My upgrade was concise and effecient. Usually an upgrade would take hours. This was a 30 minute process. Well done.

I had an amazing experience with the salesman concerning my phone issue. He was able to get me an upgrade on my phone and everything transferred from my old phone to the new one almost flawlessly. I had to wait for a few apps to make it to the new phone, but they all got to my new phone.

Me and my fiancé came in today and had Ryan as our sales person and he was amazing!! He got us what we needed and the wait wasn’t too long and he was super patient with us!! Love to see people like him!! 10/10

I really enjoy going to this Verizon. I went in and had my two young children with me. They were acting crazy. Keith who helped me wasn’t phased. He was super nice and helpful. I switched from Samsung to iPhone just for a change. He switched over everything for me. The Verizon in Fort Smith said they do not switch photos over anymore. Thank you for being so helpful Keith.

I went in to this verizon with some issue getting into some of my apps. the young lady didnt only help me with this imetiately, and graciously, but also had it fixed in just moments. i then was speaking wit her about an issue aboutmy acct. which was real personal. She listened whole heartly, took a second to think and gave me an example of why she answered me the way she did which made me feel she really did understand my delima. Which made me cry. She gave me a bit more advice exclaimed how she understood and offered me her card. then perceeded to tell ask e if i was ok and offered me some other advice. She treated me with the up most respect, and with no judgement tomy issues. She fixed what she could and then gave me that extra by giving me her card. so yes i was very pleased with the service id received. Best ever from anywhere! Thank you to the young lady for being so positive, and strong, not to mention very informitive. I dont kniw if it was psrt of her training or just who she is, so ill just say this. if it was her training way to go owners, if its who she is way to go to herself. Not many people out there in this day and time that take the time to be so kind and helpful.

Very friendly and polite people working there however if they don’t know how to resolve the issue they just pass it off onto someone else who passes it off onto someone else. Problems never get resolved. Very frustrating if there’s an issue with your phone

Second trip in to get my phone replaced was much better than my first trip in the Vanburen store The sales person I had the second trip was helpful and awesome

Keith was very knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and capable. All these things are especially important for people of a certain age who may be a little apprehensive over the whole process of getting a new phone!The store was spotlessly clean, including the ladies rest room. All the employees were wearing masks.The other employees besides Keith were cordial and polite.This was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this particular store in Van Buren, Arkansas, to anyone.

Salesman was not pushy and we had a better experience for it.

This is not a REAL Verizon store. They just sell various products. Our salesperson was less than helpful. Ill go to Fort Smith the next time I need real Verizon assistance.

Gavin went out of his way to help me. He helped me over the phone then invited me to the store to get what I wanted. He went to another store to get what phones I wanted. He stayed late to hook up my four phones. He made sure everything I wanted worked perfectly. He answered one million questions. He was so nice and helpful. He was friendly and fun and even cracked jokes. I wish that every company had the customer service he has. They should promote him!! Everyone could learn from his helpful and professional service. Even though I took a while to complete my business... he smiled and stayed helpful!!

Chris Brown was the gentleman who handled my visit in which I purchased 3 iPhone X. Mr Brown was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in detail and ensured I understood every part of the transaction before signing anything! He also made sure all 3 phones were fully functioning before leaving the store! Like to give a well deserved shout out to Christy at Van Buren Arkansas store. She came out to my truck and took in my payment for me. She went over and above job description and was very polite doing so. Oh I couldnt go in because I had rods removed from foot surgery.

Nathan is the most outstanding wireless expert I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the experience of sales of any kind! He not only helped me but my best friend and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I speak to or come in contact with in regards to cellular sales or expertise in technology general. Went there for help with a previous bought phone from there. Walked in with mask and was advised to sign with name and number and time. Was told to wait in vehicle. Well Arkansas middle of July cant do that so stood in shade at end of building on Wal Mart side. In approximately 45 mins another nice couple that arrived after me was walking in. Asked if they were called. Yes. Asked salesman what happened and he said they couldnt see me so they skipped me. What part of calling is that. I know everything is different these days and its a strain but at least do what you say youre going to do

Gavin was one of the most helpful people I have ever been around in a cell phone provider company. He went out of his way to help make sure that we got everything we possibly needed. He even stayed late to make sure we got everything done as needed.

Had problems regarding my service, that was not of anyones fault within the store. Hours of arguing over the phone was solved in 15 minutes of my time at the store. They seem genuinely interested in taking care of and keeping Verizon customers happy.

The service was great, best experience Gavin McDaniel was great he took care of all our needs. I recommend this location. Make sure you see Gavin.

One happy NEW Verizon customer. I am extremely happy with the outstanding customer service I received from Jonah Jackson and his supporting managers at the Van Buren, AR Verizon store. I got an amazing deal on a new LG G7 ThinQ phone, two accessories, gave me $300 for trading in my old iPhone 5s (crazy right) and LG had half-off on my new phone. Oh and did I mention he paid off my sisters iPhone (almost $200) on the plan I was added to. Jonah was amazing and searched for every single promotion he could find that I was eligible for. He then took his time double checking everything to be sure the account was setup correctly. It took a while but well worth the time spent. The person who assisted us kept apologizing when he misquoted pricing for a screen protector, put it on wong and had to correct. More apologies when they did not have the second scteen protector for our second phone. Now the second protector is wrong. I am ready to leave this. Nothing like when this place was a company store!
