Came to This town because I had an appointment with another dealer. The customer services was not as expected however on our way out we saw that Bical had the same exact vehicle on their lot with much less miles on it for the same price but with SIGNIFICANTLY better service. Daryl and Dawn were very helpful and professional while attending to us, their service is undoubtedly worth a 5 star rating.
I just bought my suburban and saw it had a recall so i bought it in to get checked out. MY service manager was great & treated my car like his own. The drop off and pickup was smooth. i wish the prices were a bit more reasonable but i was kinda expecting the overpriced service.
Showed up for service today and got attitude and eye rolling from the guy outside checking me in. That is my intro before I even deal with inside. Now the service guy inside was much nicer but doubt I would ever come back after today unless desperate. Plus only dealer service I know of that does not wash your car.
Review for the service department. I had to get a recall on my car addressed - technically two cars with the same issue. I called two other GM dealers in the area before Bical was able to help me (I called other locations based on proximity). They were professional, clean, and flexible with our timing. I really appreciate their help and would choose to go to them over the other two without question for a future GM need. Thanks Michael!

I brought my car here for maintenance due to check engine light. First off I had to set an appointment 2 weeks on advance. Then they had my car for about 2 days. They DID solve my problem but boy oh boy they charged me $1000 when my regular mechanic wouldnt charged about $200 for the same thing. Never again will I go here for maintenance unless I absolutely have to

I recently leased a Chevy Blazer at Bical Chevrolet my salesperson Nova was fantastic, this was one of the smoothest transactions I have done in leasing a car, and I have done quite a few. I told her what I was looking for, it took a few days to source but I got exactly what I wanted, I walked into the dealership thinking I would have to spend 2 or 3 hours for paperwork, Im happy to say I was driving away in my new vehicle in less than 45 minutes.I have already recommended Bical Chevrolet in Valley Stream to a couple of my friends and suggested that they ask for Nova to get excellent, knowledgeable service.
Service was as promised. I waited for my vehicle and repairs were made in an expedient manner...what more could I ask for? Vehicle was towed into dealership with dead battery. Dealer took seven days to replace battery under warranty. When repair was finally done, battery had one bad cell.Called dealer multiple times. No one ever answers or calls back. Had to go to dealer in person to inquire about vehicle. After visit still took 5 days to complete.Terrible communication. Terrible service. Seven days is way too long for simple battery install and electrical system check. Vehicle is 2021 with 1558 miles.
I am always nervous when I am car shopping, but I did my research ahead of time and I knew exactly what I was looking for - the Chevy Equinox. Anthony was awesome making the transaction so simple. My 2018 Traverse broke down on the highway a few months ago and was stranded away from my home. I was towed to a nearby service station. I needed a new alternator. I paid out of Pocket and kept the receipt from the service station for my records. I was chatting with the service manager Mike Danielle and mentioned the story, I gave him the receipt, he submitted it to General Motors and got me a reimbursement check since the part was covered under the warranty. Mike is very nice, fair and honest. He is a pleasure to deal with! I recommend Bical Chevrolet and their service department because they are accommodating and easy to deal with. They also work to accommodate my schedule. Additionally, routine maintenance and service items such as oil changes are competitively priced and often cheaper than the local service station!!!!
THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER AND THERE IS NO AC !!!!!My kids and I got kicked out from that place for complaining about the heat, that place has NO AC and it felt like 100 degrees Fahrenheit.the heat was worst than outside, this temperature can lead staff and customers to dehydration, heat exhaustion, even heat strokeThis is very sad and inhumanMy kids were thirsty so I asked the staff for cold water and they didn’t have any instead they offered hot coffee, I was completely shocked !when I finally got to meet the sales person I asked him why they don’t have AC and he said they been like that all summer.I soon as I complained we got kicked out

