We love our new windows! Rich was our salesman and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured and he was so helpful in guiding us through the process. Our installer was Kenny. He did a fantastic job. Everything was trimmed inside and out and he even removed all the debris. We are very satisfied with Home Pro and would recommend them!

Positive experience with a local, family owned business! My salesman is Mike Pate. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells & was a pleasure to do business with! We had 7 windows & a sliding glass door replaced & professionally installed. The result was incredible! We are very happy with our upgrades! The windows are crystal clear and open with ease! Our installers were courteous & did an outstanding job! We are now scheduling with Home Pro to replace our remaining 6 windows. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of replacing their windows!

Home Pro just replaced every window in our log home from the 1950s and we couldnt have been more pleased with every step of the experience. They were very patient while we made the tough decision of choosing between wood (to maintain the original aesthetic of the home) or vinyl. In the end we chose vinyl because of the cost savings, energy efficiency and warranty and we are THRILLED with the outcome. The windows are high quality, look beautiful in our home and weve already noticed an enormous difference in temperature. Everyone involved was friendly, professional and exceeded our expectations. Were putting on an addition in the fall and will absolutely use Home Pro again.

This company steals peoples money and doesnt pay their bills. Dont do business with them.They owe me $4000 as a sub contractor and they stiffed me on the payment at the holidays. They had me do the work knowing they didnt have the money to pay me, then left me holding the bag.They no longer answers calls, messages, or show up to the store location. If you have given them money and the work has not been performed, file your lawsuits now.

I decided to replace several windows between my 3-season porch and my living room. Home Pros contractor arrived a little before 9 am, replaced my windows, weatherproofed several other windows, and was done before noon. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely neat - no messes left behind. As an added bonus, the salesman, Ron, stopped by to make sure I was very happy with the results. I love my new windows! Great product! Great job! Thanks everyone....

I am not a satisfied customer. I asked for a quote for two jobs, window replacements and a bathtub liner installation. I specified that I wanted two separate quotes because I may, or may not, do both jobs. When the salesman came back with the final quote he started shuffling numbers around because he gave me a deal for doing both jobs, but because I was only doing the bath insert the numbers were not solid anymore. I told him I would contact another company then because I asked for solid numbers. He relented. Then I found out he didnt add to the quote the shelves that we discussed. He asked for a couple hundred more dollars. I again offered to go to another company until he cut that cost in half. I gave them my deposit check. After almost three weeks, I had to call the company and ask them to cash my check. The lady that handles finances told me that she had gotten lazy and just didnt do the deposits yet....geeesh....really??? On the day of the installation, the team was an hour late getting to my house. I asked how long they would be at the house because I needed to schedule some evening activities. I was told they would be done by 3 p.m. After working one hour the workers took a lunch break. I must say that the work crew was very polite and cleaned up the site nicely. The gentlemen didnt finish the job until almost 5 p.m. I want to say again, the team that did the actual work were very professional. The problem continued though, when after waiting 24 hours for the caulking to set, I went to turn the water on in the tub and they had put the faucet back together wrong preventing the faucet from turning and thus not releasing water. Why didnt they simply check the work before they left??? Needless to say I am going with a different company for the window replacements.

I had BathPro replace an old tub and surround with a walk-in shower, in an older home with a window in the shower area. They were professional and cheerful with an excellent eye for detail. It turned out there was an unexpected cast-iron tub underneath and they accidentally cracked my sink removing it, but they told me immediately and assured me they would replace it and they did. The result looks wonderful.

Absolutely in love with with the job Home Pros completed for us. They turned our sad and dismal screened in porch into a beautiful, bright and inviting sunroom that every loves. They installed 12 giant windows, two skylights and two stunning french doors in less than a week, in a house where nothing is straight or even. The installers worked on scheduled, swiftly, constantly and were incredibly professional. They worked quietly for such a big job and the clean up was spotless. Our salesman Mike, returned our initial phone call in record time and had scheduled our first appointment with ease. He was very personal and straight forward about meeting our needs and made us feel comfortable from the start. From the sales staff, project managers, down to the installers, we have enjoyed working with each of them. We will continue working with Home Pros for a variety of projects in the near future and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional and quality craftsmanship.

I just had my shower replaced by Bath Pro. I could not be happier with the results. Every time I walk into my new bathroom I am amazed by what a difference this update had made. Everyone at Bath Pro are true professionals. The installers did a wonderful job and kept my house clean and made sure the bathroom was clean as well before they left. I would highly recommend this company .

I had an amazing salesman named Bill, he was very friendly, not pushy, and explained thoroughly about their product. Before I called Home Pro and Bath Pro of Valparaiso my house was cold and drafty. I had them install windows throughout my house. After the installment, I noticed my house was much warmer and not drafty at all, I also noticed my heating bills decreased. I recommend Home Pro and Bath Pro of Valparaiso to everyone. I was very satisfied with their excellent service.

