Cake was moist with rich flavor, professional packing and gluten free options.

The color of our cake for a 5 year olds birthday party was totally different than what was advertised on their website and what was ordered. This was supposed to be a mermaid party with teal/aqua icing, but picked up a cake for Blues Clues. The bakery said, sometimes icing darkens overnight. This was not a darker color of what was advertised. It was a completely different color all together. No refund or discount was offered.

Delicious - first time to go as I do not live in GA. Bought for sons 21st birthday they were a hit! Many flavors you will love! The best thing they are not too sweet and no one had a stomach ache after indulging

These cupcakes are amazing!!! So soft, yummy and beautiful!! Never packed and I have no idea why not! If you are in the mood for a decadent dessert at only $3.50 give smallcakes a try. Tons of flavors.

My friend came in from out of town and surprised me with a cake from Smallcakes! She sent them a photo of what she wanted and when she picked it up she said it was more than she imagined. It was very tasty as well (Red Velvet)

Always receive delicious small cakes from here, the inside is so wonderfully decorated, the employees are so sweet, and when I have time to bring my little girls here to dine-in they feel like little princesses. Plus, the small cakes rewards punch cards are great too!!

Probably some of the best cupcakes Ive ever had. Staff seems really nice and they aim to please. Id advise getting any chocolate cupcake, they are frickin delicious! Also the our puppy absolutely loves the pupcakes! I think the staff do a wonderful job on creativity and presentation. Been around valdosta for 4 years and they have always been delightfully satisfying

So delicious and so creative the different flavors and combinations!! My family all enjoyed their cupcakes, so moist and scrumptious!! I even got pupcakes for my 3 dogs and they all loved them, savagely ate them lol. First time being here in the 9 years Ive lived down here. I definitely will be back to try more of their products!!

This place is overpriced and uses no sanitation whatsoever (wasn’t wearing gloves & didn’t use hand sanitizer) when handling your desserts . No to mention all the flies swarming around the place. You’re better off going to Flower island cakes their desserts are AMAZING and the owner is such a sweet lady and her prices aren’t sky high.

My daughters love Small Cakes! The desserts are great and so is the service!

So the key lime macaroons are my favorite. Not too sweet, its like heaven in your mouth. Staci was awesome. Service was great, will be returning.

Ordered cupcakes in advance for Mothers Day, I always order cupcakes for every holiday and birthday in my house. I had my sister pick them up the day of due to being out of town. When she gets to the bakery they claim to not have an order under that name. Mind you I not only ordered in advance I have already paid and tipped. Turns out my order was supposably stuck to another and gave to the wrong person. Needless to say 3 of the 8 cupcakes needed to choose a different flavor. Another two were thrown together, the chocolate covered strawberry was then cold so it starting sweating all over the frosting on the cupcake, ruining those 2. Five out of eight were NOT what I ordered. A gift that was ruined! Call to speak to the manager she was not available, I asked to have HER call me back, Employee insisted the manager would give me a call back when she was available. I later receive a Call from the same employee instead of the manager, like I previously asked and was told would give me a call. Not only a horrible experience but ruined the slightest urge to ever go back. If you want something the correct way, go elsewhere !!

Favorite dessert spot in town hands down! Every time I have visited Smallcakes Valdosta the staff have been friendly and helpful, and the cupcakes (every single flavor i’ve chosen) have been moist and delicious with just the right amount of frosting. My favorite was the chocoholic, but it’s always so hard to choose which flavor I want to try because of how many they offer! We’ve ordered cakes and cupcakes for special events and they’ve all turned out great as well. Can’t recommend Smallcakes enough!

Custom ordered my sons 16th birthday cake. It was horrible! The cake was not ready at the scheduled pick up time, it was not delivered when promised, we literally got the cake 20min before his party was scheduled to end. It tasted good (only reason for 1 star) but looked like an amateur just threw it together. The frosting was rough and uneven, the decorations looked lumpy and thick. All this after confirming multiple times they could do the design/decoration he wanted. They should have said it was beyond their capabilities so I could have gone elsewhere and gotten it right and on time.UPDATE: Yes, I have the right location. Delivery was offered when it was not ready at pick up and I informed the ladies at the counter that our party was off site and I would not be able to return to pick it up. I was told they would deliver and it would be at my house by 1230. It arrived at 230pm. It was in Oct.

Very impressed with the cake that was done for my son’s birthday. He wanted a specific Pokémon design, so I was able to send pictures I found off the internet for ideas, and they took those ideas and added their own to the design to make an awesome cake. I kept it in the refrigerator and a week later, it was still moist and fresh.

I love small cakes! The cupcakes are so moist and delicious, plus I dont have to feel bad eating it in front of my dogs bc I can get them their very own pupcake to enjoy, and they go nuts when I bring them home!

I gave this place one star because the cupcakes I had were terrible! I can’t believe I paid 3.75$ for each cupcake. Walmart and Publix make better cupcakes than this place. Way to overpriced for the quality of food here. 100% do not recommend.

It seemed really dark in here, but the decor was cute. I got a Butterbeer cupcake and it didn’t really taste of anything. Just the flavor was like a regular plain vanilla cupcake, but it was really moist. It was around $3.50 for just the one cupcake. The lady working the counter was super nice.

Terrible customer service, staff members are extremely rude. I walked in with my family and was treated horrible by staff. If you’re looking for a cupcake shop in the Valdosta area do not come here, the cupcakes are not worth the $3.75 and do not taste that great either. They’re very dry. Their was also flies flying around the cupcakes when I was at the front counter getting ready to pay. 10/10 would NOT recommend coming here and I will not be coming here again with my family. I’d rather spend $3.75 for cupcakes from Walmart or Publix!

When I pointed out the flies all over the cupcakes...she said we try to keep them out the best we canThey cant control the flies BUT THEY CAN AND SHOULD buy CAKE COVERS for the food they are displaying to sell.Maybe the health department can make a suggestion to help with the problem. I wouldnt even buy my dog a pupcake from there....#FlyCakery

They take me order over phone, from Texas, charge my card and I am able to send cupcakes to my granddaughters school events and other special occasions! Just ordered 3 dozen mini cupcakes for my wedding, the staff was so helpful and even offered ideas for what to do. The girls that work there are amazing I would definitely say if you want a really yummy sweet treat go here.
