The line went quick, which is nice because it was early morning on my way to work. I asked the cashier what kind of bagels they had and she responded, plain and with seeds. I wanted more information but all she knew was that it had seeds on it. I was feeling adventurous so I ordered it. I got one glazed donut, one black coffee, and a bagel with seeds. Turns out it was an everything bagel. The bagel was nicely toasted, the donut had too much glaze for my taste, and the coffee tasted like had been sitting for a while. The main reason for such a low score was the fact the cashier didnt know her product and I was asked to pull around to wait for it to toast (it took about 10 minutes). Id go again if just for a quick coffee.

Went in at 6 AM. Yesterdays donuts at todays prices. Not a horrible thing. Old donuts just have that thing about them. Wrong kind of crisp. The staff of one was polite. I didnt see anyone in the kitchen.

Donuts may be OK, but the building is awful. It looks like they ran out of money half way through renovations. The womens restroom was gross. You have to pick the soap dispenser up off the sink to wash your hands. The door is sticky and gross and the paper towel dispenser didnt work. There is a huge hole in the wall in front of the restrooms. Just hit the drive thru and try not to have too complicated of an order.

Staff was courteous and showed great customer service. Dounuts were fresh and extremely tasty. Will visit again soon 😊😊

Its sad that this establishment even calls itself a Donut Shop. The selection is extremely lacking,and of the half dozen Bavarian Cream and other filled donuts we ordered, NONE of them were actually filled! They barely had ANY filling,and it was only in small lopsided pockets of the donuts. Dont waste your time or money going here. Its a shame that there are no REAL donut shops in town.

Sam was amazing. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to write on two doughnuts for us. He didnt have to do it but he showed he has passion to please the customer. Diana was a joy to talk to. This place also has amazing doughnuts but the people make everything better!

I came by earlier this week for some cake donuts (which are my favorite) and they were burnt and crispy. I came back a couple days later and they did not have any at all! To make matters worse, I saw a woman in the kitchen coughing on the donuts! I contacted the manager and she was very nice and told me that she was not in charge of making the donuts. She gave me her boss’s number and i called them multiple times and they never returned my calls! I am now considering calling corporate..the bathrooms also looked very ran down, it’s like they stopped in the middle of renovating and it was very warm on the inside. It is very clear they don’t care about their store, our complaints, and what the employees are doing. I do not plan on coming back!

My 1st time coming here, went inside it was so hot and humid inside that the employees where basically drenched in sweat. Never had a donut here so I cant rate how they taste. My intentions where to purchase some but after seeing how sweaty they were, hair sticking to their face. I left. My husband ordered an ice coffee because he felt bad but ended up giving it back because it was horrible and got a refund.

Caramel doughnut was great..fresh..and hit the spot!! Mocha frap was good as well. The girl tried thinning out our smoothies and added water instead of smoothie mix..resulting in a water down tasting drink...might be new ill always return!! Always worth going back for!!!

I placed an order for a dozen donuts the day before I needed them. I gave them all my contact information and they told me it would be ready in the morning at 7:30. I arrived at the store to pick the order up at 7:30 and the store was very nasty. There were dust pans everywhere and trash all over the place. LEIGH answered the door and said they were closed all day due to difficulties. LEIGH was very rude- after letting me know the problem she shut the door in my face. Not once did they try to contact me to let me know about my order. I called to get more information and talked to JENNA and when I told the lady who I was she hung up on me! When I tried to call back, no one would answer the phone. HOLTS DONUTS NOW HAS MY BUSINESS!!!

Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. Prices are decent. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

Customer service was great. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the Lemon Classic donuts and they were absolutely delicious. A shuttle lemon flavor with a nice slightly crunchy outside with a lemon glaze. And the inside was and nice soft. Definitely will be returning! The only complaint I have is that the coffee was weak.

Brianna C was absolutely amazing and full of energy, smiles and made my morning a little bit brighter. Will definitely be back to this location just to see her!

Went in the other day and When the manager, Jena, and her worker Brianna C. dealt with me in Drive Thru they worked as a team and made sure it was right. Very thankful because I was in a rush. Definitely coming back.

Worked at this place for more than a year and a half while in high school and let me tell you this place has some issues. To start off, the owner is so terrible with money, we would literally not have supplies for making the donuts that we are obviously all here to sell. Also, the only cleaning supplies provided were raggedy dirty rags and hot water. Food was regularly dropped on the floor and still sold to customers for consumption and the place was filled with rodents and roaches. You name it we had it. Breakfast was almost always old because it was made days ago, and the employees that worked there never washed there hands and would serve food after using the restroom with their bare hands. It baffles me to the core how people still eat here, especially with the obvious decay of the entire store and the quality being so poor. In terms of a working environment I would honestly say that I would rather catch corona than work there because this place is beyond unsafe for food consumption. Let alone the owner and their family are out of their minds when it comes to how to even treat employees. We had a manager get cancer and had to have surgery and the owner Ben broomberg didn’t want to give her time off. So take this as you will but if I were you I’d find somewhere else to eat.

The blonde girl behind the counter must be court ordered to be there - Ive never been spoken to so disrespectfully by any employee anywhere ever.. they only had five kinds of donuts left and those were dried out. No masks, but lots of signs up letting customers know that they arent taking any preventative measures so... Okedokey.I dont know what happened to this place. It use to knock your socks off, but now its awful. So sad.

