Ive always loved auto parts stores ever since I was a teenager fixing my own 1967 Chevelle. Lots of new items always there. New multi color interior lights, mats and everything you need and want.
Went here to exchange a item that was 3.99 The employee went to ask the manager if I can do the exchange I had my receipt and my phone number in the computer I couldnt understand why he was hesitant to do such a simple transaction Then the employee had another worker do the exchange for me the item I was bringing back was a set of screws unopened so I could not believe what a run around I was getting they were being so rude about the whole thing. In the past I have done exchanged in AutoZone they never gave me a attitude about it so I will not do my business in this store I rather go to an auto store that wont give me such a hassle for a very simple transaction that was under 5 bucks.
I shop here for most of my auto parts. They really need to work on the order online pickup at store. When ordering its states ready for pickup in 30 minutes but I have arrived multiple times and the order isnt ready. They pick it when I arrive. I will actually give 3.5 stars but it wont allow me. If they correct this issue I would give them 5 stars
Good price but theres always only one cashier in here. If you go here expect to wait a while on the line.
My battery had a bad cell so I needed a new battery. Advance will install the battery free ($22 value). Emanuel installed an Optima battery very nicely in 30 minutes.
It says on their Ad, why pay 20$ for batt to be installed when we do it for free as long as you buy the batt from them.. NOT ENTIRELY TRUE, they wont do it for you.Response: Thats what I did. I told the cashier I am going to buy a Die Hard batt for my Honda Pilot and please install it for me. The answer was, they can not do it today, come back tomorrow and try agai.
The staff was very nice. He changed my windshield wipers, super quickly, and wouldnt accept a tip.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they’re always under staffed. Lines are too long and they only have one or 2 people at the registers. Takes almost 15 minutes to get out of the store when I’m only buying windshield fluid...When you call in for some information they place you on hold for over 8 minutes. Not the staff’s fault but it definitely falls on management and whoever is in charge of hiring and scheduling.
Its close by my house. They dont have much for my old car. I usually buy oil and transmission fluid there .
Nothing different or unusual about this location. Just as good as rest stores. Its Advanced Auto Parts. Cant be wrong. Oh, theres always enough parking space for everyone.

100% helpful in attending to my needs just some tune up throttle body and intake spray cleaners, castrol high mileage oil for 2003 Camry. And some fuel tank spices. Store clean easy parking
They had what I wanted. Parking. Seems well stocked. Staff friendly. Parking fenced off. Must enter parking from main road. Google directed to non existant rear entrance

They had my windshield blades, and Danny even put them on for me, while it was snowing. Great service.
Theres a young male worker at the location knowledgeable and very helpful dealt with him a few times a co-worker which Ive never seen before wasnt as friendly but it might have been only this day maybe next time his coworker will be much more friendlier I also dealt with two older gentlemen never had a problem they were very good at their job
Worker talked to me about personal information when I did not ask for that in store. Please talk to your workers about how to operate in a store.
The people that work there are rude. Literally stood there for 20 minutes at the register waiting to check out with 1 quart of oil. 3 employees in the store. 2 of them were moving a pallet that was poorly stacked and almost tipped over on another customer and 1 employee was on his cell phone and instead of getting off of his personal call to ring me up, he went and hid in the back. I will never stop in this store even though it is much closer to my house than the other locations...Update to reply from owner.... I find it to be interesting that 4 months ago another customer made pretty much the same review/complaint I did and we both got the same generic answer and nothing has changed at this location. Maybe instead of posting the same generic reply to your customers you should really work on staff training and responsibility when they are working in your store.
The service is very good. I ordered online and picked up within 5 minutes after order the battery. Also, received my discount by using Code. No hassle.

As a shop owner i have been to many advance auto locations, by far this is the worst location. Yes they have parts like other locations but customer service, knowledge and respect is out the door. No greetings, rude, lack of help, under trained, and mismanaged. I only go here if and only no other location as what i need and they do. I rather drive 30 miles to pick up from any other location. Ill try to avoid this location as much as possible. And yes i hardly give low rating but if you been here you will understand why im so fed up with this location. 2 stars for having parts in stock.
Good, clean establishment, great counter service, great prices, above average quality parts for all makes and models, knowledgeable salespeople. Free diagnostics on all major systems, free installation of batteries, wiper blades, light bulbs, etc (upon purchase, of course ). If your looking for good service, decent, competitive prices, and good quality auto parts, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

These people won’t honor curbside pickup. Lady completely refused said they don’t have curb site pickup where as it says all over curb site pickup available. When I placed the order I choose curbside pickup.
They ordered my part, i paid, they told me to come the next day to collect my part.... took off work to collect my paid part, ... they, Danny, told me there was a mistake... there other store dont have the part.... All they can DO is refund my money.... what unprofessional company.. wasted time and money.....
Super miserable experience, ....the worst. Went inn asking for a free battery check. The female clerk named Stacey reacted as if ive asked for a hundred dollars and a place to stay overnight. Aint no free battery testing here. Turned around and went into the back of the store living me talking to the walls.The manager VJ., shrugged his shoulders and went about his business. ..not a word.
I bought a set of 9006 Low-Beam and 9005 High-Beams for a 2003 Accord LX. Stacey and Andrew were EXTREMELY helpful in giving me loaner tools so that I could ultimately get the bulbs in. The bulbs were also very bright, the packaging was crisp, and everything worked. They were courteous for the almost 2 hours it took me to get the new bulbs in, and provided wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc., so I could remove the old bulbs (which were - I believe - original), and put the new bulbs in. I would highly recommend Advance for future basic car needs.

