Hampton replace our windshield and did a very good job. Everyone especially Bree was professional and very friendly. I did have an air bubble that caused a slight rattle which they quickly scheduled me to come in and fixed. I have already recommended them to two other people

Hampton is a preferred Farmers provider. I didn’t even know that - I chose them based on good Yelp reviews. They were responsive and could get me in within a couple days. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repairs.

I hate reviews and rarely write any .But Unfortunately fast does NOT mean quality work....And that what i was afraid of when i dropped offmy 2015 Mercedes E250 for an OEM expensive windshield replacement. I asked them to take their time and no rush for me. They did everything under 2-3 hours. ( On my previous Mercedes W211 it took 4 good hours, and i was present during that gentle removal installation process, but that was in different country) . Now my outside windshield side molding sticking out by 1/4 inch due to broken locking tab underneath during their removal or installation...By the way, there was another broken plastic tab/clip on my floormat when i picked up the car, must be from the removal interior side pillar. And from the driver side, inside i can see uneven layer of adhesive that was never visible before on my original windshield, and now i see that silicone on driver side between the pillar, but not on passenger side. I know, it is cosmetic, but looks ugly from the inside of the car and anyone can tell now that windshield was replaced not professionally. I am a technician myself and i do understand that things can break,but this is what they do for living, and they should know better where, how and with what specific tool to pry out any trim peice on any car ...Plus, in todays world there is tons of info from dealerships or ever from YouTube how to work on those fragile trims/ moldings clips. Receptionist lady was nice and informative when she was arrangingmy OEM windshield. And windshield does not leak after installation. And i guess i could not complain, as they garrantee only against leak, and not against their neglected work. But installation people could be more carefulin what and how they do, as i just listed my 40k car for sale and now i have more questions from potential buyers when they inspect it, who replaced windshield with some flaws that need to be corrected .I can not say that i am extremely happy with installation...I will try to upload pictures if it will let me

After reading many reviews we choose to go with Hampton Auto Glass to get our windshield replaced in our BMW. They ordered the glass from BMW and it arrived within a week and we scheduled an appointment. After the glass was installed and we went to pick up the vehicle, we realized that they glass was bad, it was wavy and distorted. Hampton Glass immediately took action and called BMW to get another windshield. However, because it was OEM BMW glass, BMW had to get eyes on the windshield to verify and BMW made this processes extremely difficult on everyone involved. The owners of Hampton Glass were so polite, understanding and worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved. After BMW finally got eyes on the glass, they deemed it to be bad and a new piece of glass was ordered immediately. We picked up the car today and the glass is perfect and everyone we dealt with at Hampton Glass was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their windshield replaced.

These guys are amazing. The rear sliding window on my truck wasnt closing all the way and I couldnt figure it out. Dropped it by and they got it in immediately. Turns out I had some debris in the track (my own dumb fault). They spent about 25 minutes with it; got it all cleaned out and working properly and then didnt end up charging me. I couldnt believe it.Really stand-up company and I appreciate the way they do business. The dealership would have charged me $150 and wouldve taken a couple hours. Next time I get a rock chip or something else happens that they can help me with, Im going straight there.

I had used them once before and they were amazing. when I *thought* I needed a new windshield, they made sure I really needed it before replacing my perfectly good windshield. Turns out I didnt need one. They made sure I didnt need a new windshield prior to taking out my current windshield, and didnt charge me anything for their time or the fact that there was a miscommunication and they got the wrong windshield for my car.*If* I had needed a new windshield, they had already worked towards calling around the area and doing everything they could to get the appropriate windshield for my car.

I experienced a pretty severe crack in the windshield of my brand new Subaru, so she had to special order my glass. When I took my car in, the estimated time for completion was about 6-8 hours, and they were finished in 4. Everything else about the process was smooth as well. I couldnt recommend Hampton Auto Glass enough. I truly feel so taken care of!

