbucks on North Valdosta Rd this morning and have always received beyond friendly customer service in the past. I did not get the cashiers name, but she was a young white girl and it was around 7:50 am today. I know that this Starbucks is very busy before 8:00 am throughout the weekday, so I never have a problem with the long wait and slow service on the inside. The problem was that the cashier did not ask me my name for my order and after waiting longer than I usually do, I walked up to the counter to find my sandwich just laying on the counter and it seemed like it had been sitting there a while. It was pretty disappointing that nobody, not even the cashier who took my order, or the person on the front hot coffee station tried to get my attention to let me know that my sandwich had been sitting there on the counter as a patiently sat at the table waiting. I know that it will not hurt your business at all and no one will probably care, but I will definitely not be returning to Starbucks to spend any of my money.

I say the coffee is good for being a chain shop. The staff end up getting to know you and end up learning your orders. Not sure if its a good thing that they know me just by face now but thats just how much I tend to come in. Food here is a bit expensive but its Starbucks, you dont go for the food.

Its pretty good, but the coffee is a bit too strong for my taste. Id recommend it if you like or want stronger coffee, tea, or even a nice fruity drink.

I went an ordered a drink and sat down waited like everyone else, but then a rush of people came in. they get their drinks served before me and i am waiting almost an hour for my drink til i come up and ask can i get my drink now? i understand about customers at the window and in the store.. but if i am waiting almost an hour for a drink and everyone that entered after me gets theirs before me... what kind of service is that?

We had our card stolen by Starbucks employees today. We called after we left and they said they haven’t seen it. We checked our account and someone charged an additional 10 dollar charge from at Starbucks. We get a call later from them saying they found it in the parking lot. Now how does our card get from the Drive thru window employees out in the parking lot a good distance away from the drivethru window? The manager Gabby did not offer to refund the 10 dollar charge or even look into the matter of who charged it. Truly pathetic.

I don’t really do Starbucks coffee products like that because it leaves a nasty after taste but I do love their tea and I love the atmosphere great to come and relax while finishing up work!

I visit Starbucks frequently. This branch is by far the worst I have ever been to. Expect to wait a long time for whatever they put together out of old pots. Do yourself a favor and head over the the St. Augustine store

My husband was in the hospital getting surgery so I drove the short distance to this Starbucks to get a decent coffee while waiting. Cashier was super friendly. I order my coffee, waited several minutes and after several minutes 5 young girls walked in and ordered specialty frozen drinks. Note, I am still waiting for my simple coffee. The girls all got their specialty drinks and I was still waiting. I got the call hubby was out of surgery, went and asked when my coffee would be ready, they asked my name and nothing. My cup with my name on it had been set on counter and forgotten. Yes, you read that right. No apology, just blank stares from three employees doing nothing. No one started to make my coffee, just stared at me. I walked to the cashier and asked for a refund. She did apologize and refunded my money. I am almost 60 and it has been a hard lesson to learn that older people are invisible and not respected for the time they have put in. Anyhow, Will never go here again. Shame on all three of the girls that just looked at me with a blank stare when I asked when my coffee would be ready. Shame on the young male manager for listening to it all and not responding as well.

Friendly counter help is the main pleasure of Starbucks. Smiling faces from people who look like they actually enjoy working there. The seating is on wooden chairs with no cushioning and the ambiance is moderately loud with coffee grinders and loud talking being an intrusive background to conversation. The coffee tasted burned..... as usual.

Its a very chill environment. Cool enough to study and hang out. Most of all the service is good.

This is the place to chill out with a big cup of Matcha Green Tea Frappucino. YUMM-stuff. Great staff, too. My drinks always come out perfectly here, which isnt always the case with other locations. You guys need to expand and put in a couple of comfy couches, then Id hang out there all day.