Prices are to high and no one ever helps you thanks for the reply but you see I told you no one helps you in the store you had to tell me you guys do price matching from other stores and online I would had bought it from advance instead of ordering it online employees need to get more involved and help customers for stores like yours can do better I like buying in store instead of online Ill ask about price match next time to see what the employees or Managers say thank for answering

The only good thing about this store is the parking and cheaper prices. Went here and they tried to overcharge me at the register. Scanned the same item 40 times by accident. Almost got me in a daze until another customer whispered that sounds like a lot. Then the associate begrudgingly caught the mistake. Went from $89 to $27 very quickly. Could be just that one associate but I vowed never to shop there willingly
I am not a big fan of the bigger stores like pep boys and AutoZone because you do a lot of walking and you deal with children that work in the stores that do not have the knowledge of what they sell....... But advance Auto parts really knows about everything they sell and they go the extra mile to make sure that you are buying the right part or parts for your vehicle. All the bigger stores only care about is making a sale whether it is right or wrong.......and nine times out of 10 you are driving back to return the wrong item that they sold you. TRUST ME FOLKS, if you love your car as much as I do then you should to give advance Auto parts a try and I assure you wont regret it.

This is the best store to purchase items for your car. The representatives really know their stuff, especially Kendall. Anything that I needed to know, he directed me well to get them and he even help me find out if my battery was good or not. I feel secure in purchasing items and learning more about my car now.

The WORST!!! I took my battery for a charge. I asked the guy if I can have a 4 hour charge. He said yes, but if someone else comes in far a charge I will take yours off. I asked if he would put mine back on. He said no. Wow! I would think if a battery is on charge the next has to wait till that is finished. That being said I took my battery to someone else. They said it was never charged. Never going back there

A great location. The management staff holds the location to the highest of standards and it is always a pleasant experience. The parking lot is quite big so there is usually parking available, though sometimes due to the lot being shared, it can take a minute or two to find a spot. Inside the store is very organized and clean, way cleaner than other Advance locations. The staff is knowledgable and helpful and try to help in any way they can. Highly reccomend this location over any other.
Ive been buying auto parts for over 40 years and have never seen such horrible customer service as Ive seen at this store. Upper management needs to clean house and hire people who actually care about customers.Employees seem to move in slow motion and spend more time in the back than at the counter helping customers.
Good place. Friendly staff. I could not find parts that bfit my car model. One of the guys helped me. It took a while but he did it. I appreciate it very much. He even came out to the car and helped me to install it. All free of charge. Thank you for great experience. Highly recommended. A+++++.
I started going to this store, Not out of convenience but because It was always quick and easy with friendly Staff, whenever I walked in the door. I have been to plenty of auto parts stores Throughout my many years Professional and non professional Automotive career and leisure.
My opinion, strictly out of necessity shop here. Once needed a tail light changed ASAP so I asked the salesperson if he can assist. I would tip him of course. After he pulled some wires out of the tail light housing and realized thats not how the bulb is changed, he casually told me hes not sure how to change it and walked away. Another time a girl at the counter got upset at me because I wanted to purchase wipers. Think she was having a bad day. Only positive is that the store is clean.
Danny Bennington and Roger I believe these fine gentleman were. By far and away my WORST experience at this location and believe me almost every visit is terrible. This warranted the review. Came in for a simple epoxy, was lot greeted and thats on because I know what I want and where it is. Picked up my product and proceeded to the register.... Except no one is at a register. Fine, I stand in front of a register that looks like its in use. First associate I believe was named Bennington proceeds to look something up for his customer, no eye contact no greeting no checking out? Ill call someone for you Fine, I most aside and patiently wait. Roger comes out and opens up his register and takes the first person that walks through the door. This guy needs a specific part so now Roger is preoccupied helping someone who just walked in. This irritates me, still I patiently wait. Danny opens up a third register and calls for next someone emerges from the aisle and yet again someone is helped before me. At this point I am furious, Roger finishes with his customer and takes ANOTHER customer! Here I am again waiting in line while 3 people are helped in front of me. Ignored ungreeted and unimportant are the clientele of this location. Note to the GM: Hire people that actually take pride in their work and not people that simply breathe. Id rather drive 15 minutes out of my way in the next town over than ever step foot again in this location.

No point in ordering online because you still have to wait on the same line as if you walk in and pick the item out for purchase. There is a section that says pickup but the lady in store makes you stand on the regular line.
