It is so refreshing to work with suppliers/vendors who are professional - and nice. The guys here were in and out in less than an hour and did a superb job with our shower door. Its so beautiful, I dont even want to use it. Gorgeous. These days, it is rare to call a company, have them actually answer the phone (rather than go to voicemail) and then schedule an appointment. Work done beautifully.

Larry Miller Door & Glass is amazing for all things windows, showers, and doors. The showers in particular are extremely well done. Paula and Larry do a great job making sure you get exactly what you want, and make sure it gets done timely. Windows and screens are a quick repair - we had a cracked window in a really old painted frame that required a lot of cleaning up, and Jacob (one of their employees) replaced it and made the unit look brand new. He also helped repair our sliding screen door that hadnt been working for years!

We are doing a bathroom renovation and needed a special cut of glass. To say they did a good job wouldn’t being doing it justice.The glass was perfect and fit into a uchannel down to a 1/16 of an inch. Customer service was phenomenal. Paula went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what we need! Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

We had to replace a very old window and screen. Larry Miller was the best price and time frame from 3 local businesses. Their technician was incredibly nice and very clear about the whole process. We would highly recommend them and should we need something like this again they will be our first and only call!

Ive had Larry Miller do several glass jobs at our home over the years from basic glass inserts in our kitchen cabinets to building a custom All Glass curio cabinet and just recently glass shower sliding door. Very responsive reasonably priced and very high quality, thank you to the hole crew.

In my 40+ years in the trades, I have never dealt with a more incompetent, rude, ignorant and unfair company as this one. You will find that the woman running this place has never been wrong a day in her life. According to her, I placed the same order wrong, twice. What should have been a 1 week transaction took 4 weeks.Plus I never received exactly what I ordered and paid way to much for it. In conclusion, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!If there was a zero star rating I would choose that.I called this company since they were the closest to my location. I like to shop local and support our smaller businesses. The lady was nice but very firm on the phone when I requested a quote for a door. They sent a guy out about 20 minutes later without notice to get details for my quote. They would not give me any written documentation only over the phone and in a basic email. I never had a chance to approve their quote and they automatically ordered my door and was ready for installation 3 days later. I needed this door and I was pretty impressed with their time frame and how quickly they responded to my call, so I let them continue. They completed installation and was ready for my inspection, I slightly pushed on the door when it was in the locked position it was not secure! They could not get it to become secure after 2 hours and they proceeded to tell me I never stated I needed a secure door. They said I only asked for a steel door for a commercial building to keep the weather out, I never thought I would have to ask for a door to lock and be secure when ordering.I EXPECTED IT TO BE A SECURE STEEL DOOR!The same guy that come to quote the door was the guy installing the new door. He turned out to become very rude to me, to his co-worker and insulted me while speaking to my employees by asking my weight. He should have never been near my employees in their work areas. He called the owner and spoke with him over the phone he once again insulted me in the same manner. The owner spoke with me he said he had surgery and was not able to come out until the next week and assured me he would take care of everything. When he came in I show him the details I was not happy with which was over tightened bolts that bent the side of my door, a stripped door frame, a mis drilled hole with stratches and scuff marks on the new door. I asked the owner if they always install doors that look like this? he said YES! He had absolutely no morals for himself, his company or the work they produce. When I received the bill the disclaimer at the bottom ended with a threat. Balances over 30 days gain interest of 1.5% per month. If litigation is necessary, interest and reasonable attorney fees will be due with original balance. This is due to the TERRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP AND THEIR POOR QUALITY!
