Was in there for a little bit. Got to watch Athena work with other customers before me. She is an amazing lady and very customer friendly. She took the time to walk the ones before me through some of there new apps they have. They was very happy with her service and I was just in awe of how she worked with them. And then she took care of me and got me all fixed up. Athena is a great asset to your team.

We went to get old phone number on husbands new phone and this girl Jess went out of her way to get the problem fixed. She had to get on with tech support and old phone company and she did it in no time at all. She was great, I would give her a 10.

This girl Jess Díaz dont know what shes doing or how to treat customer, i wanted a galaxy watch and she add two more lines to my account, i called customer service and they ask me to get a refund from store,they refused instead they wanted to call the police on me,i have been with t mobil for 9 years and this is the first time this happens to me.this all happens @van buren store Fayetteville rd Arkansas.

Never received service. I understand that both employees were assisting othe customers. They did acknowledge us as we walked in. However they did not glance or speak to us again for 20 minutes so we left. I loved this store when it was Sprint. Those employees sure were great at customer service!

Areas where there is no service at all

Had to sit for a couple of hours, but they were super busy; and all the ladies were trying as hard as they could and got us everything we wanted. They are amazing and very knowledgeable.

If youre like me, I absolutely hate going into a cell phone store- you just know theyre going to push you into the latest and greatest with a hefty price tag... reluctantly I went- I needed a phone fast. I was so impressed with the customer service at this location, Ive already told all my family to switch and go see Peyton. This girl really knew her stuff and through out the whole interaction she listened to me, and found the perfect phone for my life style, without going over budget! Peyton made everything super easy and comfortable- Thanks again!

I visited this store today and bought a case for my girlfriends phone. Athena was sooooo helpful. Very friendly and professional and advised me about the sales they had on cases and told me about their plans and rates for service. Jacob and Kylie were able to help me get a new phone and were able to help me get an account and explained everything that I was signing for and everything as it was being done!

My wife and I ended up visiting this store to complete our upgrade. This is a long review just to warn you but it an absolute amazing review. We called customer service who then transferred us to retention and offered us a great deal. $200 off any line and 50% off and Samsung phone. Now..we go to the store (after not getting ANY help from the Fort Smith store) and they go through the process of getting the upgrade done. They were EXTREMELY informative and also went above and beyond actually helping us keep our toddler distracted so he wasnt getting anxious from having to be in the store for so long (we were in there for about an hour but that was due to them trying to override the system) They told us that they would not be able to get the upgrade done in store (due to what retention had done in the system) which we understood was absolutely out of their control. We got back home to Fort Smith and called retention. THAT employee THEN told us that the 50% off offer had expired back in January. I said no, I need a manager. The manager was in a meeting until I said Id drive to the corporate store (the unhelpful Fort Smith location) then spoke with him magically. The manager tried telling me the same thing so we ended up going back to the Van Buren location. They were, again, extremely helpful. Not just Adrian but the entire staff (this was on 2/18/18) and was able to, after speaking with the retention manager, able to get it processed in store. They essentially had to tell the manager on the phone that they need to fix the system so we can get our customers taken care of in store. ABSOLUTELY the best experience Ive had in any retail cell phone store. These people went above and beyond. They deserve to actually be a corporate store. Ive worked many years in customer service/telesales/retail before going into security and Law Enforcement. THAT is THE definition of customer service and then some. Kudos, major kudos to them!!!

Went here yesterday. Came out with a new plan and phone. Victoria and Shelby are super nice and really know what they are doing! I will be recommending this place to everyone now.
