Had a tension spring break and our door would no longer go up. Tom and Glen came out the next day to install new springs. Within 40 minutes it was working again. Tom had greased all required parts, and leveled the door. The door works great now and is quieter when opening (which is nice because we have a bedroom above the garage). Tom gave me brief maintenance tips on other door parts for longer life. Great crew. Good attitudes.

Called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. From the person I spoke with on the phone to the team that repaired my door, everyone was pleasant and professional! Recently, Ive called other businesses from mechanics to electricians and cant even get someone to return my call, so to have such quick and friendly service felt like winning the lottery! I cant comment on price because I have nothing to compare it to but I certainly felt like it was reasonable and fair. Would absolutely recommend and use again!

Rudest contractor I’ve EVER dealt with!! And this was the owner!! They’ve done work on existing door (adjustments & springs), no problem. This time...new attitude. “I’ve been in business for 47 years, blah blah locations”, not interested, no money in it for me”. We have 6 overhead doors at our facility, all need adjusting or springs from time to time...maybe even replacing. I’d do them myself before calling this rude arrogant guy again.Lame response too! Try our company name, why would business work be under personal name? Got quote from Overhead Door (couldn’t be more professional) to replace two 12 x 12 doors/2 HD openers/and install customer provided opener. Yet this guy says “no money in it for him”.

I called them at 10:40am and they were here at 11:45am the same day to replace broken spring. Done in less than an hour. I called a competitor, and left a voicemail at the 10:40am as well.