I went in for a routine oil change and asked them to check brakes as they intermittently were squeaking here and there. When they called, they told me I needed brand new front brakes ($750) on a 2 year old traverse. Not brake pads, full on brakes and rotars. We thought that sounded strange as we’ve leased SUV’s before and have never had issues on a car with 30k miles on it. He then explained if we didn’t take care of it now, we would be responsible for it when we turned the car in, so we should just take care of it now. I politely said I would call back after I spoke with my husband. An hour later, I was called back asking if I had been trying to call as “their phones were acting funny”. I have a pretty good gutt and always go with how it feels. Felt like he was being shady and maybe looking for money. My husband called back finally and said, in all do respect, we are going to have another trusted mechanic take a look. Guy got quiet and just said OK and hung up. Got a second opinion today and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. As matter of fact, they are still about 80% brand new. Bottom line is we are totally DISGUSTED with this dealership! We will never give them our business again and will find a different dealership to turn our car into. Not sure how they sleep at night!
I’ve been servicing my car here for 4 years. It’s a comfortable environment. Everyone I’ve come across are professional and courteous. I can’t see myself going to another dealership for service. I’ve gotten exceptional service. The service advisors are upfront, honest, and pleasant. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Bradley is very nice and easy going. Mike Hendrichs such a pleasure to deal with. He’s my favorite to go to guy! He’s accommodating and easy to talk to. I would most definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership.

I took a family vehicle in for an oil change, nothing more, and mentioned this to the service advisor. I mentioned a tire rotation had been recently performed. The service advisor added a tire rotation to my bill and my total came out to $85. I never knew Synthetic Blend oil (not full Synthetic) costs $9+ per quart. The customer service agent called and chuckled when I told him what had happened. However this sneaky behavior is to be expected since the owner used to respray new vehicles to completely different colors at his Brooklyn location to cut costs.

I appreciate the technology involved with my Traverse that a message appears to remind me to get an oil change. I can dismiss the reminder with a check mark but it reappears until I actually get the oil changed. Also, I receive a check list via e-mail regarding the mechanical status of my car. Wonderful technology!
Lisa at Bical was the friendliest and most accommodating employee weve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is our third lease via Bical, and she went out of her way to make sure our situation was handled efficiently and everything was taken care of. We were in and out of the showroom (and into a new Trailblazer) within at most 30-40 minutes because she took care of everything else before we even got there. I brought my Trax in for regular oil change, I was the fourth car in the queueI went up to the CSR and the first thing he said was that the oil change and tire rotation was 84.99. this was $10 more that the lady told me when i called and booked the appointment. I went ahead and agreed fo the 84.99 charges.I asked why I was paying the same price as the persons who had much larger vehicles with much larger engines. The CSR did not answer. This does not make sense, since my vehicle with a smaller engine will not use as much oil as a vehicle with a larger engine and the time to service a larger car is much more than a smaller car.I proceeded to the waiting area. There were no less that 4 people who came after me and received their vehicle before i did. after waiting for about 2 hours, my mobile phone connected to my cars bluetooth and I checked to see my car was brought to the front of the check-in area. I assumed quite correctly that the car was finished. I had to wait an additional 30 mins for the gentleman to pass my documents over to the cashier for me to settle any outstanding balance.To my surprise, the total was almost $21 more than the coupons that I presented when i checked in. I of course queried with the cashier about the charges, she could not answer my queries and referred me to the CSR agent who checked me in. He seems agitated with my queries. He was rude and impolite. He did not try to answer any of my questions. After about 10 minutes with him unable to answer my queries for the charges, i decided to pay and left. I told him that his customer relation skills were not ideal and he responded that he does not care and that I was the first person who said that about him. I am very skeptical about bringing my cars to your dealership for future service.

The dealership is poorly run. The sales rep I dealt with was not a good communicator. Several times I would call for status and either he did not know or would not answer. I should not have to continue to call all the time . I know my credit was not the best but they seemly ran my credit 12 times which dropped it even more . I lost 40 points in one day. I asked the manager why they had run it so many times . She responded with I wanted to get you the best deal. We all know credit drops faster than it comes up. So I declined the lease deal they did get me, it was just too high 488 to 720 per month with more down than the 2k . Was gonna use my present vehcile as a trade and it only took 20 off per month which means they where giving me a small amount over what I owe which was below trade in value.. So I was certainly disheartened. I asked for my deposit back and still have not received it. I contacted the cc company. I wont be doing business with them. I suggest others to not do the same. Thank you for your ear.

