For the most part good customer service, they answer all questions with knowledge, not much in inventory.

The two women working there today clearly did not like each other. The one female named Kim turn the radio up so loud I could not hear myself talk so I know they could not have heard me had to ask them to turn it down twice still didnt get my matter solved

Went in this morning enjoyed actually paying my bill. The woman behind the camera was very very professional and great personality. She helped me get what I needed I appreciate great customer service.

Horrible service rude people

The cost of my bill is way more than it should be, they charge you for things you didnt put on your plan, and my boyfriends phone doesnt let him hear anyone when he calls someone or someone calls him. Metro PCs customer service is a joke too, I confronted them about my bill which shouldve been $70.00 or a little more, they were trying to charge me $108.00. I called customer service to take off all the things they put on there without my approval, and then it was 100.00 and two seconds later it was 92.00 which is still wrong. Do not use metro pcs theyre a complete joke!

Women there are disrespectful and lied to my wife and when i called to speak to manager a different women said he was to busy and didnt want to bother him because he gets mad and yells... Is this true... not going back to them again!!!
