One of my garage door springs broke recently. I called at 11:30 to schedule an appointment to have new springs installed. They happened to have same day availability. Aaron (technician) arrived around 1:15 and had my door up and running by 1:50! The service was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I contacted Overhead door late in the evening on a Friday regarding a broken torsion spring on my garage door. They responded back early Saturday morning and scheduled a technician to be at my home on Monday afternoon.Juan (My Technician) showed up to my home 10 minutes early and quickly assessed the situation at hand. The service was excellent. Chris B. called 45 minutes prior to arrival and we let him know we may not be home for an hour and he accommodated us. We were very thankful as our garage door was not closing all the way. He had the door working properly in 20 minutes!

Called Overhead on Wednesday, they came out that Same afternoon. Quickly replaced all of my pulleys. Mike determined that my garage door opener had a blown motor. I found this company on Google. Im so glad I did. They will be my go to garage door repair place. They came out the same day. They also came earlier than expected. The repair took only 20 minutes. The guy even used the replacement part that I had to save me money. I only had to pay for the service call. Five Stars all the way.

There was a large lack of communication on their side in relaying what the scope of the job would be and that they would not be able to perform. It took me calling them four times and then sending a complaint message to the main office to get an answer.

Just had both springs replaced. Technician (Mike) was efficient and professional. He came out at at a time that fit my schedule. It only took 40 minutes, The work is backed by a one year warranty. Based on my personal research, the price is right where it should be - $250 to replace both springs..

Tech Nick C did an outstanding job...he explained the issues with the garage door and explained my options...he replaced a broken spring...added a second spring and reworked the door cables...he completed his work in about an hour and a half...professional and very courteous...we are very pleased with Overhead Door Company and loyal clients...though not to often...cost was reasonable and response immediate

I had a spring break on my garage door. I called Overhead Door Company first thing Monday morning. He said a repair man would be out in the afternoon. I asked him if he could give my cell phone a call before he came to make sure someone would be home. He called me at 12:30 to say he would be there in 30 minutes and got more accurate directions from me. He not only fixed my spring but saw that the light for the garage door opener didnt work. I took the bulb out because it never shut off. He told my wife he would take a quick look at it for her and in 5 minutes it worked again. 3 years I did without that light.Overhead went above and beyond what they had to do and its the little things that count. I highly recommend them to anyone.
