Josh is a one-in-a-thousand mechanic. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, and an excellent communicator.He fit in a last-minute, at-a-distance pre-purchase inspection for me, stayed in constant contact through the entire process, and even answered some additional questions I had the next day.His knowledge of the industry is beyond the norm--and he is patient, friendly, and clear in communicating it.The term honest mechanic is almost an oxymoron anymore--but Josh is one of the few I would trust with my vehicle.

Josh is the most professional and helpful mechanic Ive ever done business with. I originally got service done here for my brakes and a fluid flush. Not only was the pricing incredibly fair and reasonable but also very detailed and well performed! Also, I needed a new invoice for work previously performed and Josh went out of his way to make sure I received the documents I needed. I would definitely recommend Everything Auto NY!!!

I went there for a pre purchase inspection. Josh was upfront about the cost and walked me through exactly what the PPI would entail. And the actual inspection was thorough.

Everything Auto NY is reasonably priced and did an awesome. Josh was thorough with his explanation proving he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Josh was very organized, precise, and friendly. He did a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW I was interested in purchasing for my mom; josh thoroughly checked over the car making me feel comfortable to make the purchase. I also had electrical work and brakes done on my Mercedes at later time. I felt involved and informed every step of the way. I trust this place completely and will never take my car anywhere else!

Everywhere else wanted double the price for half the work. They got me in the same day, did my brakes, calipers, rotors and an assembly kit!

Please go somewhere else! I dealt with Josh who gave me a quote on fixing something on my car, charged my twice as much, insisted on me paying cash, and didnt fix a single thing...then they refuse to have another look at the car or give me my money back. Now they dont return my calls and refuse to help me. This place is a scam. Dishonest, crooks, and they dont care about you once you pay them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Everything Auto is the worst repair shop I have ever been to.My experience was horrific, i took my car to get it fixed, I was given a specific price.They called me 1 day later told me the car is fixed and ready for pickup.When I got there Josh charged me twice the price I was orginally given. He Told me to pay them in cash, Josh never gave me a receipt up until this present day, in my opinion this appears to be some form of tax evasion.I also found it to be very shady.I left with the car and went to work.Then I discovered the problem was still there.They never fixed it, i spoke with Josh and told him the probmem is still not fixed, i told him they need to fix it or refund my money, I was then told by Josh i am not getting back my money which I paid to them in cash, and they are not fixing anything because i will be charged again.This company is a total RIP off, they are very dishonest, and I was totally scammed.I will be taking this matter further, so that this horrible experience doesnt happen to anyone else. Therefore I will be contacting thedepartment of State, And consumer affairs and the better business bureau.I will also contact the IRS on this transaction, because I paid Josh in cash.And he refused to give me a receipt.

This is my second time of using Everything Auto service, and they have cleared all my doubts about delivering a quality service. They have maintained the same quality of service which I enjoyed the first day as I was thinking I was treated that way because that was my first time. The owner, Josh and the staff are very professional in working on my car. They are always willing to answer my questions in a honest and professional manner. This guys are super great with their service as they reliable, dependable, efficient, friendly…. I can go on complimenting them as I am impressed with their service and atmosphere that is created in their shop. I had to use this guys after my former mechanic have failed to detect an issue with my car which has cost me some money and time. They detected the issue and it was fixed with a short turnaround time and since then, my baby has been working super-fine and I come for servicing regularly which they are more than willing to do without doing random repairs to make money. The team hear is homey and their charges are very affordable

Writing reviews is not really my thing, but I have to write this one because I was blown away by the amazing speed, quality of service, and professional manner with which Josh fixed my car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I got my performance big brake kit installed at an affordable quote, with no unnecessary sales, which is common among other mechanics. I also got my fluids changed at a later time within 45 minutes. I could not believe the speed and quality of work that comes out of Everything Auto. I will highly recommend this auto shop to everyone I know.

I do use a lot my car due to the nature of my job, you know shipping and delivery. And this time I had some serious brake problems and I called the shop and these guys took care of me right way . They gave me an estimation and finish the job in no time. Been in other places and not only I paid a lot for small stuff but also I had to wait the next day in order to get my car. In this shop everything was quick and really professional. So I had to get back on the road again and taking care of my business

Great auto service. My new used car that I bought was given me some issues and I brought it to Everything Auto for inspection and the shop owner quickly identified the problem which was the axle that will need replacement. They ordered a new axle and in two days my car was ready. Josh is very detailed and I am glad I brought my car hear. I have made this place the auto shop for my repairs. Thanks Josh.

I called the shop the day before taking my car in and they gave me an estimated cost of the custom parts installation. The job was done with care and at a reasonable price. They can install a variety of aftermarket customized parts. If they cannot do the job, theyd rather let you know and not take chance.

Great work and honest mechanic. Did an oil change and changed spark plugs in 30 min flat. Car runs smoother past 60 mph now and gas mileage has visibly improved. When I buy my used car I’ll spend my money with this shop.

Best car shop I’ve been at so far and I’ve been in many places that will waste your time and money. Never happened at everything auto. Josh is very professional honest and reasonable, you also have the option to buy your own parts and there’s an advanced auto parts across the street. Best experience I had, feels like family. The very first auto shop that I visited when my Ford truck developed transmission fault for the very first time did a very poor job as the fault came back again after like 3 days. I called back and I was told to bring it back for them to fix it again. At the end, I spent more cash and the problem did not go. I had to search for an auto shop online where I stumbled upon Everything Auto When I called, the lady behind the phone was so willing to help and listen to my complains. When, I brought my truck, the owner Josh was very professional in attending to me and within a short time my transmission problem was fixed at a price far less than what I have spent at the old place. He was very good untill he started working.As soon as he came to know that I am getting parts from outside not from his. His attitude completely changed. He gaved me higher price for labour and because my car was lifted up. I was left with no choice.I did not found him to be reasonbly priced.

Josh was a great help.I recently went to another mechanic to have a tune up and fix a noise coming from the front but the car was still giving me problems. Then I went to Josh and found out the mechanic never changed my oil or even did the tune up.He also figured out my front struts needed to be changed which is where the noise was coming from.He is a very honest mechanic and gives reasonable pricing.He took the time to show me all the problems I had and not just tell me I needed random parts.

I had an elctrical problem on my 2018 benz and I had taken my car to my usual car shop and after 2 days they could not find out what was wrong. And then a friend of my mine gave the phfone number of this shop. It took Josh and his guys just 1 day to find out the short electrical problem and on top of that they save a lot of money, that I would probably have spent on other places . Thanks guys.

Aweful customer seevice. These people are crooks. Just to give an estimate they charged $100, then he said it would be $25/day for storage if I didnt choose him to fix it. Then after I was making arrangements to have towed somewhere else he decided to chsngr the rate to $50/day. Ehen the tow truck driver got there he wouldnt allow him to pay the fee and pick up the car after I already made arrangements and informed Josh that i had a tow truck on theway. I had to call him, he said he didnt know what I was talking about so I put him on three way with three this truck driver and then he said he would allow him to pick up the vehicle. Never go here!

Got a catback exhaust for an Acura RSX installed here for a very reasonable price. Staff was extremely nice and easy to talk to, making it a very pleasant experience. Josh did the job professionally without any hesitation. Definitely recommend anybody to come here instead of a big shop/chain to support an awesome small business.