I have bought and leased many new cars but my experience at bical was by far my best. In particular the salesman I dealt with Roy was an absolute gentleman and did a fantastic job helping me an my wife. Roy was patient was not pushy and gave me all my options. He helped make my children feel comfortable ( they also now love Roy) I was extremely happy that bical was where I ended up to lease my traverse. I will definitely recommend bical and specifically Roy to any friend I know in search of a car. He will also get a call the minute my wife is up with her Nissan rougue. Friendly staff, but bad service experience.Dropped car off on a Wednesday, was not looked out for 2 full days until Friday am. Kept getting vague answers as to whether or not the vehicle had been evaluated and what the issue was. Essentially ended up just telling them to stop evaluating the vehicle and picking up the vehicle and bringing it to another Chevy service dealership.
Fast service but I feel like I paid a heck of alot of money for a repair/issue that should be fully covered under warranty. First a vehicle to gave 30 thousand miles and encounter Engine throttle control system issues is a sign of poor factory craftsmanship. I have alwaya bought Chevrolet vehicles. My next auto purchase will probably not be a Chevy.
Took too long for car to be inspected and oil change and too many folks packed into waiting room. Put benches outside in fresh air that are comfy.
Were not truthful about delivery times and the reason for the delay, also after waiting for 2.5 months for delivery would not honor the original incentive deal that was agreed upon in a signed contract! Shame on you!

Purchased a CPO Colorado ZR2 from Johan. We did our research, knew what we wanted and knew market value for the vehicle. The truck was immaculate, best CPO example we had seen. No nonsense, no back and forth and the deal was done. No pressure at all. Financing was easy as well. Would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership. My experience is always a good one n its all due to the amazing staffs that works there. Bradley is my number one guy to go to for appointments that always works for me n the mechanics they keep my baby ( my equinox) purring like a kitten. My car just runs so great I love it, n they always tell me what needs to be done n fix whatever it is that need some attention.

I think Mike was very unprofessional person. He don’t know how to talk with people. How he disrespect others who came to work with him! I went there for some work but they took couple of days. I bought car for them 2020 Chevrolet Suburban after 20k miles my car got Engine Light. 7 time I drop my car still car not running good. Horrible experience they still don’t know what is problem. I begging to them but nobody has heart. I think I go to GM motors to return this car. Very bad experience I am very upset spend 60k to bought this car and less than 1 year this car has so many problems. Management is not good. I am disappointed. And I don’t know what I gonna do return this car to bank or GM because nobody help me. Sad

I came in for an emission inspection which should have been routine since I only traveled about 800 miles this year (working from home). was told that I needed 3 new wipers and lower front control arms. this was odd because the wipers had nearly zero use since last being changed ad there was no noises or steering issues related to the arms. The total was over $1100. I ended up leaving Bical with a failed inspection report. The mechanic I used afterwards found no wiper issues and some wear on the bearings but not nearly enough to fail an inspection. I understand the desire to sell service and I would have accepted a recommended service option, however jamming me up by deeming my car unsafe to drive was a new low. I am in the market for a new vehicle but I certainly wont buy from Bical or get service there again.

I went to take my brother car to get an oil change. The appointment was for 1030. Yet It’s going on 1230 and I’m still waiting on this car. An oil change is nothing more than a half hour service. It makes no sense I have to cancel my days plans to stay here and wait for a car. I brought it to the dealership because i thought that it mattered but obviously it doesn’t matter that the customer isn’t warned that this can take hours to complete and that the appointment Is for the dealership to look coordinated and it seems like it doesn’t really matter. I’m definitely not satisfied with the customer service Here and I will not be returning to deal with this nonsense for an OIL CHANGE. The flirtatious man at the front desk said they don’t just have someone to do oil changes specifically but it just doesn’t make sense to get service at A DEALERSHIP when they’re a no special reason why besides warranty. But this waiting for hours isn’t worth it. I won’t be returning to this place
My experience at this dealership was awesome! My sales professional Daryl Birthwright was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I visited several dealerships and he was the only one that gave me a callback to tell me about incentives they were offering. I was torn between a crossover I test drove at this dealership and another one I saw at another dealership. His callback sealed the deal for me because I felt like he was trying to work with me. His manager Anthony went over the numbers with me, gave me the incentives and the price was where I needed it to be. Thanks Bical for making my experience a great one!

