Forgot how nice this personalize store is. I found a perfect gift and was able to personalize it. The sales associate was very pleasant as well. And my item was ready on time as scheduled.

Went there bc i was in the area visiting family. I have had a great experience previously w things remembered however this staff was rude and very dismissive. I needed a gift for my nieces graduation. Will definitely look elsewhere.

This place has absolutely terrible service. They make you wait and hour and a half for a customized plate then when you show up to collect it, they tell you were sorry but we dont have the plate in stock. They never check and take all of your contact information and never once contacted me. Even worse after they show me other customized plates they print someone elses message on it, then come back acting confused saying this wasnt the original plate in my order and they shouldnt be faulted for the mistake.

They have great gifts but get the engraving done at the store. I ordered online and they misspelled the name so I had to go to the store anyway, have it corrected and wait for it to arrive by mail. The name is correct now but the engraving is slightly tilted. 🙁

Ive had multiple presents personalized by this place. I absolutely love the end results. Would definitely recommend it, if you would like a special gift engraved with a special message for a special someone.
