Good. Nothing for people who cant have ice cream but everyone else enjoyed.

I took the kid a babysit here for a treat and she absolutely love it! The young lady was very helpful with the many many choices. Such a cute small business!!! Definitely coming again💕

Staff is always fantastic and helpful and bring smiles to little ones that are making there ice cream fancy with candy. When we were there they ran out of my daughters favorite topping the two girls working went in the back and found another case of it my daughter was so excited 😆 thank you for making her dessert perfect!

One thing I dont like about this place is that you have to ask for them to get a sample for you. Every other place I’ve been, they give you cups to get your own samples. Very awkward. Otherwise, good yogurt and plenty of toppings.

Me, My Wife and My Little sister was vacationing in valdosta and wanted to some good icecream so we decided to give em a shot and see if it was good. This cute little shop was absolutely Amazing! I would recommend this to any and everyone! The icecream was to die for, plenty of toppings, cheap prices, super nice and friendly staff. LOVED it and will definitely be back again.

The Mix is awesome!! My girlfriend and I stop by at least twice a week and the workers are always friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and chill... The flavors change frequently, but because theres a variety I always have at least 1 flavor I like. If youre a milkshake and smoothie lover, this is definitely the place to get one from... If youd like to bust your S/Os tail in Connect Four, I suggest coming here!! They also cater to our fuzzy friends, as my dog enjoyed his treat and $2 Pup Cup. Great for the price also 👍

COVID-19 measures were in place, the service team puts together the ice cream for you. They have Blue Bell!! Food was delicious, pricing was decent, service was great!

Frozen yogurt was ok not a lot of choices. I thought it was a little on the high side. But it is still worth getting ice cream there

It was just okay because normally when I go to these type of places they have the sample cups out so that you can try the flavors. When I asked for some of the little cups the lady said we had to tell her which ones and she would go give us the samples. I have three kids so its easier that we do it ourselves. My oldest decided to just get a cone because it felt so weird continuing to ask for the flavors. I almost turned around and left but my little kids really were pumped about ice cream. I only tasted one and it taste like one from a place that I like so I just stuck to that. My kids also liked their treat as well. Unfortunately, I wont go back due to that policy. I dont want to feel uncomfortable asking to taste flavors when other establishments just like it dont watch over their customers like that. If you know exactly what you want or dont mind someone watching you try flavors then this place is cool.

Great service, good frozen yogurt. I have a kid who loves froyo but needs to restrict both dairy and dyes, and they didnt have one today that was both dairy and dye free. We are only lately so picky; we are long time Mix fans and always enjoy our trips there.

It was supposed to be a quick stop. After an already rough morning, I stop on my way home to grab an açaí bowl, ( I live too far to come often easily).I have my infant with me who’s grouchy from our already rough morning on a stroller. There is a mat rolled up right in front of the door it’s extremely difficult to get in the door with a stroller. Once I make my order a few children with an adult walk in. The server skips my order completely to serve them. At this point I have a hungry crying nfant in my arms and I’m shaking in hunger. I hadn’t eaten because my infant had me occupied all morning. There is no reason why she couldn’t make mine first there is no reason why I should’ve had to wait for those children to decide what they wanted first. Although they are the only place in town that serves those I will not be returning I also had to fight my way out the door because of that rolled up mat.

They have the same flavors pretty much every week. The seldom times I do stop in ( because Menchies didnt have what I was looking for ) you have to stare at someone to help you. When you pick a flavor, the attendant doesnt wear gloves or wash his/her hands so excuse me if Im put off by the germs on your hands when you give me a sample cup. If you decide to sit down to eat, you get a beautiful view of the staff on their cellphones. EVERY TIME. Being an avid fro-yo lover Im willing to try a place more than once despite the poorly trained customer service skills. I can finally say The Mix is the worst place I have ever been to for frozen yogurt.

Simply one of the best environments in town! Great froyo, great toppings, super friendly staff! I go here all the time with my classmates and it has always been wonderful.

Great variety from fro-yo to dipn dots to smoothies. However, the workers were more into flirting with each other & had zero patience for a child whom was so excited & coukdnt decide what she wanted. They seemed bothered that we had to interrupt them in order to pay for our ice cream. So we opted only to get our child ice cream & that us adults would skip.

I love this place. Every time I visit Valdosta, I come here for the best frozen yogurt!UPDATE: They keep taking out the sea salt caramel pretzel so I dont go very often. Very disappointed.

It was nice, I had some frozen yogurt and shaved ice. They have a pretty good variety in ice cream, frozen yogurt, toppings etc, employees are very nice a cool place to bring kids or to hang out with friends

The froyo is great but the staff is HORRIBLE! Unfortunately the people staffed are young individuals who do not have good customer relationship skills. Our three experiences were similar. Different staff poor service and right out kindness. Most of the staff stand around on their cell phones texting or they go to the back of the store where they are unavailable.

Not a bad place, good ice cream and yogart, just to small and large the level ice cream and yogart is a little on the pricey side but all and all not horrible considering all the toppings they offer with the the price of the ice cream and yogart the price goes by weight not scoops or toppings so not bad

We normally eat at Menchies and thought we would change it up. The yogurt was not good and tasted fake. We will not be going back and do not recommend it. The young lady behind the counter prepared our samples for us but the young girls right behind us were offered the tasting cups.

Over priced, dirty, ants all around the topping bar, half the machine didnt have a current flavor available and the cashier spent ten minutes talking to her friends while we waited to pay. Its a small town, to stay afloat customer service goes along way.