Called two glass shops for quotes on a new windshield. They were very short on the phone and both quoted me higher than I was expecting. My dad recommended Hampton, so I called them. They quoted me over $100 less than the first two places and the guy on the phone was very friendly! I was in and out in about an hour and a half and Im so pleased with my whole experience there! The lady at the front counter was also very helpful! Highly recommend this local shop!

This is my second time going to Hampton Auto Glass. They are very polite, professional and provide amazing service. My window is good as new. When I later realized my side speaker was missing I popped in to ask about it and they found it and put it back on within 10 minutes. If I have any more problems I will be going to them and recommend their service to anyone.

Hampton Auto Glass saved our day and trip to Mount Hood. Our windshield was struck by a rock while heading south on I-5 and needed same day replacement. In order to save time, we found Hampton, which was on our way and luckily they were able to squeeze us in. Another place we called said it would be four days for an appointment. They got a new windshield delivered and once we got there it was installed in slightly over an hour, much less than the 2 hour estimate. It got us going again and made what could have been a disaster, a much less stressful experience. Tabitha, at the front, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hampton for caring about their customers needs, not just running a money making business.

Windshield got replaced, but rear view mirror assembly now doesnt stay mounted. Already took the car back to the shop for a fix, without improvement. Staff was nice, but just couldnt get the job done successfully.

My drivers side front door window was smashed in last night. I called my insurance because I had no idea what it might cost to replace. Turns out that they looked at it and said it was a surface scratch, didnt need any repair. I was very happy with everyone and will definitely return.

I have a FJ Cruiser that I do not drive. Its a vehicle that I want to continue to put money in and have it for the long haul. In October 2019, HAC replaced my windshield.I drove it for the first time since then about 2 weeks ago (May), during that drive I had a small front panel fly off and we couldnt find it. I reached out to HAC, even being 6 months later they very graciously agreed to order a new one, paint it and install it at no charge.It is a common thing that occurs when the windshield is replaced it sounds like and they were very professional and fixed it 100%I appreciate their willingness to fix something in a crazy time like right now!

They helped within hours àfter I called, repairing my car window after it was vandalized. They vacuumed up all the broken glass and had it repaired and returned to me the same afternoon.

John helped me with my rock chip repair. Perfect job even though it was a difficult chip.

I made an appointment well in advance and showed up 30 minutes early. I was told two or three hours. After three hours, I got a call saying something was wrong and they had to get another windshield. It was finished by the end of the day (my appointment was for mid morning). No huge deal...stuff happens...The topper was they didnt reassemble my car properly. I had to spend 30 minutes doing something they should have done.Its great to have a new windshield, though!

Hampton Auto Glass is simply the best!I had purchased a used car and then discovered that the windshield had been replaced with one that was for a different model. The forward-facing camera could not “see” through the wrong windshield so five important safety features of the car were compromised – Lane Departure Assist, Pre-collision and Pedestrian Warning, Auto High Beam and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.The dealer was not interested is doing the right thing by replacing the windshield and re-calibrating the forward facing camera. I had no alternative other than paying for it myself.I contacted Hampton Auto Glass. They guided me through the process as my advocate. They were so helpful and sacrificed with their time and money to right this problem even though it should have been the responsibility of the selling dealership.Please, If you ever need help with your cars glass, use Hampton Auto Glass. You will be very happy that you did.

I try to keep my business local, but things dont always work out for the best. In this case, I would go out of my way to come back to Hampton every time. They worked with me on cost and fit me in the next morning. They gave me a ride home and my car was finished before the promised time. Thought I had a leak in my windshield - showed the technician, Mark, the water in my car and where I was sure the issue was stemming from. He called me back an hour late and said that he found the leak in my sunroof. Mark took the time to show me where the issues was and gave me the name of a company in Portland to call that dealt specifically with sunroofs. Very friendly, honest company who has just gained a lifelong customer!