This crew, led by their Mgr., I call her Ms. D, is absolutely very courteous, professional and so very family friendly, even the new hires. Id had a very rough week this week and they helped to pick me up with their laughter. Thanks to the owner for bringing them in 🍩 🍩. Oh yeah, l💗veee😋😋😋😋 the coffee ☕. Gotta have it every morning.

Went in this morning.they had a ladder over donuts not covered.they climbed up ladder with who knows what was on there shoes is now on donuts.plus they opened up the ceiling grid then water poured out splashing on everything even donuts .so good luck not getting sick.not clean at all

Terrible service..the girl behind the counter had a horrible attitude.....the creamers were curdling in our watered down community coffee that we had to ask her to make a pot because when we got there the community coffee pot was empty and she said ohits all gone .. so I asked her can you make more and she got even more mad and said I guess ..if you want it..sad day for her ..maybe this is not her type of work.. also.....the donuts were stale very dry to say the least..

My favorite donut is Apple Fritters, Im very disappointed with them, they arent made like they use to be, its more like what you get from the grocery store/other donut places. They use to have crispy edges, werent puffy and they were bigger! This was the first thing I got from daylight when it opened, I was so excited because it was the just like I use to get in California (where Im from), but now their like every where else in town. PLEASE go back to the way you use to make them!! Dont be like every where else!!

I love this location. I mainly use the drive-thru, but inside is also nice and service is very fast. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to talk to especially in the mornings. Of course the donuts and coffee are amazing as well!

If you like rude employees and customers, go there. Youll feel like you werent invited. Especially when theres a woman getting a three boxes, she comes first everyone else can wait including KIDS. Kids cant say excuse me and ask to see the doughnuts, she comes first because shes getting there boxes.So for an establishment to be ride to kids and support their equally rude customers, is crazy. They lost this customer.

Why were my doughnuts cold like they had been in a fridge. Be prepared to wait 1 to 5 mins in drive thru, dont mind waiting but at least give me fresh doughnuts

This is your goto early morning sugar stop. Anytime we need a dozen donuts they have them ready and fresh.Typically not wall to wall traffic in the early morning but once it’s about 7-9AM you might have a small wait... but it’s worth it.Military discount available as well.

First time i went in there I baught apple fritters and they where burnt and hard as rocks so mu husband says we will try again and not get that kind I ask for a French cruller and the girl sold my husband an old fashioned cake doughnut after i specifically told her they where not the old fashoned cake doughnut... I feel if you are working at a doughnut shop you should know your doughnuts im honestly angry

I was inside and 3 of the employees were at the window playing with a dog. They didnt acknowledge that I was at the counter. Then when the customer with the dog left the drive thru window no one washed hands but proceeded to fix donuts. I asked the girl if they were required to wash their hands and she shook her head no. I stated that I saw them over there playing with that dog and thought they should wash their hands but she still said nothing. VERY UNSANITARY!!!!!!!!

They glaze their donuts then dip them in chocolate, thus keeping the donut moist and not dry. Simply the best tasting donut around. Freshness at its finest

The employees are filthy! The young lady was at the window processing transactions and had the ardacity to pick the donuts one by one with her bare hands. One of my prior visits a guy picked them each one up with a piece of paper however his hand still touched them at the bottom. Why arent gloves or better yet tongs. Touching ones food with your bare hands is very unsanitary. Donuts are tasty though.

The drive through is very speedy and they gave a donut hole to my dog. Everyone I encountered was friendly and their donuts are great.

I have always loved this place but the last three times I have gone I have been very dissapointed. The two times I went they were out of most of the donuts and when I went back today I got the donuts I wanted but the cream filled donuts had the smallest amount of cream in them right at the end of the donut and the entire middle was empty it was like I was eating a normal glazed donut. I am very disappointed with my visit today.

Terrible! The inside was disgusting and dirty and the staff and maybe owners were all taking about how someone came in and spends two dollars and sits all day. Awful place, donuts where gross as well. Greasy and cold. First time to visit and the last ever. 🤮

I have never had a bad experience at Daylight donuts until today. My husband and I pull to drive through window we wait for 10 minute. No one comes to the window we pull off and leave. I called back to see if there were a wait time the lady told me yes its when I get finish with the customer inside. Now if Im not mistaken its polite to at least let the people know I will be right with you they wont feel ignored. So like I said we left but I really want donuts so we went back and I decide to go in, make my order as well as ask for the manager. The lady inside says I am the manager do you want my boss number I said yes and of course she gave me the number to the shop, but at this point Im really mad because the glove she had on she use it to write down the number then grabbed my donuts and not only that the rudest thing that was done I handed her my money she took my change and placed it on the counter instead of on my hand. Customer service is needed. Much as I love Daylight donuts Dixie Cream will get my money.

There donuts taste great. If you park and go inside, theres a bit of a problem when your ready to leave, for if theres more than 2 cars in the drive-thru, you have to wait. This really only happens during the morning time.

If you stop by in the afternoon you will not have a good choice. Forget about the sausage rolls.. they dont make enough to go around.

So I asked which donut wouldnt be as messy for my kids as we were about to go in a little road trip. She said the iced with dino sprinkles would probably be best cuz they were frosted 2 hours ago and had time to sit. So literally the oldest donuts there were 2 hours old lol . Enough said. Headed there right now for my morning fix :)
