Chad and Caleb were awesome customer service reps. We came in with several things that we needed and they helped us with all of it. Never got frustrated or acted like we were a burden. Super professional but also kind and caring. Very knowledgeable and great at putting things into words we can understand. We have been looking for a home store so that we always have the best service with people we know. Not looking anymore. We found it. And Chad and Caleb will be our go to guys. Thanks guys!!

Charlotte was amazing and was the best! She was attentive and patient.I made the above review a couple of weeks ago but now have to update it for the horrible experience that I have had with ATT. After I bought 4 phones and service we discussed my bill being max 300. When I received my bill it was 600. I was aware of the activation fees but none of my discounts that I was given were applied. I called Loyalty they told me to go back to the store and also that a manager would call and they never did. I went back to the store and they told me to go to the store in fort smith because they were a 3rd party and could not help me. I am at the store in fort smith and they said that the store in van Buren should be able to help me. I am currently at the store in fort smith where I have been waiting for almost 3 hours and still am 6th in line to be helped. But they said they still can’t help me. I have had ATT business internet for over 2 years and am being treated this way. I never write reviews but I am at a lost of what to do. Everything was fine when I wanted to get the phones but now no one can help me. I want to keep ATT but due to no one being able to help me I am not sure what to do.

He went above and beyond to make sure that the information was clear on billing and phone pricing. I walked into the store not sure of what I needed in order to hook my Galaxy Note10 + up to a (pre bluetooth) radio in my car.Amethyst Harrison almost seemed to know what I needed when I walked in. She was incredibly kind, to the point youd have a hard time telling me she doesnt have a degree in hospitality. -The Beauty in the AT&T Store-I arrived at the store needing assistance finding a new contract. I was with Verizon and i think we can all agree that a change needed to be made. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a beautiful woman named Amethyst. Amethyst is not only a gorgeous violet stone, but it is also Greek for intoxicate which is how I felt when my eyes fell upon hers. Amethyst asked me if i needed assistance and me being the classical romantic said, YES PLEASE.I explained my issue with my previous provider and Amethyst showed me sympathy which I truly appreciated. I felt like she truly understood my plight and thus made me feel ever so close to her. She explained what promotions they had (which were outstanding, saving me hard earned money) and we settled on a plan which ended up with me getting a new phone!Once the phone was activated, I popped the question to the woman of my dreams. I asked Amethyst if the first number in my new phone can be hers. She laughed, pushing the question aside like a stupid joke. My heart killed over and I left. Although my love had not felt the same way about me, I hope one day it may change.In conclusion, the service was great and the promotions were awesome. I dont know if I will be able to get the courage to step foot into the store again however, seeing as how I was shot down by my true love. Maybe one day. Maybe...

I’ve been to a lot of AT&T stores, and I’ve left many unhappy with the service. But this location was no tone of them. Super customer service. I was in the area away from home and needed to visit the store. I ended up upgrading two phones on that visit.I live about 90 minutes away, but when it was time to upgrade my sons phone I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The ladies at this store provide customer service second to none and their knowledge is extensive.

Bought a new phone and set up my own plan in my name, ended up being billed almost $300 a month because someone put me on a business plan even though i don’t own a business. after trying for 4 months to get off of the business plan and into a personal one my phone got shut off due to lack of being able to afford the bill and not having a single person know what they’re doing. not a single person, in store, out of store, on the phone, on the 24/7 customer service through the app, NOBODY would help me get the billing worked out and ended up charging me almost $900 because of a mistake they made to get more commission by signing me up for an expensive business line. they don’t help, they transfer your call 18 times and still don’t fix the problem, they don’t care to try and help you the best way they can, they take their mistakes and blame you.