Home Pro just (6-18-16) replaced all 38 windows, installed a new patio door, and re-sided our home. Everyone at Home Pro in Valparaiso, Indiana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, from Bill in Sales, to Ron, John, Jessey and Jeff the siding guys, Kenny and the windows team, the electrician and the tile guy. .We were told the job would take 3 weeks and it took 3 weeks. Ron and John kept popping by to check on the work. If we had any questions they were there for us.Jessie and his brother are perfectionists when it comes to siding. Jessie really takes his work seriously and wanted the house to look perfect for us. Example, we had a lot of TV cables, some we used and some we didnt. Jessie went the extra mile to remove those that we did not use and hide what was left under the bottom of the siding. Jessie also let us know about tin on top of the fireplace chimney that was quote old and suggested we replace it, so we did and were glad he told us about this.In order to do the siding we had to remove part of our deck railing that had electric in it so Ron had his electrician stop by and do that. Ron also didnt like the way one of our electrical outlets looked that would be attached to the new siding, so he offered to replace it for us.Kinney and his window crew were fantastic and perfectionists as well. The man who redid some of our tile in the large bath did a wonderful job as well.Every single person we dealt with at Home Pros went the extra mile for us and if there was a higher rating than 5 stars they would get the highest rating possible.You absolutely cannot go wrong using Home Pro in Valpo.

Our Home Pro and Bath Pro experience has been absolutely wonderful. We had several windows replaced as well as a bath tub replacement. From the sales experience through installation and even the follow-up, everyone has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. When the time comes, we will be back for future our window purchases.

Product not as shown. Cheap and not worth half the price of the job. No permits for the plumbing work done. Installers very polite and professional. Would highly recommend shopping around.

We offer the highest quality products with Professional installation. From the owner down to our last employee everyone takes great pride in the work we preform.

Excellent professional workmanship. Home Pro of Valparaiso Inc installed vinyl siding and replaced our soffits and gutters. The sales person kept us informed before the installation and the workmen kept us fully informed during the work completed early June 2016. We are very pleased with the quality of Mastic siding and the colors as well.

We had a man door installed to our garage and everyone we interacted with from Home Pro, from the guy who does the estimate to the installers, was very professional and friendly! And the door looks and works great! Very pleased with Home Pros service.

Bath Pro put in a shower surrond. They did all the plumbing. This was 4 years ago. It was seamless from the salesman to the workers completing the job. We recently had a problem with a leak. Ron came out the same day we placed a phone call. He sent out a plumber. It was a tricky leak but Bath Pro stuck with us until it was found. It is now repaired. We would definitely use this company again. The pride in work is obvious. Any company that backs their work 4 years later is really something!

This is my employer, but even if they werent, I would recommend them because I have seen their work and I have talked to many past customers that rave about their work and how happy they are! Thank you for the opportunity, Home Pro. :D

They installed the wrong windows and doors. They said they would replace them with the ones we were supposed to get but they keep ducking our calls. The doors that were installed have gaps all around them which makes them less energy efficient than the old doors they were replacing. They also damaged the light next to the door outside during the door installation. On top of the poor quality and sub par installation, we were told we would have to pay more money to get the doors we wanted in the first place even though it was their mistake on the ordering form. They say that if a window were to break all we would need to do would be to call them, but we’ve been doing that for 2 months now and no one answers the phones!

They did a great job remodeling my bathroom. It looks amazing and everyone was very friendly and professional.

We have contracted with them 3 times already (2 baths, house exterior), and are working with them again for a new kitchen. They do excellent work and Steve is a great listener with timely suggestions.

I paid for triple pane, they thought they could get away with double pane, knocked down plants in my house, windows are so cheap most dont lock, have a stick to keep them closed. Broke panels off of my brand new blinds, dirty hand prints on newly painted walls. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THESE LOSERS!!!!

Bath PRO, I think not! We called them for a quote on two bath room remodels. As I started to explain what I wanted done the rep looked at me with confusion! (I was explaining I wanted to rip out the linoleum and secure the squeaky subfloor then put in Durock and tile) we proceeded to talk and he asked vary few questions. Finally after telling him we wanted a jetted tub and tiled wall, he blatantly siad Im not your guy! They dont do tile work, just acrylic surrounds.I appreciate his honesty up front but how does a company specialize in bathroom remodels and dont touch tile work?

My mother-in-law lives in Chesterton and asked me to help here with a home renovation.Having some experience in having my own projects done, I told her to get three bids on each of the projects that were being undertaken, windows being one of them.She started with Home Depot. From there one other local firm and than Home Pro of Valparaiso, which I found by doing some research on the internet.I reviewed the bids to see what quality products were being offered and what was included in bid. Home Depots bid was much too high and didnt included front picture windows as the estimator acted like theyd be more by themselves than the bid for the other 9 windows.The other local firms product simply didnt offer the insulation and reflectiveness that Home Pros did.Mike Peat was the salesperson who we met with. Hes a professional who knows not only his product, but those of his competitors.The presentation is important as living in the snow belt means you learn real fast what nasty winters bring with them in terms of foul winter weather.Mike showed how Home Pros windows are built and answered questions about my concerns about insulation. He showed how heat gets thrown back before entering the house, which is important in terms of low heating and air conditioning costs.We elected to go with them based on product and price. Price was important, but not as important as product given this will likely the only window replacement my mother-in-law will be going through.The installed showed up on time, worked non-stop and did a fabulous job. Youd think the windows had been there forever.We already feel the difference. Sunlight is not heating up the living room which has two large picture windows, which is making a huge difference already.Simply a great experience. Good from beginning to installation.

The start to finish shower remodeling was timely and professionally completed. Very costly for the product/install.

Great install of new tub and surround. Minor difficulty with getting the right drain but they corrected igt as soon a I told them of the issue.

Horrible experience. The samples they give are not what you get. And over charge way too much.