Called to purchase an advertised Chevy Tahoe. Sales Manager Bryan gave me the price. I offered to come down and purchase the tahoe cash no questions asked. I was told because I was from out of state they would not sell me the tahoe...... not sure how this is a good business model. They were more worried about their unit credit from the manufacturer. Come on really!? You’ll get it once I register the vehicle!Then I have the GM Diana email me to “Purchase” a vehicle in my own state.... LOL, last I checked, money in Ma is good in NY or did something change!? Very sad when you have a company unwilling to sell you an advertised vehicle at the price listed. Makes you wonder what kind of shady deal you’re actually getting if you do buy a vehicle from them.Ask Bryan the sales manager about supply and demand and how they allow buyers to get into biddings wars instead being a standup dealership and selling it to the first buyer for the listed price!Go elsewhere! Apparently, they don’t like the hard earned American dollar!

I was dealing with Anthony Miller and he was great. Really went above and beyond to get us into a new car. The only downside is that the engine light came on in the new equinox we received and I had to go back the next day and have the sensor serviced. Overall, it was a nice experience.

All the employees were very nice. But. When I asked how long it was going to take, I was told that it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I got there at 7:50am. I did not leave until 10:30am. When I asked at 10am when my car would be finished, they told me just a little bit longer. I got an oil change, an inspection and the tires rotated. If I would have known how long it would take, I wouldnt have waited for it. I was on vacation and my morning was wasted by waiting for my car.
They called me for a recall. I was told repair would take about 15 min. when I asked on the phone, When I dropped off my car I asked how long when it will be done. I was told about 2 hours, that was fine so I planned my day around this information. I waited 4 1/2 hours and called them to find out the reason it was now 2 1/2 hours passed delivery time. I was told the employee went to lunch, my car still wasnt done. Wait an hour and come it should be ready. I did, it was then done but my day was a total waste. VERY INCONSIDERATE, experience I dont wish to repeat.
The experience was great, but I wish they would work on social distancing. The seats were a little to close for my liking and more than 5 people in the waiting area. But overall I was happy with my service.

I dropped the car off Thursday night, got a call Friday night saying my car was still not taken in to be checked, and that it wouldn’t be until after the weekend. Didn’t get offered a loaner or anything. Wasn’t looked at until Tuesday and got it back that afternoon. Break sound problem wasn’t fixed since I didn’t put the breaks their even through 4 mechanics are telling me it’s not the breaks and Chevy is saying it is. Most likely going to be my last Chevy after the lease is done
Location looks alright. But the customer service is not well. They don’t have any sanitizers for customers, absolutely nothing. In this covid era, no sanitizers? Unbelievable.

I brought my car in for an oil change and because it was pulling to the right and my steering wheel was shaking. I was told I needed 2 new tires because the steel inside the tires was bent. When I asked which tires needed replacing, explaining I recently purchased 2 new tires, I was told The ones you didnt replace. I was also told I need to have an alignment.My car was there for 3 days.When I picked it up the car still pulled and the steering wheel still shook. On the receipt it stated that my tires were worn, nothing about bent steel. When I called to tell them that my issues werent fixed I questioned the difference in what I was told vs. what was on the receipt and was told that bent steel and worn tires meant the same thing.I brought it back and my car was there for another 3 days. On the last day, I had to call to ask what was going on- no one kept me informed.On top of all of this, my original quote was nearly $900- they wanted to do unnecessary work and I promptly declined half of the things they tried to push on me. I knocked my bill by about half.I feel that there was an attempt to take advantage of me, at the very least. I do not trust the situation with my tires and suspect them of replacing them to pad the bill and never actually doing the alignment.This is a car I leased through Bi-Cal. I am disappointed that they would do this to someone, let alone someone who got the car from them. My Mother also has a lease from Bi-Cal.We will never bring our cars there to be serviced again.
