Went here yesterday to get my oil changed for the first time. Mind you I’ve been here before for other services and had no issues, they were very reasonable with price and very nice, so I decided to try them for an oil changed. Well first off they didn’t have any of the oil I always use in my car in stock, so I went with what they did have for my car in stock and then they want to charge $50 for an oil change?? And they never told me how much it was gonna be before hand and I didn’t ask because I never once thought it would be that much! RIDICULOUS! Definitely will NEVER come back, I will go somewhere else for much cheaper and who will have my oil in stock.

Mark was great. Asked a few questions. Prompt in getting me in and done. Sometimes dealers can nickel and dime you. Mark didnt.

For what you guys charge it’s disappointing that you put down declined for vacuuming and window cleaning. then say you replaced a window sticker when there’s NO sticker in my car. My car NEEDED to be vacuumed and window done. Then you can’t even change a busted wiper blade for me But feel the need to emphasize me going to the store and bringing it back. I’m not a damsel in distress

I’m moderately upset. When I went to the Valpo Jiffy Lube last week, the tech told me I’d been getting the wrong oil put in my SUV. The prior oil changes were at the same store, so I’m not sure how this mistake was made. When I asked the tech how the error would affect my vehicle he said something like, “We’ll, it’s still running so that’s good”. I think I’m done with Jiffy Lube. For a $130 oil change, I’d think the techs would be able to read their computer screen.

I appreciate what you guys do. I was a Mechanic for several years and do a lot of my own repairs. I noticed you seem short handed and the one gentleman said they hire but cannot keep people? I was a Supervisor at a Major Steel Company and I am sure its your pay scale is to low. Most guys if they have a family they are not going to survive on less then $18.00 per hour. By the time taxes comes out is it really worth it. Needs to be more incentives to be able to retain employees. Give them a reason to want to stay. They need to feel they are part of the company. Need company sponsored get aways for the employees & their families. I hope your business thrives and I will return.Don Cobb

I have been here several times, and the service is good. I got in quickly and out quickly, and maybe just an off day, but they forgot to put a sticker on for the next oil change and they did not fill up one of my windshield washer tanks.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 7 years now and Leticia and her crew have always provided me professional service. I tell all my friends to go there. They’re the Best!

These guys are phenomenal!! They installed my rims and tires AND (most importantly) the helped fixed my brakes! I was so happy with their service and undivided attention that I tipped $20. The manager Letica had a positively radiant attitude and Charles was an amazing hard worker! Cameron was also very helpful. I highly recommend these guys if you want to leave happier than when you arrived. They made my whole month and solved issues that i didnt even know were there. Above and beyond, I WILL BE BACK!

I went here and they did a fine job on the oil change but after telling them my name multiple times and spelling it and my address out for them in the form I filled out for them they still got it wrong, not just the spelling either. The day after i bought my car and took it here for an oil change and purchased over $700 in tires. After i got home to check them out, i noticed my rims scratched to hell. All 4 of them! Scratched up. I called and got the voicemail, left a message and still no one has returned my call. The price for new tires shouldnt of included ruin tire rims. I wouldnt go here, they are careless

I came at noon and didn’t have time to wait. I came back approximately 5:30 where i witnessed an employee shake his head and throw a chair on the ground. I guess he was upset that another customer was driving up. He was taking his break and was hoping for no more work. I had my oil changed and did express this to the young man that greeted us inside. By the way, the same person that was upset didn’t know how to check if my battery was good or not. He told it was good and the car left me stranded. This was a separate incident. Very displeased. I don’t trust this location any longer. This is my third time at this location and the last two times were awful. The first visit I had too notch service by a female manager.

I love using this location in Valparaiso because they check everything.I had a Lincoln MKS before and the techs informed me of a couple issues, and I brought the vehicle in for repair the next week. Would not have known of the issues if they had not gone the extra mile.

I didnt drive much during the pandemic, but I figured bring it anyways. They guys checked my oil, and it was clean. Saved me the money, said drive 4,000 miles and come back. Thanks fellas!

Needs some attention. Main overhead door was not operational. Didnt have necessary tools on hand to do their job. Technicians did the best they could with what they had to work with. It seems like owners/management need to step things up.

Could have done without the awkward cussing about how difficult my oil change was... very awkward. Felt I should apologize by the time they were done 🤔. At the end the really frustrated man was kind but yikes I felt so uncomfortable sitting up in my car on the lift 😬 The quality of the work was good though

Would have gave a 5 star if I wouldnt have been charged full price for an oil change when I brought my own oil & filter. I thought that was a little bit of a rip off but otherwise everything was good.

I love this Jiffy Lube! Theyve always steered me in the right direction and always charged me less than other places for services. I feel they are always honest and up-front with me about what needs to be done to my car, whats immediate and what can wait a while. I just went in today for an oil change and I was coming straight from a doctor appt so I had been out all morning. I decided to stop and grab a slice of pizza on my way in so I had a small pizza box in my car when I got there. I left it on the passenger floorboard and I just now realized that they threw it away for me! I thought that was so nice. They always go above and beyond.

I was in desperate need of a transmission flush, the crew was patient with me as after the flush my vehicle had a couple other issues. $80 for an oil change is laughable. There was nothing special about it. If you’re reading thus, go somewhere else. Trust meI’m sorry, my apologies, after reading I was charged $96 for an OIL CHANGE.This place is a scam.... it’s honestly quite hilarious. They’re a joke. Go to reeders in portage.

Went in last min 30 mins before closing because I was leaking oil from my oil filter and I just wanted them to confirm things. They replaced my oil filter and topped my car off with replacement oil no charge. Customer service was great, nice friendly people. Will always recommend! Thank you!

Phenomenal service when I had several issues with my sisters car, who had just passed away, and I was hearing lots of weird sounds. The whole staff worked hard to put spare on until I could safely get car back tomorrow. Nick even got me the coupons and whole team worked together. Plus they changed the oil! I highly recommend them!

Leticia made it easy for me to get my oil changed. I showed up and a said hey, I need my oil changed! And sure as the grass is green on a warm sunny summer day, my oil got changed in a prompt and respectful like manner! She even told me i was welcomed back any time! Thats hospitality at its finest! I felt like a kid in front of a warm fire place waiting for Santa to bring me my gifts! But it wasnt Santa, it wasnt gifts, it was an oil change done right the first time by a swell person named Leticia!

Had a very bad experience at a Jiffy Lube in Indy. This Jiffy Lube changed my opinion drastically. Great service and wonderful employees! Explained what everything was and what it does in my car without being condescending. This Jiffy Lube is the only place I go for anything, bar the dealer in emergencies.

I would rather rate 0 stars. I went for an oil change and was told I had an oil leak. Suprised by that, my car is fairly new with low mileage and have never been told of a leak during any pervious oil changes. Literally, within days a puddle of oil under my car (this has never been a thing) and 2 quarts low. I had to rent a car to get mine to a full service shop to find out that I did not have a leak at all! The filter had not been seated properly and had oil spewing out of it. My filter is a top mount and this caused oil to be all over my engine and pooled into the bottom protective pan under my vechile soaking the felt insulation. I will not return to the Valparaiso location. Ill take my business to the Michigan City location, they have never let me down.

Quit going there since they won’t vacuum your vehicle or check tire pressure. Plus their prices are high. They want to sell you extras instead of doing what they’re getting paid to do. Lost me as a customer an I’ve been going there for years.
